Great place for a stay in Napoli. We will definitely return here. View from 10th floor bar is superb. Room very comfortable. Staff very friendly

Unfortunately there was a G7 meeting in Napoli on the day we stayed in the hotel, and security was a bit annoying although it got better once they started recognizing us.

the location, the bar and view on the 10 floor, breakfast, the upkeep of theroom, francesco, at the reception desk, and usually the staff at the reception center

the pool hours, could bot use the pool the 3 days we were there, because the hours are ridiculous.. could not even see it. the staff when you called them from abroad... gruff, and not customer friendly..

The view, the staff, the exceptional food and wine. What's not to love?

Room service was always slow and I wonder if the hotel were under staffed

Superb experience. The concierge and front desk staff were kind. The maître d in the breakfast room was so welcoming, it makes one wish to return. Fantastic rooms, beautiful view. The Sky Lounge also reflects the same! I felt very pampered, thank you!

There was only one place open for lunch. I would have enjoyed some options. Thank you.

Rooms are a little dated but very clean The Rooftop bar while, amazing and gorgeous, was extremely expensive. €25 for cocktails meant we didn't stay too long! Dinner in Caruso was satisfactory but did not feel like 5 star cuisine. The staff gave us a little dessert surprise for our honeymoon though, which was a nice touch!

No espresso machine in the room even they have service, also windows noise isolation could be better.

Excellent location by sea & nearby restaurants. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff and room services. Breakfast options were awesome. High quality sheets & towels. Efficient doormen made you feel welcome at all times.

Problem with bath/shower waste - couldn’t cope with volume of shower head water flow, so standing in 6 inches of water whilst showering. Cost of bar/terrace standard beverages was v high. €25 for Aperol Spritz & €15 for a German bottled beer! Swimming pool was closed which was disappointing given the hot temperatures.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They were kind and helpful with luggage, directions, and recommendations for the local area. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it was well appointed with selections of both European and American cuisine. Great location along the water front.

The property suggests there is an outdoor rooftop pool. It is actually the size of a small hot tub and was closed during our stay. We had planned to relax in the afternoon by the pool on the roof before our early morning flight the next day, which was not possible.

The breakfast is exceptional. Everything was so good and fresh! The gym was very nice, the spa area very charming and cozy. We got an upgrade with our room and had a partial view on the sea! The location is perfect, situated on the water front. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was super comfy, very clean and beautiful! The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the bay, it was magical!

Great location, with a stunning view of Gulf of Naples, and a lot of very good restaurants and bar at walking distance. Staff impressed by their professionalism and their friendliness. Great breakfast.

Not ideal for access to public transportation, with the nearest tube station being more than 20 min walk away

Good atmosphere, beautiful view from the rooftop bar and from the room as well. The service in the restaurant is excellent and the food is also very delicious.

Stunning property and location

Room 540 or 541 with the bath. The shower head could not be adjusted to tilt downwards and sprayed water everywhere. We had to use multiple towels across the floor to avoid slipping

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was very good (it’s Italy, so skip the pancakes and don’t expect a real hard boiled egg). Bed was very comfortable.

If we have to nit pick, the bathroom should have an exhaust fan. Also, you have to ask for a coffee maker (no charge), but they don’t seem to have creamer in your room. We asked and got none. Very minor issues. Otherwise really comfortable.

they need to work more on the breakfast menu.. for me was good but people from our region prefer more options not everyday the same food but the breakfast staff were awesome and so friendly

Excellent location, by the sea, facing Castel Uovo and with a view to Vesuvio, very friendly and helpful staff, very good facilities. We will always choose Grand Hotel Vesuvio for a visit în Napoli and Amalfi Coast.
