Hotel and location

Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 and the additional fees once I got there.

Upon very early arrival, I did not expect the hotel to have two rooms cleaned; however, they were both ready for us. There was a problem with my room safe then within minutes of reporting it, a maintenance person appeared and instantly solved the problem. From the front door employees, to the frontdesk employees, to the cafe and pool employees everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed the interesting artwork displayed throughout the hotel as well as having a drink and appetizer on the rooftop. The pool area was sparkling clean with ample towels. It was disappointing that the size of the pool on the website appeared to be much larger for swimming rather than a dunking pool. Whoever designed the rooms thought of everything from the lights and suede bumpers on the bed so you don't injury yourself to the clever way the trash can was built-in to the cabinet to the large shower that never dripped onto the floor. Likewise, I appreciated the variety of food and drinks in the minibar. The Bobby Hotel aims to please their guests!

We had a view of a parking garage so we never opened our curtains. I did not like the mandatory $25.00 experience fee plus tax per day. Since I do not drink coffee, I did not utilize the drop-off service. Why was the drink voucher for beer or a mocktail and not wine? When I wanted to utilize the drink voucher the cafe was closed and the pool would not honor the coupon.

Clean, very polite staff. Beautiful hotel. Close to many restaurants/ bars. Easy walk to Nissan Stadium.

The food lacks flavor. The burger was just ok and the pork belly sliders had no real flavor. The breakfast potatoes aren’t cooked long enough.

The location!!! The staff was great the valet guy was extremely helpful- it was very clean- my favorite part was the rooftop!! ❤️❤️❤️

No microwave in the room and they put too much stuff in the fridge for you to buy there is no room left for personal things!

The hotel was beautiful! It had this very modern slik music vibe/charm. The rooms were so unique. Loved the whole place. They offered a nice rooftop to get away from the crowd but still have a good time. They had a nice cafe with food/pastries & great coffee. There were nice sitting areas to gather or just relax. It was a very cozy vibe in the city. Close walk to Broadway or nearby restaurants & Printers Alley. I would highly recommend the Bobby Hotel!

Everything about the Bobby Hotel was exceptional! They even went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday, going as far as telling her happy birthday- for those who knew. The room, staff, and all the amenities were amazing.

Loved the room size, the closet and drawer space, the lighting, the bathroom and decor in general. Happy that request for a higher floor was not a problem. While there wasn't time to use the gym, glad it was there, as well as the rooftop bar and decor. Valet parking, while $60 per day, was convenient and fast.

No in room coffee makers, fully stocked fridge was nice for when we wanted drinks, but hard to fit anything else in! In-room coffee delivery was nice, but hard to decide the night before what time you'll want coffee! Lobby coffee free after 7am would have been nice.

Was not to happy about housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:15 am.

The property charged an “experience” charge. $25. A few free drinks, some money of a meal. Depending on plans or time of day, that’s not easy to take advantage of.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bobby Hotel. It was close to many of the attractions we were interested in visiting. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and our room was clean! The decor was very cool. We loved the art show on display on the second floor and all the art located around the hotel. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop which was aglow with holiday displays.

Excellent location with trendy, fun atmosphere in and around the hotel. The restaurant and food options were good in the hotel. Excellent café with properly made caffeinated products.

My room was filled with loud noise from the alley next to it. Couldn’t escape the loud noises from the evening. Room was dark, even with the curtain open.

I loved the entire aesthetic of each area of the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were all very kind. Lobby is comfortable. Cafe is open early to serve breakfast and coffee. Room was large and comfortable. Had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend anyone traveling to Nashville to stay at The Bobby. Also, easy walk to Broadway.

A terrific location for the Broadway that's only 5 mins walk , to the Music and bars . We got given an upgrade into a lovely suite and thanks to the hotel for this

. The Receptionist sent us on a walk indicated on the map to the wrong Broadway which was slightly annoying..

Absolutely everything! The location was great! service was great! It was clean and inviting and so amazing. We loved the style of the room and the hotel in general , so much decor to look at and take in. There was great food near by- recommend the pizza place around the corner on the street to the right! Walking distance to main strip to include the stadium - we came for a concert.

I wasn't impressed with the coffee at the coffee bar, but everyone else seemed to enjoy it.

Great spacious room, decorated really nice with quirky features. Staff were really friendly, great roof terrace with dip pool. Lovely cafe downstairs for breakfast. Good location in a quite area but able to walk to attractions.

Located near the heart of Broadway and nearby everything I needed.

Security was great but the added requirements to enter and exit the second floor were frustrating. Especially to exit as there was not a exit sign over the door to leave. I could not tell if the door to exit was the exit or just another guest door. I actually had to exit to a street alley because I couldn’t find the correct door.

The roof top pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was perfect location.

Sadly they were in between dogs so we didn’t get to meet their rescue for that month. This is not a genuine complaint!! Absolutely love the initiative and that they put the dog and its comfort/training first ;)

Unique decor, very clean, friendly staff and within walking distance to everything on or near Broadway.

