Fantastic location - quiet oasis off of a busy area. Extremely helpful staff at front desk helped with dinner option and shopping areas. Air conditioning was excellent. Bathroom was gorgeous.

Beautiful boutiques hotel, great ambience, beautifully furnished, fabulous location 5min walk to waterfront & many restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff from front desk, to cleaning staff. Breakfast staff were excellent. Great breakfast, lots of choice and freshly made pastries every day. Good taxi service. Fabulous, woukd stay again.

Location is nice. It is not far from the historical centre but still has a distance so it’s surrounding streets are cleaner and less chaotic 😉 Good breakfast selection. Nothing exceptional but you will find everything on the buffet table you need and they are fresh and tasty. Good coffee served to your table. Clean and elegant hotel.

The hotel is wonderfully placed for cafes, restaurants, shopping and connecting with the bustle of the Spanish Quarter of Naples. Hospitality, stemming primarily from the notably harmonious team spirit of staff, was made our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the exclusive Chiaia neighbourhood. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel is very clean throughout and there is very good wi-fi access. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of variety.

I loved its old style Italian elegance, comfort and lack of pretension. All of the staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient. I liked its fairly intimate size and scale; however, the interior rooms and spaces were deceptively large and airy. Beautifully decorated in an understated way. The location was brilliant.

Wifi was erratic in the room and the hot and cold water in the shower was sometimes difficult to balance.

The location was superb. Name brand shops and good restaurants were in walking distance. Theater San Carlo was also in walking distance. The area felt very safe to walk around. A supermarket was just a few steps away. We loved dining experience at Umberto restaurant, just a few steps away. Taxi ride to molo Beverello, where you take express boat to Capri was about ten minutes away with taxi call, costing 12 Euros. Our flight into Naples was ten at night. It was only 20 min ride to the hotel. The room service was superb and our room was maintained very clean. The hotel was very quiet for a good sleep. Breakfast had both hot and cold item as well as fruits. Coffee was served to the table. Bed was very comfortably hard and linens felt fresh. Staff spoke very fluent English and were very willing to help when needed.

While the room was equipped with high technology security and pleasant amenities, I think the wall paper looks as though it will need to be replaced in couple of years.

Great location within vibrant neighbourhood with an easy access to public transport to all major sights. Breakfast table had a great choice of delicious local pastries too! Staff was very helpful and attentive!

The reserved taxi that was arranged by the hotel, tried to extort extra money (claiming he didn’t have change and even though promised by the hotel he did not have a credit card facility for charging.

Excellent location: 1. For the heritage sites to visit c 1km away; and 2. For the restaurants on the shore c. 1 km away; 3. For the nearby ports to ferry to Sorrento etc.. c. 1 km away. All walkable easily, but if luggage also taxi to ferry c. 13 euro.

Hotel stay was pleasant. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally situated in the Chiaia area with many restaurants and stores to shop at. Room was clean, slightly small but in line with European standards. Would recommend

Location was perfect, central Naples allowed us to explore different parts each day. Staff were always available (we asked for kettle and cups to be put in room, and they were there when we returned). Room was clean and spacious for our needs (on city breaks we only sleep in them!). The room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking another building, but as we never looked out, it wasn’t a problem. I would suggest that none of the rooms had a view to shout about.

the only observation (not a real negative) was the lack of a kettle, cups and tea/coffee making in the room, once we asked they were delivered.

Beautiful hotel - it had the largest and best appointed rooms of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy. Very comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast buffet with lots of options. Helpful & attentive staff. Great location as well.

Hotel comfortable and very well located, despite the distance from metro stations. Good breakfast and dedicated staff. There is a very good restaurant at less than 50 meters from the hotel.

Only the distance from the metro stations, but this is more related to the few metro lines in Naples.

Very pleasant hotel in attractive part of Naples. Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, kind staff. Quiet spacious room with lovely shower room. Location convenient for city and sea.
