Over all, the Louis Hotel is a pleasant establishment.
Location, large room, quiet; nice, helpful staff. Good restaurant for dinner. Next to food market and close to shops, restaurants, museums and public transportation.
Second-floor courtyard room lacked sufficient natural light. Impractical bath-shower design, needs to be renovated.

Comfortable but a bit expensive.
Breakfast was expensive…€39 for a bowl of granola and yogurt! Coffee in room however no milk/cream.
Location was close to Marienplatz …. Very busy and noisy.

Beautiful property in the heart of the city and a short taxi ride to the train station. Extremely safe with very spacious rooms and very tasteful modern accommodations.
Like most places, the air conditioner did not get as cold as we would like, but it was fine

This Property has Outstanding Staff
We are big fans of Four Seasons hotels because of the excellent service. Louis Hotel has service on par with Four Seasons. The kitchen and bar wait staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The same can be said for the front desk staff. The food was also excellent. This hotel is special. We would go back again and again.

Complimentary sodas and snacks were a nice touch.
Slightly confusing access to hotel, restricted lift at 9pm, lift key card security was clear.
Breakfast service wasn’t as smooth as it could have been and quite pricey (was good though).