From the minute, we walked in the hotel was fantastic. The lobby area was very warm, welcoming, and cozy. The rooftop with the bus was off the wall. The bar was very good, but what I liked most I think was the small pool and the cozy sitting area with the ease of getting a chair and not in an oversized full-size pool I would certainly stay there again on my next Nashville trip.

I don’t have anything to say about anything I did not like about my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect.

The pillows go flat at first touch. They don’t provide much support. Other than that I love this place

-Great location, not noisy -Cool aesthetic/vibe -Comfortable bed! -I slept better at this hotel then any other because the room was actually almost completely dark at night with the blackout curtains/not many electronics lit up (weird flex I guess, but as someone who has great trouble sleeping with any light I would absolutely stay here again because of this) -Friendly staff -Lots of snack/drink options in room (of course for a little extra but not terrible)

-Toilet lid slipped to the left every time I sat on it (cheap/annoying) -Cheap toilet paper and the roll kept falling off into the trash can because of the weird holder -No view -Overall I definitely liked the hotel, it’s just overpriced (like everything these days)

Everything at the hotel was amazing. It was walking distance to everything you needed. The food at the coffee shop and restaurant were amazing. Loved the roof top bar.

The pool was very small and there were no coffee pots in the room. The coffee restaurant on the main lobby was amazing.

The cleaners didn’t clean our room during our 3 day stay - we were out most days 9am - 3pm and then back out 5pm-late. Luckily we didn’t need new towels or toilet roll!

Hotel had a great vibe. The lobby smells fantastic which helps set the tone for your stay. Lobby dog was a nice addition. Bed super comfortable. Room was quiet with a great balcony. Location excellent. Short walk to Broadway and many restaurants . Valet very quick in bringing car around and helpful with baggage. The pool was small but had ample seating and a nice view of the city.

Room wasn’t very clean the first day we checked in. Mold behind bathroom sink, cigarette butts on balcony, dust in corners, and a broken chair on the balcony. The young man at the front desk not super accommodating due to the fact our room was booked with booking.com we would not be able to upgrade. The second day Donny at the front desk quickly relocated us to a new room and the rest of our stay was fantastic. Donny went out of his way to help make it a great stay for us and that was greatly appreciated! He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! Night staff at the desk seemed reluctant to bring extra blanket and pillows. Were told there were none available and they later were brought to the room. No high ball glasses only wine glasses provided in the room which seems strange when the minibar contains various types of liquor. Called downstairs and again were told there were none available.

Very big room and comfy bed. Location great, close to the busy Honky Tonk street but in a quiet street. Don´t miss Skulls and Blues Boogie bar just next door.

The couple next to us loudly fought their entire visit and we heard every word. They left piles of food and trash in our hallway. Not the hotels fault but it leaves a bad taste on the experience.

The hotel was lovely inside. The gym was clean and well equipped. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the UNION BAR was very good, the flavours were excellent. The portions were American sized. Our waiter (Kevin) was great he made us feel valued and special. He acknowledged our 25th wedding anniversary with a couple of complimentary glasses of prosecco. A nice touch to the end of our meal. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

However, the bed sheets in our room were a little worn out and looked grey and old. Not as white as they should have been. The spare pillow and blanket in the cupboard were stained and dirty with sweat. The iron was faulty and dangerous. The retractable cord did not retract. Even though this was reported, the replacement wasn't much better. Finally, on one day of our 3 days' stay, the 2 bottles of water weren't replenished.

Amazing location, helpful staff, easy access for parking. Design of all the spaces was beautiful. We had a corner balcony room that was very spacious and well laid out.

There was no coffee maker or tea kettle in the room, which is odd given the extensive bar and treats selection. You are forced to go downstairs and purchase coffee at the cafe, which is good, but forces you to get dressed to have coffee. Not great for a party town. Balcony room was great, but the corner unit has zero view and you're against another room that can see you on the balcony so no privacy.

The rooms at The Bobby are comfortable and decorated nicely. The bathroom design is very modern and cool. You can hear everything into the room though. There are no extra amenities such as coffee or a fridge, other than the one with items for sale. We paid extra for a balcony room and were disappointed. It had 2 basic chairs and a small table and a view of roofs near by. Definitely not worth the money. The hotel staff both times I have stayed are not the above and beyond kind of staff. I think they have a door man but it was very hit or miss if they were there. We never saw one to help us. The front desk seemed a bit bothered when checking guests in. The were efficient, once you got their attention, but not friendly. Gave the vibe of you were just lucky to be there so they didn't need to do much. I know people can have an off day but this was our experience last time and observing others check in while we were in the lobby. The location of the hotel is in a great spot to walk to many attractions, like the Ryman and Broadway. There is a nice coffee spot in the lobby that has nice breakfast options and beverages to start your day. The rooftop area is nice. The airstream is a cool pic spot. There is a pool that is small and gets crowded quickly. Limited chairs around the pool so go early if you like to lounge about. The room and the location make it nice if you can get the price when it is more reasonable.

I wish the staff would have been more welcoming and aware of people coming in and out of the hotel.

Love the boutique feel. The rooms were gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed.
