Nice traditional and classic

The location was perfect for access to shopping, bus transportation, and sight seeing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and accomodating.

Everything exceeded our expectations. There was nothing that we did not like about our stay.

I liked the building itself, spacious room and bathroom, polite staff Good location with a grocery store and seveal restos just 1 min walk. It is really close to the piazza del Plebiscito and piazza del Martiri

Breakfast was not up to our expectations from a 4 star hotel :( Tea had a really bad taste! though served in nice individual tea pots. However water in the tea pot was luke warm and had a specific taste..so it didnt feel like tea, rather like coloured water.. Juice was weird too, tasted more like a fuzzy frink No warm food, exept for scrambled eggs Though overall a good hotel in a good location, the price level is much higher compared other European countries, even to Nordic countries

The hotel is located in a very safe area in Naples. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, cafe's a short walk from the hotel. The metro is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Beautiful building right in the very heart of Naples close to some of the best restaurants, shopping and only a 15 minute walk from the metro which will get you to Pompeii and Herculaneum within the hour.

The hotel needs to be updated. Shower was old and dilapidated in the floor that they covered with a wooden thing. Needs some tlc and refurbishment.

The A/C did not allow us to lower the room temperature to lower than approx. 26 degrees celsius. The WiFi range was poor and no connection in the room. The shower temperature varied a lot.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Very quiet street but a block away lots of restaurants and shops. Continental breakfast had a lot of variety. Really perfect 3 days were spent here. Highly recommend

The only negative is that there is no view

The mixing hot water valve was not right in either of the two rooms hot one minute cold the next. But to me the hotel is very good. Staff kind and rooms very clean in a very safe area. Also they are good sized rooms.

Return visit after 3 years. The same excellence. Very classy and comfortable. Clean, large room, comfy bed, fast wifi, reasonable minibar selection. Big bathroom, fluffy towels. Laptop sized safe. Breakfast with a good selection. Always super service and helpful staff. Good location with shops and wide choice of eating out all around, deli supermarket across the lane. 15 minutes walk to the aquarium and zoological museum, 20 minutes walk up to the centre waterfront. I would definitely visit again.

No views from the windows, but I wasn't worried. No tea or coffee in the room, but orderable from the bar

Hotel location was great. Walking distance from shopping streets and the boardwalk. Taxi station 1 minute walk from the lobby. Well appointed room and lovely helpful staff prior and during our stay. Breakfast was nice and diverse, with lots to choose from.

We booked a 3 person room and the bed for the 3rd person was in a "nook", with limited space. It was okay, but not very roomy.
