Hyatt Place Downtown, Nashville

It’s located in a perfect place to walk to Broadway and all the activities there. Go to the DGx across the street for munchies and cheap walk around drinks.

The pool said heated but it was far from warm.

Location is 5 stars and the room was very clean. Breakfast was average.

The 2 bar tenders working the night of 5/8/26 were AWFUL!!! We saw the female bartender multiple times out on the sidewalk chatting on the phone for a lot of the 1.5 hours we were at the bar, leaving NOBODY working the bar. Although there also was a male on duty as well, but he was also absent a lot. We saw him sitting down at a table at one point - WHILE we were waiting for service - just chit-chatting with the singer's wife for quite a while - leaving the bar unattended. He also totally ignored us for about 10 minutes when we first showed up and took our seats at the bar. He was too busy scrolling on his phone while just standing at the end of the bar, yet he was very, very close to us and absolutely saw us come in and sit down yet he never addressed us. Instead he waited for the female bartender to come back from wherever she was (likely on her phone in front of the hotel, as I mentioned having seen her do). We were in absolute disbelief at their lack of care and attention to actually tending the bar, which they were there being paid to do. Just AWFUL, HORRIFIC service. Pretty shocking, honestly.

Check-in time was 4:00 PM. Arriving at 2:50 PM, I was offered an early check-in for $30, for about one hour. Not very customer-friendly.

Excellent location and comfortable room

No real complaints, a bit skewed towards corporate guests and car park a bit difficult to navigate - we ended up parking in the public car park opposite

Not much to dislike honestly, my room had a vent that was angled at the bed which created a draft but other than that and some temp controlling everything was great!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean room. The shop was nicely stocked.

Breakfast could have been better. Coffee was just ok. No gluten free options. The room, lobby and dining area decor was very institutional and not inviting.

The hotel is centrally located and is less than a 10 minute walk to Broadway. There is a parking garage with in and out acess which is nice. The room with a king size bed, desk area and a comfortable couch to lounge on was very nice. The bathroom is large.

The breakfast could have been better. There are lots of choices but some other healthier food besides fruit would be nice.

Everything except for the cost. The included breakfast was phenomenal.

Need a towel hook right next to the shower, but that's about it

3 pillows does not make any sense on a bed with two people sleeping. Plus the pillows could be better. Luckily I brought my own pillows. However if your flying in you cant always bring your own pillows.

Location is just perfect, you can park or valet, and walk to 10’s of honky tonk bars and restaurants within 2-3 blocks. Live music 🎶 for everyone’s choice.

Cannot say anything that we didn’t like, but we never eat breakfast lunch or dinner as these are 3 great breakfast 🍳🧇 ☕️ place and one with 6 floors.

Pet fee more than quoted $175 rather than $125 as soon as we got to room someone complained about us having a dog barking we were getting dogs settled in no more complaints
