Comfortable room

Room service, asked for an iron machine 11:00pm, and the reception answered me u have to come down and collect it by yourself,

Location

The stuff were very aggressive and rude. The room was so dirty and dusty. The bed sheets were dirty and the floor wasn’t clean. The equipment like cups and coffee machine was unclean as well. They refused to let the housekeeper to clean the room and they just changed the bed sheets with other dirty sheets. I don’t recommend this hotel for any one looking for clean staying room at all.

The location was close to the station and was then only a short stroll to the centre on Munich
The tv has the facility to change to English if the programme allows

Good location - close both to the train station and main tourist attractions. Our Room was clean and cosy. Even though the hotel didn’t provide with free water in bottles, there in a lobby was dispenser with drinking water so we could fill our bottles.

A bit pricey

Very comfortable room for 2 friends sharing - especially happy ac was very good (by American standards). Location was easy for catching public transport and walking to old town. Front desk guys were super nice! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Munich.

Shower door was a bit unwieldy and would have liked separate shampoo and body soap - very happy conditioner provided. Area is what you’d expect near main train station but friend and I felt completely safe.

Excellent location in the center, within easy walking distance to old town, central railway station, as well as to theOctoberfest grounds. recently renovated, clean and has some nice interior design elements in the lobby and in the rooms. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Overpriced breakfast

The staff. Short, abrupt and one staff laughed at me that I asked for a wake up call. I had to disclose I am hard of hearing and therefore needed to ensure I hear an alarm.

The Marc München is in a very convenient location close to the main train station and walkable distance to any of the main sights, and close to shops and restaurants. It has very nice rooms with comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

We got bumped up to a better room than I was expecting since we arrived early. The room was large including the bathroom. The tv in the room allowed for casting from your phone so Netflix was an option. The hotel was also very close to many dining and shopping places. Walkable to the city center.

The room we were in had a mini fridge that didn't work, but we didn't really need it.

Not really a dislike but the area looks a bit shady but we always felt safe walking around both day and night

I was travelling on my own and I asked the reception for a taxi to take me to the airport , he got me a 7 seater car which charged me double the normal value

The room is spacious

This is barely a 1 star hotel. No housekeeping done properly, no vanity kit provided, shampoo bottle empty most days, no slippers can be provided.

Staff of the property. Specially Mr. John and Mr. Rajo. They maid my stay super easy comfort. Very professional staff, they know how to deal with the unusual. Definitely I am going back to the same hotel just because of them.

Nice front desk. Gave us Oktobefest lebkuchen (?) (gingerbread heart cookie necklace) upon arrival! Helped with printing our train ticket, too.
Stayed 1 night during Oktoberfest. Good location to walk to Fest.

the reception people is very nice and they always smile to people. And the day we arriving is early, but the reception just help to check-in without asking any words. Really appreciated for that. And the room is nice and comfortable . Local is also very good , convenience, near the centre but not noisy.

The room was smelling extremly of perfume used after cleaning. Even keeping the windows open all night, the perfume was still there.

This hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location near the central train station means that getting to the hotel from the airport is easy. I took the Lufthansa express bus from the airport to the central train station and the hotel was just a few minutes walk from there. I was feeling a bit lazy on the morning that I was departing the hotel and decided to take a taxi to the airport even though I knew it could cost nearly 100 euro. I asked the staff member at the front desk if he could call a taxi for me. He said he could do that but then he asked why I wouldn’t take the Lufthansa bus and he explained to me where to get the bus to the airport. He convinced me that getting the bus was easy (as well as cheaper), so I went ahead and got the Lufthansa express and saved a bunch of euros thanks to the staff member at the front desk!
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the old town. Despite the slightly sketchy location, there are some good restaurants nearby:
I ate at the restaurant in the hotel Le Meriden. I also ate at the Italian at the end of the block.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy, BUT the hotel is good value (probably cheaper because of the location).

I was very grateful to the Duty Manager who gave me an early check in and a late check out. This was truly wonderful.

The local area is pretty rough.
