Location was good.

Paper cups for your coffee and not enough milk etc

The hotel has the perfect location next to the historical center but also close to archeological museum, metro stations, and so many other places. The room was spacious and we enjoyed very much. Also the common places were very nice and spacious enough to sit around and relax from a walking day.

First day we got inside the room we saw that it wasn’t cleaned very good as we found fuzz on the floor.

The breakfast was amazing and probably one of my favorite parts about the hotel. Having a gluten free option was a huge bonus. The staff was very kind and helpful especially one young lady who helped me find gluten free places to eat every evening.

The bed was quite hard and the room was a little small and cold. We didn't have a view because the windows were so high. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

The breakfast was very good

The hotel was clean and renovated. The staff was super welcoming and explained everything well. The room was clean and quite big. We were on the 6th floor and we were able to sleep in peace and quiet, far from the noise of the street. The location was great, a 5 minute walk away from the Dante metro station and we were able to visit everything on foot easily.

Right in the centre of historic Naples we were blown away by this beautifully renovated apartment. It was easy to reach via Metro from Napoli Centrale. Beds were comfortable and showers were excellent. Exceptional buffet breakfast and very kind staff made our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was included in the room price and there was a great variety offered. Food was excellent. Short walk from the local train station, but a few stops from Naples Central. Close to many restaurants. Room was very clean. Maybe a little small for twin beds but comfortable.

Within walking distance of all tourists sites, close to Metro. Near restaurants and shops but the hotel is in a courtyard away from all the noise. All the staff were lovely. Especially Daniela at reception and everyone in the breakfast room. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Location was excellent, room was very comfortable and ours overlooked the courtyard which was lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would happily recommend the hotel to others and will rebook when we return to Naples

We were very satisfied with Hotel Piazza Bellini & Apartments. I rate lodging on three dimensions and the hotel scores very well. LOCATION > A short 5 minute walk to the Dante stop of the Line 1 Metro > A short 6 minute walk to the Museo Archeologico (MANN) > A short 6 minute walk to historic Via dei Tribunali and many pizza restaurants ACCOMMODATIONS From our interactions with the staff we found them very friendly and helpful. We were with our teenage grandson. Our apartment had a separate room for him and 1.5 bathrooms. The shower was excellent. The hotel's breakfast was very good. CLEANLINESS Our apartment were very clean. This is a perfect hotel for someone visiting Naples and Pompeii/Herculaneum.

Location and breakfast!

The place is a hidden gem in a very convenient location to churches, shopping, food, and the external area was overrun with revelers, but the rooms are soundproof and each floor has ours own special central area. Heat for cold stone floors in the bathroom was great. Food was so good and everyone from check in to check out and staff in between during breakfast eye so nice and friendly. After a very difficult trip, including a side trip due to flight issues to another country, the hotel was so gracious when I emailed and followed up with two calls along the way. My room was so cute and even though I'm 60, it was well suited for younger travelers. Best sleep I've ever had in a hotel too! Wake up calls, no problem, directions and recommendations, no problem, call for a cab, no problem... just what a wonderful tape on holiday should include, va tooc service hotel!! Thank you. If I ever get back to Naples, this is the only place I'll stay.

Walking through 1,000 revelers as I fought for space, with my luggage, on the sidewalks and streets enroute to the hotel. That's on me though;I grossly underestimated the walk from the train, mostly uphill, on a very late Saturday night during the holiday week. The hotel garden immediately took that frustration away.

Excellent service (thank you, staff!), large room, twin beds, kettle, fridge, room service, amazing full breakfast, early morning coffee could be hotter. Taxis, tours, dining recommendations - we are an older couple with a cane. Great elevator too.

We had reserved a Superior apartment at the Bellini Hotel & Apartments. Staff was excellent. Breakfast offered but not taken. We preferred to experience the hospitality of local bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Our apartment was excellent. Location is in the historic site of Naples. The hotel and apartment is surrounded by numerous restaurants, stores, bars, etc. Highly recommend this Hotel Bellini & Apartment. If I visit Naples again, I will stay at their location.

Shower drained slow

Located in the heart of the historic center, we were able to walk to many historic sites and museums. Very helpful front desk staff. Nice selection of breakfast fare that was well presented and tasty.

Many hours went into choosing this hotel and we weren't disappointed, from quality of the bed, helpfulness of the staff and quality & presentation of the food - all met or exceeded our expectations..

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, good sized room, quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. On morning of departure I wasn't well so they allowed us a late check-out free of charge and offered any assistance we needed.

Air conditioning was controlled from front desk. Couldn't get desired temperature to make room comfortable. Also, we had a room with disabled toilet and shower that we weren't expecting. Shower was very small with old concertina doors. Toilet was high as was specifically for disabled use.

Perfect location and good value. We had a room with a terrace and it was lovely! Staff were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and taxis. Good free WiFi. Breakfast was filling and delicious. Great location. Hope to come back very soon.

A wonderful, quiet courtyard amidst the hustle and bustle of Napoli. Staff were kind and helpful, especially grateful for their assistance in our late arrival and early departure due to our flight times. Breakfast was a wonderful assortment of options.

Super location 2 blocks from Spaccanapoli, the most exciting street in Naples. Tons of restaurants, walking to major attractions easily. Wonderful staff and so pleasant. Beautiful center entry courtyard with classic touches.

The property was very clean and the room we got was very spacious however it was two stories because we booked a room for three people so downstairs we had one bed and upstairs we have the big bed and we the restroom is upstairs so it was kind of inconvenient for whoever staying downstairs to go to the bathroom upstairs Location is away from the train station and it is located in a street with a lot of clubs and nightlife the property has a lot of lobby rooms to sit and read and chill and it has also a very nice outdoor area to sit and chill or eat

Our room was fantastic, having been upgraded on arrival to an apartment with a roof terrace and spectacular views of the city. Good breakfast and we loved the location on the lively piazza.

This was a wonderfully grand place to stay. We were given an upgrade to an apartment and it had huge windows and lots of light. It was perfect to eat breakfast in the courtyard. And staff were very helpful.

An oasis of calm right in the middle of the exuberant life of Naples. Beautifully maintained. Staff always available and helpful, organising taxis, train times etc. Walking distance to many of the main attractions.

We loved it and most rooms were not street side, ours was but the evenings bar noise didn’t bother us and soon quietened.
