Location is wonderful, rooms are clean and tidy, staff friendly

We came for 1 night The front desk lady was super nice and helpful made us feel very comfortable at the place and showed us the kitchen that was accessible for us during the day for coffee/bowl of serial if needed:) The room was clean and big and in prime location I would definitely come back!

We chose the Dante House because of its location, near many places of interest i.e. Museum of Archaeology) - and the charm of the building. The staff , especially receptionist (Denny?) were exceptionally helpfull, explaining everything (and more!) and letting us in before official check in times. The room was huge, with a well equipped kitchen if you stay for a while. A good choice!

Transport. NOT the hotels fault, but Napoli station - a chaotic nightmare - is half an hour away on Google maps: An hour in reality! Trouble is, the increadibly non-suitcase friendly Italian (volcanic) paving stones: They will ruin any normal suitcase. The solution is simple : Metro or taxi to Piazza Dante, and taxi or the (excellent, reasonable) transport service to the airport. Just an info really, the streets are incredibly busy, and unkind to suitcases! And ladies: Dont even think about high heals!

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is great and everything is near. The hotel is clean, easy to navigate and the breakfast was nice (although it could use some variety) but our stay was really pleasant!

I guess the only two things that could use some improvement are: the breakfast that was the same every day and the elevator was a little clunky. When we were bringing down the suitcases we had to take them down the stairs because the elevator wasn't coming for some reason. But really everything else was great!

We absolutely adored our stay at Dante House! Our room was very big and clean, the hotel is extremely well located in the historic old city, and the staff were all very friendly and so helpful!

aircon worked very well in one part of our room, the other part of the room didn’t cool down so we slept in the cooler part (no problem, there was plenty of space!)

Located in the heart of my favourite neighbourhood in Napoli, a rich tapestry of book vendors and print shops, cool bars and restaurants and close to the archeological museum. Friendly, warm staff! Large comfortable rooms which have maintained their original decorative details and added contemporary design. Independence to come and go with a door key to the large door entry to the inner courtyard made us feel like local residents. Loved our stay and will be back!!

Breakfast could have had offered a few more options to choose from, however overall very happy.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and spacious enough for a one-night stay. The pillows were very comfortable. It is a shame we could not stay for breakfast as it looked delicious. The self-serve honesty bar was also a super nice touch! Would definitely return :)

Our original room had a malfunctioning AC so we were offered another room which faced the Piazza. It was a bit loud as there was a bar with music downstairs - the rooms facing the inner courtyard would have been more quiet.

The bed was very comfortable , staff helpful.

The lift - you need 20c to operate

Greeted by friendly staff straight away. Helped us with our bags too. I wasn’t feeling well and straight away we were allowed in our room. We arrived at midday too. Our checkin was at 2pm. So grateful for the friendly staff in accommodating me. Breakfast again was awesome. Fresh squeezed juice and a variety of food made available to us. We were leaving early before breakfast was opened. The staff again went out of their way to make sure we ate and then left. Can’t wait to visit again. Great location in the heart of the city too. Staff kept asking if we needed anything to just let them know. It was a warm friendly family environment. Very cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Loved our stay.
