We overall had a great experience: the staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel is nice and stylish and everything is clean.

Beds are small and not very comfy

Location, design, breakfast were all incredible.

Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

The location is good and staff are helpful.

Room is smaller than expected, same for bathtub. Shampoo is not great but the real problem is the old and poorly functioning hair dryer. Please upgrade the hair dryer for the price you charge for this hotel!

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The location is in a well serviced area. We will definitely come back again. Special thanks to all the reception staff including Nina who showed us our room.

Great location for the Christmas Market, Beer Pubs and 200 yr old Munich market. Everyone at the Hotel was extremely helpful. Pulled up in front of hotel. They took the Car and parked it and the Fun times started. Wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights

The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with dinner reservations and transportation from the airport and to the train station. Our rooms were very functional and had clever modern aesthetic design.

The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were hard. We realize we were staying during the Christmas market and it was a very busy time, but we could not get service in the bar or restaurant even though we were hotel guests.

Wonderful, small, stylish hotel. Room and bed very comfy. Best location. Delicious breakfast and attentive staff.

I would offer a kettle and coffee and tea in all rooms.

Breakfast was perfect! Our room was located in the neighbour building so, to reach the restaurant we had to go outside at first. However, we have ordered the breakfast to the room and thus, besides the great choice of dishes, had no any kind of inconvenience in that matter. The room great, in spit eof the facing the street it was pretty quiet during the night thanks to a good noise protection. Location cannot be better: three minutes from the city centrum, any time you can reach your room back for the rest and then continue siteseeing. Bottle of water every day has been appreciated indeed. Staff professionalism is outstanding! Always willing to help and very effective in that matter!

Nothing in particular. There is a choice of pillows offered by the hotel, You can find the "menu card" on the desk close to the bed. However, would be nice if that point could be stressed at the reception desk during the check in process. I simply could not slip properly at first night due to the pretty tough pillow.

This hotel had a great location - not far from the Marianplatz. Unsurpassed breakfast - what a treat each day. The price was good, and the staff could not do enough for you. The room was spacious and very chic. It was a great find!

Dream place to stay

Our room in the block was not not in main hotel, so needed to go out to go to room after breakfast or using other facilities

The staff were excellent. We enjoyed the wine bar and the location was fantastic. The room itself was handsome and largely comfortable. The only negatives to report are the pillows were…rather flimsy for such a nice hotel and the shower glass separator did not adequately keep water from getting out onto the floor. But overall a wonderful choice in the heart of Munich.

An extremely comfortable stay. The location was excellent - in a quiet lane but a stone’s throw from Marienplatz and Viktulienmarkt. The staff were extremely friendly all around - helpful with suggestions for restaurants, things to do. The breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had. You could rent bikes to enjoy the English Gardens

Housekeeping knocking at 930am on a Sunday morning, and the fact that the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Mondays

Location is unbeatable! Beautiful hotel with a very nice design oriented taste! Early check in was accepted! Breakfast is very delicious! You do not feel like you are in a hotel, you feel like you are occupying your own apartment in the coolest area of munich!

The beds are uncomfortable and low/thin pillows. But you can order different pillows from their pillow menu.
