Cocoon made a mistake with the booking. After an initially unpromising response, the staff sorted the problem and gave a couple of much appreciated gestures of goodwill. Lockers for left luggage

The rooms are tidy, spacious, and super clean. They’ve got everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The location was also perfect! Just a 10-minute walk to Munich’s old town, about 10 minutes to the U-Bahn or Tram, and close to lots of cute cafés, which made it even better.

The Property is gorgeous. I love that it has bar with the restaurant and incredible breakfast. The furnishing the paintings most of the staff were absolutely fantastic. They even have free water and fruit.

They don’t have any kind of Gym they’re a good 15 or 20 minutes walk from the centre and the very first person that was there on our night of arrival, although he was not rude at all he was very dead and had nothing to give one word monotone vocal answers

This hotel is very well located and is quite modern. A ton of their amenities are not like your average hotel which makes for a unique experience. The room was super comfortable and overall a good one.

The staff. The gentleman whom was there in the morning when I tried to do an early check in was very rude. I tried to ask again nicely if there was any chance to do early and he seem to get agitated and any little convenience seemed to be a bother to him. I understand if an early check in can’t be done as it is out of his hands but the service from him wasn’t great. Also a woman who seemed to run the breakfast was extremely rude when I asked if there would be more eggs coming out. She looked in disgust and just said no. Very rude. However the woman who checked me in after was more pleasant.

Everything. Wonderful decor, friendly staff and great location. 5 minute walk to central sendlinger tor which is a popular area and 15 minute walk into town. Luggage storage handy when you have a late flight.

Only minor point was no kettle or options for tea/coffee in the room.

Fantastic Staff and great location. With a relaxing environment and great breakfast. Staff at the bar were excellent and genuinely helpful to all customers. Can’t fault the place and staff. Definitely will visit again if I go to Munich.

I didn't like it because the room was cold, the air conditioning wasn't working well, I also didn't like it when upon our arrival at the hotel I had to check in alone.

Staff at check in wasn’t very nice, at all. We had a loveyl server at the bar and a lovely man at the reception at check out, who was very helpful, but the check in was quite unpleasant.

The room was clean, comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities that we needed. The personnel was helpful and we had the opportunity to leave our backpack before the check in and after the check out in the luggage room. As for the location, the neighbourhood has a lot of coffeeshops and it is near the old town, at a walkable distance.

Breakfast was amazing! And coffee machine is great!

Bed is a bit too hard, it is almost impossible to sleep on the sides.

An unfortunate fire alarm at about 7am one morning, with little explanation or apology (it was a ‘mistake’ was all they said; shower/bathroom was tiny

It's my own fault for not checking but there was no fridge in the room (i honestly just thought it was standard in hotels), apart from that everything was great

It was the last nighy of my trip and when I reached this hotel got the best news of my trip taht m,y room has been upgraded. The room I got was fabulous with a bathtub in the middle of the room it was giving a spa like feel. I erased all my travel weariness in a min. Centrally located with chirstmas market in walkable distance. Also very close to U-Banh (metro) just 5-10 mins walk away.

Nice lobby and atmosphere

We heard every talking and noise from next door and hallway. We asked to buy some snacks but they dont have anything to sell. Somebody from the staff opened our door while we were asleep - why not knock hard once or twice. And I hated the pillows and plankets!

Everything is perfect this Hotel. The best. One problem for air condition. Not working but this hotel the best. A little bit freeze but no problem.

The service was super great!!! Stella and Ben helped us a lot! they were so.nice! The breakfast was very good, they cooked me a spesial eggs beacause I can't eat milk. They bring us a katel. If you want they give you a bottle of water or soda free. The hotel located 6 min wallking to U metro.

Great location, nice lobby area and buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean, modern and even had a automatic light when getting out of bed at night. Corridors had a faint bird chirping sound which added to the ambience.

Woke up to a false fire alarm in the morning with little direction as to it being real or not.

Great location with an easy flat walk into the main shopping : eating area. Our room was huge with a kitchenette and sitting area that we used the couch as a bed. Super quiet which was a welcome change from the other places we had stayed in the lead up. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus

A little bit of noise from guests above us with young children running back and forth and dragging chairs.

Great location! Friendly staff, willing to help you! Available parking at the underground of the hotel, which was quite convenient! Spacious, modern and quiet room!

The first night the room a little bit cold due to the central hearing filter, but fortunately the next day a technician came and repaired it! The parking rate (24euros per day) is a bit expensive for the hotels' guests.

Wonderful breakfast with lots of vegetables (warm ones as well :-)) and fresh fruits. Spacy room.

Beautifully decorated rooms though small are lovely to experience. The cafe in the top floor has an amazing view and is a great place to gather.

Ver minor but the beds were really hard and at times had to wait 3-5 mins for the lift.

Cold water for 2 of the 3 days and heating did not work. (Contractors were working on hot water problem). The heating issue was separate and staff were a bit baffled, suggested moving rooms, we opted for extra blankets.

The breakfast was wonderful. It is clean, beautiful, great location, and comfortable. I love the concept and your commitment to the environment. Everything was in great working order as well. Very unique!

It was a little cramped (especially the bathroom). The toilet stall could have been a little better. However, there was plenty of room for our stuff. Very well designed to ensure there are areas to store and hang items.

Quiet and pleasant. Our room was not big but very well designed. The beds are firm and comfortable. The lobby serves as breakfast room, restaurant and bar, which makes it very lively and pleasant. The possibility to take a bottle of water from the bar was much appreciated and the principle of “cleaning on request” was clearly explained. We really do not understand why one of the reference tourist guides advises to avoid it.

Good location within a short walk of most of the main tourist sites. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in/out. Excellent buffet breakfast with many good quality food selections

Not a major issue but there was no cleaning of the room during my stay, I found out you had to notify them of this, but as the check in was virtual it would have been better to make this clearer.

Great location just across Sendlinger To station. Extraordinary vibes, in the rooms, lobby... Loved the various sitting areas. Sustainable approach. Will keep on coming…..
