Great location. Can't beat the 24hr calzone place right next to the hotel. Got checked in early with no issues.
The room needed to cleaned up a little better. But we got checked in early so not a big deal.

Made to feel very welcome and nice quiet rooms.
Good location. 10 minute walk to Broadway. Great staff, very friendly and gave lots of advice. Nice snack breakfast area.

Very good
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a reasonable size Location excellent for access to Nashville''s downtown music area and travel to surroundings.
Parking is very expensive . Only bagel breakfast available from the colocated bagel shop. Lunch must be outside.

Stylish with great vibes
Fantastic welcome by Elijah on reception, who offered us a glass of fizz and provided excellent advice on things to do and see in Nashville. Loved the bagel shop attached and the free (excellent) coffee in the morning. Spacious and comfortable room with great shower. Well-stocked mini-bar.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Free coffee is definitely a plus in my book. The location is walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay and the location was central to everything I wanted to see
We were given comp breakfast cards because our room was hot. The Benny Breakfast sandwich was amazing.
Our initial room was 78 degrees. The air didn't work. The second room was warm as well but cooled down enough but at night it was warm still.

I couldn’t have picked a better hotel.
I loved the welcoming feeling from the staff, even before I got there. Sandra was a life saver and fixed my problem before we visited. It was such a joy to meet her in person!! We chose to valet our car and Eric was very friendly and he took great care of us. Adam checked us in and was super friendly. Gave us suggestions on where to go visit and eat. We visited the pop up bar in the penthouse for fun. We also tried their bagel breakfast sandwiches and they were amazing!! We all would definitely stay here again. It’s nearby Broadway, and that was a nice walk.
The only bad thing is I didn’t have anywhere to put my clothes or my bathroom stuff. But I quickly forgot about that since everything else was so great.

Short, however an amazing experience.
Had a very homey feel, and the hospitality was superb.
