Location was great, staff was great and friendly

Our first room , carpet was wet and moist throughout. Gave us another room , lost the view , shower had black hair in corner,counter in bath room had white substance in corners and very dusty … and one of the queen bed sheets had holes in it .

Welcome property with multiple good bar spaces to gather with friends for a terrific martini! Friendly and helpful staff. Well-appointed rooms.

Terrible entry, check in… and common area… looks like it’s not inviting, not much furniture. Needs more art, plants, variation of heights of tables and seating. Very sterile

Loved everything about our stay. Beautiful room, attentive staff, wonderful spa, great room service breakfast, and delicious lunch at the poolside restaurant. We enjoyed the pool, too.

This is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of a growing, authentic Southern kingdom. From the kind and beautiful staff, excellent culinary options, the Rose Spa, and the extra magic added for a birthday celebration, I am speechless. Almost. ;)

This question makes me laugh. I have no ability to find anything to complain about. A robe and slippers on hand for the room on check in would be a lovely touch. Little razzle dazzle. A little bit of puttin' on the Ritz.

Wonderful coffeemaker in room. Excellent exercise room - was clean, had an attendant, great views, cold water, fruit, and peloton bikes. Pool was clean and well attended, and not too crowded.

Cocktails in lounges were not that good. Difficult to know what items/amenities were complimentary and what cost money. General feeling of being regulated in bars, ie tables being marked reserved when they were not.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The staff was great.However, for the price, I don't see it. That's about it.

No microwave no refrigerator no coffee maker, dust mites no complimentary breakfast they didn't credit the entire stay for the dust mites. We couldn't enjoy just sitting around with jumping and scratching. I sent a message to maintenance. No response, no call the next morning. They showed no concern and only gave $150 credit. Do they understand how that disturbed our night. It's a 4 or 5 star hotel. Why would we expect that? I noticed that the

The bedroom was large and exceedingly comfortable. I here were plenty of electric sockets and charging points for all the IT stuff . The bathroom too was large and plenty of large and small towels were provided . The hotel oozes style and class and it was a hotel that worked really wrlk

The only thing we didn’t like was the high charge for garaging the car at $60 a day but knew about that in advance

Great location, valet open doors and did a great job with maintaining our vehicle.

Was a little ventilation noise coming from the exhaust vent by front door, did not affect our sleeping and let front desk know when we checked out, they said they would let facilities maint look into it.

Very nice hotel but there is a lack of gathering spaces. The lobby bar only has a few seats and you aren't allowed to stand at the bar. There is a rooftop bar but it was closed. I was also charged for valet and I didn't have a car. Still working to get that corrected.

Great location. Beautiful rooms and luxurious bathroom. Breakfast pricey but good pastries, brunch risotto was way too salty but other meals were very good and lovely service. Our suite was not quite ready (still being cleaned) at 4.30pm, but we appreciated being given a late check-out.

Valet parking expensive. They were very busy so took a while to fetch the car - just make sure you request well in advance.

I cannot say enough food things about this hotel!! A true LUXURY experience while still feeling welcoming and homey.

I can’t think of anything. Every detail was considered, and the staff was incredible kind and accommodating.

I liked the rooftop bar and food. I liked the location to the music venues.

I wish it was a little cheaper but I would stay there again.

Clarisa (at the front desk) was wonderful! We arrived very late due to our flight schedule, though received a warm & friendly welcome! After inquiring about food options, Clarisa offered to pick up some food for us. She then delivered our order directly to our room. We appreciated her kindness so much, and this was above & beyond our expectations.


The breakfast was very good, though the hostess seemed disorganized.. Our server was great … attentive and friendly.

We loved the pool area, though it’s always frustrating that seating gets saved with towels for too long without use. Not sure how to resolve that.

We liked everything: location, staff, cleanliness, and the room was very quiet, too.

Funny marijuana smell of the shampoos and rinse cream (we had an 11-year old kid with us). Also, very annoying was the difficulty that we had to choose room temperature: the thermostat was not working. We had to call the technician 3 times, and, in the end, we would always have to call them to turn on/turn off the AC.

The staff were wonderful. Polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect location to access all of the tourist sites, the Nissan stadium and the Ryman theatre, which we visited to see Ed Sheeran. We walked there!

WiFI did not connect automatically and you had to connect each day (but thankfully no charge as a guest.
Cafe always seemed to be closed in the day!
Shower had only lukewarm water but the staff fixed it quickly.

it was within walking distance of the stadium and broadway, lots of shops and places to eat.
