Staff of the property. Specially Mr. John and Mr. Rajo. They maid my stay super easy comfort. Very professional staff, they know how to deal with the unusual. Definitely I am going back to the same hotel just because of them.

Nice front desk. Gave us Oktobefest lebkuchen (?) (gingerbread heart cookie necklace) upon arrival! Helped with printing our train ticket, too. Stayed 1 night during Oktoberfest. Good location to walk to Fest.

First day it was a bad smell from the bathroom but next day it disappeared, the neighborhood near the hotel does not look safe.

the reception people is very nice and they always smile to people. And the day we arriving is early, but the reception just help to check-in without asking any words. Really appreciated for that. And the room is nice and comfortable . Local is also very good , convenience, near the centre but not noisy.

This hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location near the central train station means that getting to the hotel from the airport is easy. I took the Lufthansa express bus from the airport to the central train station and the hotel was just a few minutes walk from there. I was feeling a bit lazy on the morning that I was departing the hotel and decided to take a taxi to the airport even though I knew it could cost nearly 100 euro. I asked the staff member at the front desk if he could call a taxi for me. He said he could do that but then he asked why I wouldn’t take the Lufthansa bus and he explained to me where to get the bus to the airport. He convinced me that getting the bus was easy (as well as cheaper), so I went ahead and got the Lufthansa express and saved a bunch of euros thanks to the staff member at the front desk! The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the old town. Despite the slightly sketchy location, there are some good restaurants nearby: I ate at the restaurant in the hotel Le Meriden. I also ate at the Italian at the end of the block.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy, BUT the hotel is good value (probably cheaper because of the location).

The area around the train station is a very interesting, international place. The desk clerk directed us to a kebob place where the food was superb. The lobby was very large and perfect for our group of a dozen people to congregate.

We didn't try the breakfast; it seemed a little pricey at 20 euros. We went to a nice local place (Kranich's) instead. Guess what? 20 euros.

The hotel is very conveniently located if you are in the city for a few days: it takes just 1h to get to the hotel from the airport. The ammenities are also very good with a very nice bathroom. Also, the staff was very helpful: I got to check-in early and, in the meantime, they let me leave my lugagge at the hotel.

Although the location is very good to move aorund the city and to get to the airport, the area on its own is not very nice: not many cafés, restaurants or bars around to enjoy.

Hotel was average. Not what I expected for the price.

the shower was chalky and the head could not be moved, only one stream of water was therefore available.

When I entered the hotel lobby it was like walking into another world. Outside was the hustle and bustle of a diverse lively neighborhood, inside calm, peaceful and efficient. A safe haven after a busy day of touring.
