Grand Hotel Parker’s, Naples

The views from the room and restaurant were very good.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, it is a very nice building.
The breakfast was very good and complete.
The staff was very nice and helpful, answering every request.

The bathroom had some hair in the shower, not what you’d expect from a five star hotel.
When we arrived nobody was at the front door to assist with the luggages (family traveling with a baby so we had quite a lot) but when the staff realized guests were arriving they came and were very helpful.
The restaurant (non michelin starred) was kind of overpriced for what we ate at diner, the lasagnas were average at best, so were the vongole. When in Napoli you expect good food, especially in such a place, any restaurant would have served the same at half the price (not as fancy of a venue obviously but what is in the plate matters).

The view from the terrace restaurant was incredible, although I would describe some of the service as good, not great. Staff around the hotel are excellent however.

Location is good, but still a bit of a walk from metro station. Classic rooms have a view of a cliff wall, and balconies are not big enough for chairs and table.

The views from the room were amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I've never had a bath and a half.....it was great! The beds and pillows I wish I could take home with me!

It seems the AC quits running in the middle of the night. Got a little warm in the room. Not near sightseeing places, you have to take a cab. But ohhhh it is so worth staying here!!! You are away from the noise and the views are truly amazing!

Reception staff could have been more helpful, particularly given this is a five star hotel, and we have experienced better service in a four star hotel

The property was well appointed. Beautiful location and view. Absolute luxury. CONSTANTINO that runs the villa was awesome. He could not do enough for you going out of his way in every instance.

Having said all that are staying included a wonderful breakfast and they even made dinner for us a couple nights. Which was tremendous. Highly recommend.

The staff and the property and food

Obviously, the property has a tradition and an inertia from that perspective. I am referring exclusively to the hotel. The George restaurant is outstanding from all perspectives, Chef, quality and Service.

Lack of proper management of the hotel. We experience an unexpected failure of the central digital control system which generated an uncontrollable lights and AC in the room at 02:00 am. When I realize that I can’t control it I called the Reception with the kind request to shoot down the system in the room until day light and to perform an audit further on to fix the problem. It appears they understood, but we wake up in the morning with the AC on with significant intensity and cold. This generated heart problems to everyone, myself and my wife. I reported the problem to the Duty Manager in the morning but he couldn’t care less. This end here, I will never recommend this hotel to friends. By contrary, I suggest to everyone to try the 2* Michelin restaurant. A responsible Manager of the hotel should have put in place procedures for such unexpected technical situations. When you charge these amounts you bear full responsibility of the house.

Comfort, clean and great staff

Lack of a pool and despite the hotel having a great view it is quite a way from the main shopping and areas of interest.

Amazing views from the rooftop restaurant. Excellent service from the staff and amazing decor in the reception and rooms. Very sophisticated room system with lights controlled at the touch of a screen.

Great choice - no trouble at all

Truly wonderful property, magnificent view, fabulous location super friendly and helpful staff. We loved staying at this wonderful Hotel in a prime location of Naples. The food at the rooftop restaurant was just delicious. The staff were so attentive and made us feel relaxed and cared for. Naples is a hectic city with a huge heartbeat, a wonderful surprise for us. And staying at the Grand Hotel Parkers is a much needed relaxed and luxurious haven at the end of a busy day in Naples.

A beautiful, well maintained property with excellent amenities. The concierge service is nothing short of exceptional. All the staff are welcoming and extremely helpful.

Beatifully appointed hotel. Hotel team were welcoming and provided ***** service. Views from the restaurant were fabulous for Breakfast and a evening Drink on the balcony.

The hotel was so lovely. The views from our room of the bay and Vesuvius were amazing. I would say that the location of the hotel for this view was exceptional. However it did take a bit of time to get to the main centre of town.

The breakfast was Amazing - Very good service - All Ala carte and the VIEW was just Mind Blowing! The Hotel has a good location due to the view but the central areas are 20-25 minute walk.

- For such a premium hotel - Sparkling water should be complimentary. Overall everything was good. No Other comments.

Gorgeous views, excellent service and concierge, great food.

Not too walkable to shops or restaurants; but it was still nice to be out of the fray of Naples traffic and tourists.

Efficient friendly and helpful service. Good restaurant recommendations. Amazing view of Naples and Vesuvius from our room and the terrace and 6/f restaurant area for breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ample storage space in wardrobe and draws.

Sadly their 2 star restaurant George wasn’t open at the time we were there. The location is about 5-10 walk to the nearest metro. Best to take taxis to port and old town to see the sights. We needed to ask for extra toiletries which were supplied.
