They have mix emotion you see them talk to them very friendly in your back they are evel I was over charged three times and talk to them they remove the charges then some one else in the evening return the charge

Too much chlorine in swimming pool, It can be salt electrochlorination system for better pool experience rather than chemical chlorine.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, very attentive without being overbearing.

Restaurant refurbishing meant limited in-house options which would be fine were it not for the pricey rates.

Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. The staff in every part of the hotel were very attentive and super friendly. I felt like i’m being pampered all the time.

The customer service from the concierge, the front desk, the spa to the restaurant staff. The housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Really lovely hotel with comfortable quiet room. The location away from the tourist area.

The steamroom wasn’t in service

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The breakfast was a highlight of my mornings, with a wide variety of delicious options, from freshly baked pastries to healthy choices and local specialties. The hotel's location is unbeatable—centrally situated with easy access to key attractions, public transport, and lovely local restaurants. It made exploring Munich so convenient. Overall, a truly memorable experience!

Excellent accommodation. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Well located to the city. Luxurious room with everything included.

In other five star properties throughout Europe of equal standard the contents of the bar fridge came at no cost. The contents were included free.

Everything about the Rocco Forte Charles Hotel was absolutely exceptional. We could not rate it highly enough and very much look forward to returning.

Perfect location. Excellent staff all round. Very clean. Excellent facilities. Excellent food.

Fantastic hotel. The bedrooms were op class, very spacious, well-lit, large and comfortable beds. Perfect in everyday actually!

We loved breakfast, it was superb. We ate at the hotel in the evenings and that was very good.

Our room size was not as big as when we stayed there previously, and our curtains were not as blackout as before. However, this was very quickly rectified, the staff added new blackout so we had no further problem, very fast action, thank you so much

Everything was good

Your hotel team are very helpful and very nice. The breakfast was super good and the room was well furnished and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was excellent & the food was delicious! The staff were wonderful. They were very welcoming and tremendously helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. The spa was also great especially the heated lounge chairs.

The pool temp was a bit too cold for us. Wish they had a hot tub.

A little expensive

The hotel has been professional within most of the aspects of our stay. Even though we had several issues, those were professionally and quickly solved. The building is in a truly good conditions and placed in picturesque location. In addition I would like to mark out its SPA and wellness facilities, which are perfect!

Unfortunately one during the period of our stay - the room was not finished and its bathroom was left 50/50 prepared. It was fixed after our call, while still remained as a tick, which is not acceptable for the hotel of such caliber!

Late notice that the spa was closed due to private booking … this was one of the reasons we originally booked.

Everything about the Charles was excellent. The staff, the breakfast, the bar, the accommodations could not have been better. Every question and every request were diligently handled. It could not have been better.

Do not change a thing. This is the perfect accommodation for a visit to Munich.
