Great location, amazing staff, very comfortable rooms, and a wonderful breakfast. It's really like an oasis tucked into the center of old Naples. Beautiful little hotel.

All team at the reception is super helpful. The team answer to all mails and provides the best support. You can ask for socket adapter. Breakfast is super nice, you have mozzarella, ricotta, cherry tomatoes, rucola, salad leaves, fried eggs, sausages, bread, tasty desserts, yogurts. Nice tea selection. Rooms on 5th floor has terrace (photos attached). Very cute inner courtyard. It's close to amazing restaurant and streets with lots of souvenirs. At the square where the hotel is, there are a lot of bars full of locals. It's the most recommendable hotel in Naples.

Excellent position, only a few minutes from metro station, good breakfast, We also benefited from a free upgrade to an apartment, thank you gor the expirience.. By the way, if you have kids or you are a larger group, then apartments here are a good option, quite nice decorated and well furnished. Also, it is very silent with the windows closed, despite quite a busy area. By the way, the atmosphere of the bars in the area is quite nice :) We would come back for sure!

All was fine, no negatives. .

The staff were wonderful, the room was a good size and the position of the hotel was good. The outstanding feature of the room was the bed. it was the most comfortable I have slept in for many years.

The room furniture was minimalist with open cupboards and clothes hooks all around the room. Although the hotel is in a very popular position it is surrounded by bars with not many restaurants.

Location was good, staff delightful: helpful, pleasant with good English. Hotel made a nice retreat from the crowds while also allowing for easy access to sights and choices of places to eat.

All was good but I would like a kettle in the room to be able to make a tea or coffee. Italian coffees are too strong for my taste and tea needs boiling water

It was a great place to stay. The breakfast was A little disappointing as I love cappuccino but service was okay in there. It was good enough but it’d be great with proper coffee and cakes.

Clean, fresh, stylish. Welcoming. Room was very quiet. Great breakfast. Very helpful with luggage movement to the room. Great location near several metro stations.

Pillows were quite flat. Room was extremely hot and didn’t have the heating on. Only way to cool the room was to open the window/balcony door but then street noise was very loud.

Position was perfect to visit Napoli. The structure is very beautiful and the people very kind. Breakfast is very good.

This place is really amazing! An old building, but the rooms have a modern touch. We found it comfortable and with everything you’d expect - even lots of hooks, for your coat or towel, which is not an easy find in many places these days! The rooms are well insulated, we could not hear any of the neighbours nor the street noise (as long as the balcony door was closed). We got a top floor room, with an amazing view over the city and towards the sea! The place is clean, with clear attention to detail having been paid. The location is good, close to several bars and restaurants. The metro station is just a few minutes walk, so an easy connection to any other destination. Great breakfast, with fresh ingredients! The staff was also great, quick to help and provide advice on what to do in Napoli. All in all, a safe bet for your stay in Napoli, go for it!

Pleasant hotel in the hart of the Napoli´s historical centre, full of rich night life. Very close to public transport - metro and bus, 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, by car/taxi from the airport. Good breakfast, nice dining room. Good hotel equipment, corresponding to very favorable price. Clean. Professional hotel staff.

Staff was friendly but not proactive with bathroom supplies. We had to ask for more toiletries a few times. Coffee was only available during a limited time unlike other places where guests could help themselves at any hour of the day.

This lovely hotel is really an oasis in the midst of bustling Naples! Very close to the metro and wonderful Archeological museum. Easy to get to airport by taxi and metro to trains. I would choose a room with an outside facing window next time. Delicious breakfast and spaces to relax.

Really only the non outside facing room but we chose that. Still had a window with fresh air.

Don’t drive a car to the location

A great location in high-energy Naples, with easy walking to museums, churches, parks, and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, and the wait-staff was happy to make a cappuccino to start our day. Our room was fully modern and comfortable, including a sizeable patio with a great view of Mt. Vesuvius. For a big-city hotel, it was an excellent value.

The staff, the cleanliness and the location are all fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
