Fairlane Hotel, Nashville

Great location! Rooms were nice & clean! Staff was friendly & helpful! Modern Love had great food! Valet parking was efficient & helpful! Very accommodating place to stay!

I love the Hospitality from the front desk and the complimentary champagne upon check-in. I also like that you needed a room key to get on any floor. I love the high floors and city view and the short walk to all the action on Broadway.

I didn't like customer service from staffing in the restaurant downstairs area staff didn't not come across friendly at all and we we waited a while just to get water, no one mentioned the other restaurant Ellingtons..there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room and you have to call the front desk to get water. Security was always on his phone and was unprofessional. I also was charged more than expected upon checkout which was upward of $80.

Really nice, clean and well furnished property, large rooms and extra amenities.

The hotel was spotless, decor was fabulous and the friendly and polite staff topped it off. A birthday request for my other half had been accommodated amazingly, which we were so grateful for! Location was perfect with everything on the doorstep within a few minutes walk - Especially the view from the room Would not hesitate to recommend 😊

Great location! Rooms were very nice, bed was comfy, and staff was all so friendly. The bar/restaurant in the Lobby, Modern Love, had amazing cocktails. Very unusual! Breakfast was the only meal we ate and it was just ok. Nothing special. All in all a great stay and we will be back next time in Nashville.

Everything. Friendly, thoughtful staff. Great, quaint, clean room (soap smelled divine). Coffee in the morning. Quiet, yet close to Broadway and all music, food, drinks. Had small self parking right next door.

Great location near the Broadway. Spacious and clean room. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! First hotel ever where they poured us a glass of shampagne during arrival. Classy move and the hotel felt classy in every way.

Only two small things we could think of is that there wasn't a mirror for make up and that the complimentary water tasted like tap water 8--)

Great location

Comfortable beds, quiet, small hotel! Only like 72 rooms they said. Perfect location for CMA Fest! We walked everywhere & the road in front of the hotel takes you to a bridge to the stadium. So easy to get to Broadway too! There’s a couple restaurants & bar in the hotel & a cheap breakfast/lunch place right next door!

Restaurant closed so our meeting had to be relocated. Breakfast delayed due to absent staff. If I had just know the restaurant was closed on Mondays it would have avoided last minute drama.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood.

The elevators were sometimes slow.

Katie on reception was so amazing welcoming us with a beer and glass of fizz when we arrived. She upgraded us to a gorgeous corner room with a view of the city. I love that it is a 5 minute walk to Broadway so it is quiet during the night. Far enough away not to hear the humdrum of the centre but close enough to easily walk to anywhere. Cleaner oom, good wifi, gorgeous penthouse bar. Nice free coffees. I would definitely stay again thanks so much.
