Great hotel, beautiful courtyard for breakfast, food or just a nice drink and relaxation! Great staff, very helpful in suggesting tours, sightseeing and restaurants in the area! Would definitely stay here again!!

Staff , cleanliness, location and breakfast

The scent that was in the room when I arrived. The staff quickly took care of the scent upon request. I have allergies to scents so it was greatly appreciated!

Overall it's an excellent property. My only advice to someone staying in the future is if you encounter a really hard mattress or pillows you don't like make sure to reach out to the staff, they will try and meet your needs. We did not understand to do this and so it was a very hard bed and flat pillows. The hotel is quite beautiful the staff is very helpful.

We had to leave at 7sm for airport and the bsg breakfast we were given was disappointing. Apple and piece of cake?

Everything was good except that the heating and cooling system is centralized and cannot be controlled from the room. According to the reception staff, the system is only turned on starting June 1. However, we stayed at the end of April, and the nights were very hot, and it was not possible to turn on the air conditioning, which caused serious discomfort.

A garden in the rough. Wonderful respite from the gritty and chaotic Naples! We had an excellent experience in this beautifully located hotel.

A bit pricey but worth the expense.

Loved the location. It was in the central historical area. Staff was very attentive and helpful when needed. Breakfast was amazing. Breakfast was very substantial. Great options and delicious!

I didn’t like having to give our keys to front desk and having to get them back from front desk every time we entered/exited our room. Other than that everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The building itself is absolutely stunning, full of character and beautifully preserved, and its location couldn’t be better for exploring the city. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was attentive and kind. We would gladly come back.

The bathroom felt like it was added later and wasn’t very comfortable to use. It would also be nice to have complimentary water in the room.

The breakfast was average but the hot water/coffee & hot milk was rubbish. It needs a proper coffee machine installed with hot water and coffee. Their facility was not good. Water not boiling and lukewarm warm coffee.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent.

We arrived very late and the room we were assigned was in the attic with a vey small window and not very attractive but the staff worked hard to change our room in the morning and it was a very nice room with a large window and balcony. We started out our stay very upset but all went well the next day. Just make sure you do not get the 6th floor attic rooms.

In hindsight, since the hotel is located inside of a ZTL, arriving by car was a little more complicated than just arriving by foot. But that is none of the hotels fault, highly recommend staying there.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Naples. hello we got a great value for our money. one of the best vacation we had.

The hotel is centrally located and I spent my time in Naples walking through the city. The room was very clean and the alloted space was ample. The breakfast was served in the room and there was a very tasty welcoming treat.

The staff, the breakfast, the bed, the cleanness, the services, the spot, the terrace.

There was only a tiny little window in our room.

Perfectly situated in central Naples and very comfortable rooms and hotel. Great location for seeing the city sights, close to the metro, hop on hop off bus, fabulous restaurants and the archaeological museum. Delicious breakfast, wonderful and extremely helpful staff and excellent facilities.

The room was huge we originally booked a double room standard but separate beds weren’t available for me & my grandma so they gave us an upgraded apartment unit & was super nice & big. Very helpful staff was such a difference coming from staying at a nightmare air bnb experience the night before. Thank you! Would highly recommend if staying in Naples :) oh & the breakfast was awesome selection was great.

The hotel was very good.It was close to anything.Near metro station and very safe neighborhood.Good breakfast with satisfying variety friendly staff and warm and clean bedrooms.I recommend it.

Location was wonderful,very nice building, clean room equipped with everything u need. We were 2guests but we received upgraded apartment of 2 rooms, high ceiling ,bright rooms, balcony and a kitchen with all the facilities. Hotel so centrally located , right beside the metro etc and the buzz of naples. Rooms quite big spotless clean , breakfast fabulous, hotel in a beautiful courtyard, couldn't have asked for better.

Nothing But a quick note of caution, well aware most cities now have a city tax, but thought the one for Naples was quite pricey in comparison, when added to final bill. Understandable it's nothing to do with hotel, but just to aware.

The location is perfect, so well sited for seeing the city sights, close to the Archaeological Museum, the Duomo, the Spanish Quarter and near good restaurants. It’s a very quiet situation but we visited in January. A summer experience could be different. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice.

All the hotel facilitates were very good.

To improve the experience the breakfast must start earlier. Because most organized tours begins 7.30. Some of the rooms are like a loft with stairs to toilet. It could be dangerous for some persons specially at night.

Beautiful and comfortable. Good location in walking distance of some sights and just a block from metro and Hop on bus. On a lively street with lots of restaurants. Very good breakfast and they allowed me to take a sandwich for later. Staff was wonderful.

They had a small café with only outdoor seating, a bit chilly in winter. Also the menu was very limited. Beds were a bit narrow, unfortunately common in Europe. I did roll out onto the floor once. I learned to grab the edge when I turned over.
