Beautiful property and staff, very historic and central.

Although very luxurious I think for the money I wish the amenities were a bit better.

I loved staying in my duplex suite, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast I ate was amazing, I particularly enjoyed eating my breakfast with the morning view of Mt Vesuvius. I cannot thank the staff enough, they were incredibly helpful in providing me with directions and maps for the city, as well as, dinner recommendations and taxi services. Unfortunately during my stay I became terribly unwell, and I am so appreciative of all the staff that worked on the 2nd of July and especially the staff at the front desk (males and females). They all ensured I was able to rest and monitored me to check that I was ok and constantly assisted me. I wish I had recorded all their names including the young man who collected my bags and the lady who cleaned my room, as I would love to thank them. I loved my stay at Grand Hotel Parker's and will stay here again when I return to Napoli next.

Lovely roof top restaurant and view over the bay. Interior design is one of the kind.

Absolutely nothing

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious with an old world charm and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The views from the rooms are fantastic and overall a beautiful hotel! The lobby is ornately decorated and feels like walking through a museum or palace. The breakfast was also fantastic with a great selection as was the cafe and the view from the restaurant/bar area is unbeatable. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Naples.

The location is a bit far if you plan to be doing tours in the main city but if you just want to relax and enjoy some good food and views it's perfect! Some of the facilities have a bit of wear and tear and the safe could be bigger to fit a laptop.

There was no reservation for one of the hotel’s restaurants. The Roof Top restaurant was reserved, but it was below the standard ، its was our anniversary

We were staying in one of the upper floor suites. Unfortunately we were woken twice during one night with furniture being move very loudly on the terrace above our room by staff following an event. Breakfast was a bit hot and miss - orders needed to be followed up on on more than one occasion

One of the cleaning staff opened the door of my room at 22.30 when I was in bed. She claimed she was coming to do turndown but I had the ‘do not disturb’ light on so I am not sure what she was up to. This made me very uncomfortable.

The location is extremely strategic, the hotel is stunning, facing the sea, and, most significantly, the service is exceptional.

Elegant and relaxing hotel, made exceptional by truly outstanding staff and the most incredible rooftop balcony imaginable. From before making our booking, to check in, to questions about the town, every team member went out of their way to make our two day stay perfect. There is a genuine delight in helping people and we felt it throughout. As for the rooftop balcony, we started each day there for breakfast and finished each night with a few drinks overlooking the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. It took tremendous self control to make sure we pulled ourselves away - could easily have sat there all day. We look forward to our next visit.

Great Staff, Even the concierage is so good. Breakfast was good and service is awesome. The views from the top floor restaurant is breath-taking. Hotel is very clean and the room is 5 star quality.

Breakfast could have been a Buffet as the staff has to run around a lot to serve on individual table and there is lots of wastage of food.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view over the Bay of Naples. We were given a free upgrade to a junior suite which was beautiful. The hotel isn’t too big and the friendly staff made it special. The terrace view while eating dinner is outstanding. We didn’t try the Michelin star restaurant however we did eat several times in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel is a little way up the hill from the centre of Naples and therefore quieter and cleaner streets. It takes around 20/25 mins to walk to the city centre.

The only thing I could possibly say is that a spa would have been nice. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel and I can’t find any faults.

Fantastic hotel, we’ve been to the area many times before and now we’ve experienced hotel Parker I simply wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Naples. Superb view with great dining and bar options, lovely rooms with new clean facilities. It’s a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our (very) young family and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They were very flexible with our needs and even made our baby extra food which was absolutely amazing. There is a very welcoming atmosphere, despite its grandeur. It really is a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has the roof top with the restaurent and bar. We tried both in the evenings. Were enough for the food and good for the price. Wifi was good. Breakfasts are amazing with the sea view. We had the anniversary of the wedding and the hotel upgraded the room for us. That was a really great present! Also the hotel presented a bottle of champagne!

What a wonderful stay, enjoyed so much during our stay. It was just one day but i know it will be my fav hotel in Naples

Service was beyond excellent. We were given a very generous upgrade without asking and our stay was very comfortable. The location is excellent too.

Staff amazingly accommodating even with our last minute request for and additional person in our room- everything is great-even going back for another stay for 3 days at the end of our time in Italy

What’s not to like! A beautiful classic hotel with unbeatable views and fantastic staff. Our room was spacious, clean and we enjoyed the welcome traditional treats. The terrace bar at the top was beautiful for a pre dinner cocktail.

The location was fantastic, rooftop to enjoy the view, breakfast overlooking Capri with Vesuvius in the back. The best, I have to say, was the staff. Starting from check in, the staff was so sweet. Since we got in late, we went to the roof for drinks and dinner, the servers were amazing and patient.

Not a single thing. It was perfect. We will definitely come back to Grand Hotel Parker’s again.

Well managed, definitely worth the 5 star rating, while the price is still reasonable. The concierge, Vincenzo, was very helpful. The restaurant and cocktail bar were both unique.

There was construction, so unfortunately it was noisy and the construction workers seemed to be smoking inside, so the smell traveled through the AC.

The room was a good size and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a very good size. The 6th floor bar was brilliant and the cocktails were expertly made. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The George restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast was good and served on the terrace with a lovely view.

The shower pressure could have been better.

We loved exploring Naples with all its treasures and experiencing its unique atmosphere and culture. The Parker’s Hotel provides a most beautiful view on Naples bay. The stuff is very helpful, always cheerful and available to help with any request. We definitely recommend this Hotel and hope coming back someday again.
