That's my 3rd return to this hotel. Let's say the truth - it's still the best 5 star hotel in Munich these days.

Big rooms, comfy bed, nice staff.

I chose to stay at your hotel because of its convenient location and strong sense of safety. I also genuinely appreciate one aspect of the room — the heated bathroom floor, which added comfort to my stay.

1. Missing room amenities: The room did not include basic items such as a razor and a toothbrush. For a well-known and higher-priced hotel, these essentials are typically provided without needing to call the front desk, and their absence affected the overall convenience of my stay. 2. Pillows too soft: The pillows provided were overly soft and lacked sufficient support. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer options with different levels of firmness to improve sleep comfort. 3. Limited breakfast selection: The breakfast variety was quite limited, with fewer choices than expected. It would be helpful to expand the selection to create a more satisfying dining experience. 4. No heated toilet seat: Unlike the heated bathroom floor, the toilet seat was not heated, which affected overall comfort, especially in colder weather. I hope the hotel can enhance these details in the future to better match the level of service expected from the brand. Thank you.

Stunning hotel

Over priced slightly in my opinion

The property is unique - the lobby is luxurious and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the high ceilings in the rooms. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were relatively spacious. We were greeted with a welcome drink and friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay there again, when in Munich.

I really loved everything about the hotel, the beautiful interior, the lighting in the room (I especially liked being able to control the brightness), the high ceilings, the cleanliness, and the comfy beds.

The only area for improvement would be the restaurant service in the evening. It was quite slow, with only two waiters attending to all the tables.

Our room faced more or less directly the street and outside restaurant area. Was thus hardly possible to open the curtains without having been on display.

The building is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and really well equipped. The staff was friendly and resolved any issues that arose.

The switches were really unintuitive to operate and you can’t see them in the dark.

Breakfast is good but in my eyes not enough value for what you pay for it.

The service was excellent and everyone at the Hotel was very attentive for details. The kids received a wonderful welcome gibt.

Weekend breakfast - staff were under pressure, made-to-order breakfasts for all guests was obviously challenging. Part of our order was filled quite late as a result. Post-check out had to call to get the room deposit + duplicated room charge refunded. An inconvenience, but was dealt with swiftly and professionally once I got through to the finance department. We will still visit again, though, as it is a great place, well located and easy for us to get to for short breaks.

Everything was perfect starting from the room and ending with the staff. Breakfasts were just delicious, a bathroom was really huge. Will definitely visit the hotel again!

The location is perfect. The staff is professional and polite. The breakfast is excellent.

The cleaning lady on the floor seemed a bit tired. She didn’t change the sheets and bed linens for three days, even though we are paying for service every day. The water is manually filled, and I have concerns about the cleanliness of the bottles. Some of the bottles tasted like tap water. They need to find a more professional solution. In terms of value for money, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Munich for a lower price.

Bed - ultra comfort. Room - beautifully designed with sufficient space for opening our luggage. We had 2 big and 2 small with us. Bathroom - spacious with heated flooring. Additional items well considered, e.g. plug converter. Steam bath facility.

Luggage concierge needs more staff. We had 4 luggages - 2 big 2 small. As we checked out, we called for service but only one staff came to attend to us - he was kind enough to carry 1 big 1 small, we had to carry the remaining down the staircase from the lobby to the entrance.

As the hotel brand new, the building a bit complicated - to find the room or at least exit ... but i hope will be more signs

The location was great being right in the centre of Munich and not on a major road. The hotel is a former local state bank building which has been beautifully renovated and our two rooms were spacious, quiet and appointed very nicely each with a separate bath and walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and tried to make everything possible. We liked the restaurant design and atmosphere (same as where the breakfast was served) and had dinner there once which was very good but very expensive.

The service was a bit patchy on occasions with housekeeping and reception as well as concierge. One day we had to complain that our room still hadn't been serviced by 16.30h in the day and we were told we had to request it when we left the hotel for our excursions which was a bit odd.... At breakfast, it took ages to get coffee and it wasn't necessarily hot. The breakfast choices were varied and consisted of a mix between buffet and a la carte which was completely fine. Would have been nice to receive a sweet surprise not only on the first but also the following two nights given the price tag of €775/night...

I bet you paid a lot for Samsung TVs but both of them provided just glitches instead of stable work. What I did really miss - access to my Youtube and Netflix accs via TV. I believe Samsung owe you an update!
