Brilliant location, good breakfast and friendly staff. At the end of a tiring day a glass of prosecco by the pool is just wonderful.

I don’t know I am struggling to put my finger on it ….a lack of reception area I was lucky enough to stay with two different sets of friends on continuous days and I asked if I could keep my clothes in the room I was told no that I was being moved to another room so I had to pack up only to be placed back in the same room…strange and a little unhelpful

Very good location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars etc. We had a suite which were very nice and clean, the balcony was very small, but there is nice outdoor area around the pool. Good breakfast.

It was in an excellent location & quiet tucked away from the busy streets.

I had booked the Junior Suite because in the photos & description it shows it has a terrace. However we did not get a balcony or terrace. Advertising is misleading!

The hotel was in the middle of the old town, which was very convenient to walk to all the sites plus they had in-house parking if you have a vehicle it's very convenient.

Our first room was a junior suite the spiral staircase was very slippery to walk up and down, you had to be very careful. Because it was raining so hard the sewers backed up on the street and there was a bad smell of sewage on the outside rooms of the building when you opened up the window. We were transferred to inside room on the top floor which was very nice and didn't have a bad smell from the streets.

The hotel is inside a gated area which set it away from the busy streets of Naples which provided a calm, tranquil environment

we had booked a single bed room for two guests but this had not been recorded and was not able to be adjusted on our arrival.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was excellent but a little noisy at night.

This is a unique and MAGICAL villa hidden right away through large doors of a Main Street close very handy for the archeological museum. If it had have been sunny we would have defo used the pool. Love the arty vibe. The breakfast was excellent! Despite my comments on the negative I would enthusiastically recommend this place. A cultural oasis of calm and sophistication in a brooding and very urban grafitti ridden city. Make sure you know which room you are booking.

Again Booking.coms fault I think. I treated myself and my partner to a junior suite. Booking.com showed us various pictures including a sophisticated painted headboard with olives, a golden (what looked like a bath alcove, in fact a shower). It is a LOT of money but if we’d have got what i presumed we were paying for totally worth the splurge. Room 205 is the Crown Jewels I believe, we had room 104 which had ok but average shower, and ok but not arty or decadent bed. I felt disappointed as I wanted to treat my partner to opulence and at that price the suite should have had more WOW.

I travelled with an old friend who couldn’t walk. We booked this hotel because the property is marked as wheel chair accessible. It is not. There are stairs at the entrance to the property and to the hotel itself. That information needs to be removed from their website. It can also get very loud at night. My room was facing the main street where bars & restaurants stay open until late at night.

We stayed here for one night and it was in a perfect location in the heart of Naples, easily accessibly to everything we wanted to walk to. Staff was extremely helpful with our early checkin, stowing our luggage, offering refreshments when our room wasn't ready, and helping us book airport transportation for a very early flight. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We loved how quiet it was considering it was in the middle of a busy area, very clean, with a lot of old-world charm.

Given that the hotel's entrance is not on the street, it was a little difficult to navigate how to enter the front gate upon arrival, and from there, where the additional entrance to the courtyard and lobby were. It would be helpful for the hotel to provide clear instructions for hotel access on the reservation confirmation, with the buzzer on the left side of the front gate and to proceed walking through the parking lot to a second entry point to buzz into.

Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Great little hotel in the heart of old Naples. Breakfast was excellent, the location perfect to explore the old town from and the staff friendly and helpful.

Front staff Pierrot was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff friendly and food quality and variety was great.

Proximity to the National Archeological Museum, places to eat.

No identification outside, have to buzz to get in iron door, then buzz again to get on the property. A bit jarring when you first get there. But, no need to worry about security.

We were supposed to have a taxi transfer included however we were charged upon leaving for the transfer - we couldn’t ask the question in Italian and the person at the desk didn’t speak any English No bar for a nightcap before going to bed

This is a perfect location for visiting many wonderful parts of Naples. I liked the roof terrace and being so high up.

The courtyard and pool were definitely a bonus after being in the chaotic city but cars were practically parked in the courtyard. I think there could be a better way of shielding the cars from that area! It is very pretty but not from every angle! I wouldn't let this put you off as it is still tranquil with your back to the car park and it is a rare find to have a quiet place to sit in Naples away from the busyness.

Great spot in Naples, beautiful setting, with supreme front desk staff! Also, in the right weather you can't beat the pool! Or, the breakfast in any weather!! One of the best I had in Europe. The room itself was comfortable and clean. But the staff catering to your every need makes this a five star hotel! And the setting is enchanting. A great respite from the chaos of Naples!
