Fabulous location and stay
Loved the spacious room, fabulous view of the Hudson, comfy bed and big bathtub. The area was safe and quiet (for NY!) and the hotel was in a great location for running, walking, shopping and eating/drinking. Staff were helpful and attentive. Really loved my stay here and would return.

Excellent but pricey, normal for NYC!
Amazing location close to Greenwich, Chelsea, Highline for walking, eating, shopping etc.
A bit noisy but that is not unexpected.

Gym is great and beautiful views
There should be coffee in the lobby area for guests in the morning , I shouldn’t have to buy it in the restaurant.

Great location and comfortable room
Great location for the meeting I was there for, served its purpose for one night sleep.
The glass wall shower is very odd, room is extremely spartan, very utilitarian other than Davines products

We would of like to have the possibility of being the 4 of us in 1 room (2 queen beds or 1 king and 1 hide a bed) instead of booking 2 rooms

The view over the Hudson River is the best I ever had.
very comfortable room. The view was crazy.
- Music noice from the Club on the top floor and from the neighbour pub until 3am in the morning. Difficult to sleep.
- Shower makes whole bathroom wet.

Very good
I like the room style with high quality finishes.
The shower with open view to the room is a fun touch which I liked but probably not for all.
I don't think the decor of the room matches the style of the hall which in my opinion is not as stylish and looks quite cold and kitsch.

A great choice for views and the location.
Fantastic location and the views are exceptional from the full glass windows - the team in the bar restaurant on ground floor were lovely.
Rooms are a bit small and looking a little bit tired. Also the Les Bains is not worth the hassle of getting in. Many far better and chicer rooftops to play in.

Everything was good. Actually, there was no coffee facilities in the room which I found a bit annoying especially when you have jet lag and wake early. I ordered some on room service but there was a $7 delivery charge so after tax and great it was a $16 pot of coffee. I have nearly stayed here a few times but opted against due to some reviews but can say I didn’t experience any of the things others suggest (and i stayed on a high floor near the rooftop).
It’s not cheap but no hotel in New York is now/this time of year and it was a fair price in comparison to other options in my opinion

Worth it ( just!) for the views
stupendous view over the Hudson, views to the Statue of Liberty and downtown, Midtown. Room good size
Noisy due to window seals being poor, Le Bain pumping out dance till 4 or 5am. Dogs in the meat packing district and various other outside

Location- yes. Room set up - odd.
Location is great. Staff in hotel and grill were also friendly and helpful.
How do you have a hotel room without a single hook or towel rack? Lighting in shower was basically non existent.

Very nice person now. Excellent location for my needs very poor sleeping arrangements. That was good
The staff at the breakfast area was the best I’ve ever experienced. Jocelyn was outstanding annd all of the people I had interaction with were very professional and courteous.
The BED being on the floor. Difficult to get in and out when I needed to.
