I enjoyed everything about my stay. From the aesthetics of the hotel when we first entered, to the staff and just the over vibe was amazing. And the view was beautiful

Nice location. Rooftop pool. Housekeeper was friendly and helpful.

Room was very dusty Bed linen/mattress cover was dirty and moldy.

Could hear people talking through out the night in the hallway. I could also hear the music from the top floor. For the price of the room I would've thought the rooms would be a bit more sound proof.

The view from the rooftop bar and rooftop swimming pool is remarkable and outstanding. I will never forget the view. It was such a great experience. The room was very comfortable and the staff were really lovely. The Hotel has a great location.

It was all perfect, but would prefer not to have a see through shower room!

Slightly disappointed that we weren’t able to access pool when we arrived due to an event taking place.
The views are worth it but traffic noise from the Brooklyn Bridge is an issue for light sleepers.

Pet friendly and kid friendly. Rooftop pool is a vibe! They should definitely keep it open till November and open it in early spring . It’s the best part of the hotel

The property was immaculate and its location was perfect. I was less than ten minutes from where I needed to be.

The property was extremely expensive. Because of the price, I was unable to stay for as long as I would have liked.

Beautiful views of the river and bridge. You can walk along the river right off the property.
Woodland and eco friendly theme was refreshing.

The complementary car was never available for me, he was always out, but I had no trouble getting Ubers.

Beds were a little too stiff. Not that comfortable.

The decor is beautifully curated to provide a warm and welcoming ambience - it even smells good in reception. The location was great with views to the famous Manhattan skyline. The on site dining options offered a variety of fresh and healthy meals.

The rooms are very small and have open plan bathrooms which did not work very well for our family of four. The lack of storage and hanging space was not very practical and we found it hard to access information about the hotel through the tv portal. The beds were comfortable but small. Overall it seemed like a lot of effort had gone into making things look good, but at the sacrifice of functionality.

Location and rooms are always immaculate.

The rates are out of control. $1000 for a room with no view is a bit insane.

Location was wonderful with a beautiful riverside walk way close by. We loved the view of manhattan from the bar.

We initially visited this hotel just to have lunch, but we were so enchanted by the ambiance and service that we decided to book a room spontaneously. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early since we were already on the premises. The room itself was a haven of comfort, boasting a stunning view that captivated us completely. However, it was the pool area that truly took our breath away. The views from the pool were simply incredible, complemented by pleasantly warm water that made our stay feel like a slice of paradise. Everything was perfect, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

The kids didn’t like that they had to leave the pool at 6pm.
