The hotel was like an awesome place we stayed on Wall Street in Manhattan! The check-in was down in the lobby in the bar and was super easy and fun. The room was absolutely fantastic: we had an awesome view, the bed was super comfy, shower was great and super clean bathroom. Everything was modern and fun! The soap smelled devine! Would absolutely stay here again and again! Covered parking garage for free.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel...the area is one that if you're traveling solo, you need to be aware of your surroundings and take precautions while you're out walking. We went to a concert very near the hotel (the reason we chose this hotel) and felt safe walking back past midnight (2 females), but it was because we were together. :) Just something to be aware of...honestly, like anywhere you go.

We loved the urban modern vibe! The bar at reception did wonderful margaritas. The staff were super friendly and fun. It was a great base for Nashville and the secure free of charge carpark was a bonus !!

I would have liked a kettle in the room to have tea in the morning ! But you could get that at reception

Great design and decor. Room spacious, clean, and comfortable. Got complimentary upgrade to king suite. Happy hour was nice.

Water pressure was low. Staffing at front desk/bar too thin for peak times. Coffee station needs to be doubled in size.. Need to provide directions on parking (even for check-in) prior to arrival.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Close for concerts, and places to eat. Check in and out was very easy. Easy to get where you wanted to go. Food from hotel was excellent and ample amount.

No microwave in room. Asked downstairs and staff stated there isn't a microwave in the building at all. No ice machines on floors. Had to go downstairs and ask for ice at the bar. Unsure if any rooms had refrigerators, as the one I had did not.

Happy hour rates were very high

Loved the bar and sitting area, the cafe was excellent as well. We only stayed one night, and when we were leaving I wish we had stayed much longer. Cozy beds, great aesthetic. All the good vibes, good drinks, and great service. We checked out around 11 and decided to have brunch before leaving and MAN, was it worth it. 10 out of 10.

No complaints other than no refrigerator in room but no biggie.

The location was amazing and the staff super friendly. The room rate was a bonus. Would stay again. The room was a bit small, it didn't have a sitting area but we were in a standard room and it didn't really matter anyways because they had a great lobby!

Hadn't ever been to Nashville. I was glad I had google maps on my phone. I appreciated the hotel not being downtown, real neighborhood setting.

Food & drink expensive, but this is likely the way it is in Nashville. Best snack array I've ever seen in a hotel room. Very tempting. :D

The welcoming staff, who met me right at the bar, promptly handed me a lovely glass of wine. The rooms were cool, upscale, industrial, comfortable, and thoughtful. What's not to love? In the a.m., I had breakfast with them in the same social central area for less than $20 and it was substantial and well-made! I will return!

Really, no lie, I got nothin' for this question. Trust me, that is exceedingly rare.

I like the chic layout and friendly staff at the front desk. They text you before arrival and departure to see if we needed anything. I liked how quaint the bar/check in area was and that they had brunch daily from 7am-2p. The lobby air was really working which was great for this hot weekend. They were willing to give a pretty late check out which I appreciated for such a late flight.

The only thing I can say is I wish we had a fridge in the room. Also that rooms on the main street side could hear mainly emergency vehicles flying up the street as well as see locals hanging out at the liquor store across the way so we didn't really open the curtains.
