Great location in the center of the city and good noise isolation. The room is clean and well designed with good ambient light and ventilation. The mini bar was free of cost. At the reception, Antony was a great person.

in the bed side, the room was a bit narrow in which you have a very narrow path between the bed and the walls from both sides.

Fabulous location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious.

We had a great room on the top floor with views of the market. Lots of space with two beds and a cot.

One staff member ~ beware of the woman with brown curly hair and glasses. She was incredibly rude and purposefully unhelpful. So much so that my husband refused to deal with her when we were checking out and made me do it. Everyone else was lovely.

Location is good. Comfortable bed.

All staff were kind and accommodating except for one who totally ignored us and was reprimanding another staff while we were checking in.

We had a room in each part of the hotel. Both were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It had gorgeous old world charm.

If you can use the tram system easily - we could - then it was a great location. Otherwise there are steep hills to climb/descend. Might not be the best location for elderly people.

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

We book the room as it had a kitchenette to cook some food for our daughter. However no cutlery was available so it was of no use.

There is ideal location. Good soundproof. It’s very clean and quiet indoor of the hotel.

The breakfast only by cart and only sets. We couldn’t choose what we wanted exactly. No bathrobes in the rooms. Poor choice of bathroom set, shower gel and shampoo only. There is not cotton discs, body lotion. We had to buy big bottles of it in pharmacy.

location is the best. close to the market and a short walk to both the S and U Bonn stations

The location to marienplatz, walking distance. Modern rooms and spacious bathroom. The free drinks in the mini bar.

The fan was blowing hot air and making the room very hot.

There was no lobby or a comfortable place to work. And they gave us a dark and small room at first and afternoon receptionists didn’t help us to chamge the room. As the opposite , daytime receptionists were very helpful, they solved every kind of issue. They did more than we needed.

European style blankets are individual blankets on a queen/king bed, it’s not one big blanket and is kind of small, but they brought an extra one.

Very nice hotel that is in a great location with the market just across the street and plenty of sightseeing and shopping options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The rooms were clean and serviced regularly. The wifi was stable when used.

This is a small hotel in a perfect location at the beautiful Viktualienmarkt and in walking distance to many sights with numerous food and shopping options in the neighborhood. We liked our room, which had a large terrace facing the backyard. Staff was friendly and funny, which made the stay enjoyable.

It was a little pricey, but you can say that for every hotel these days.
