every time I had to consume something it could not be placed on my final bill, but had to be paid each time individually.

It was a great experience. I recommend this hotel.
The location is nearby S-Bahn, and the employees are really welcoming and friendly.
When the other guest make big sound, you still could hear from your room.

Hotel was nice but front desk staff were terrible.
Comfortable bed and good shower. Had AC but never got cool enough for me due to the high temperatures.
The staff were the most unfriendly and unwelcoming we have encountered. They never greeted us, would not help with a taxi, explain the amenities of the hotel and basically acted like the hotel guests were in the way. We asked for assistance getting food late night after an event and they were not helpful at all. They were downright rude. Our first time visiting Munich and the staff at Motel One Westend gave us the worst impression of the city. Cold and unwelcoming. Hotel facilities were good. Front desk staff both at night and morning were awful. Won’t be back.

I loved the art of the hotel, Room was clean and bed was comfy. When you arrive there, tv welcomes you with a fireplace and you instantly feel relaxed. Quiet rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh. You can enjoy German products

Disappointing, terrible location and rude bartender
Hotel is pretty.
The receptionist was kind and efficient.
Is very clean.
Parking lot is very small and always full, there was never a free spot during our whole stay and the streets around the hotel are always full of parked cars, very difficult to find a parking place.
We arrived at 4pm on a Saturday and there was no one from the hotel, no receptionist, no concierge, no bartender, no waiter. There was already quite a line at the reception for checking in and we had no idea what was going on.
After around 10 minutes the receptionist came, she was very kind and very effective but she had to do ALL the jobs at the same time, reception, concierge, bartender, waitress, etc, there was no one else, so obviously she was totally overrun with work.
Later on we came back to the hotel at 11pm, which is not that late, we were quite hungry, kitchen was already closed so I asked the bartender (now a different one that the receptionist of the evening) if he could tell us where we could find something to eat. He was extremely rude, and without even looking at me just said "I dont know".
So we went out try to find something to eat, there was absolutely NOTHING open around, we had to drive to the train station to find a Mc Donalds, and again, was 11pm! so, location of the hotel is terrible!

bad experience.
The parking space is ok and the lobby decor.
The room was so squeezed, no telephone no water heater or just simple coffee machine.The AC was not working.It was just pullung in heat.I had to sleep with the window open as i couldnt get proper air in, meaning noice the whole night. The good breakfast is unfortunately not for everyone.Its more a germam breakfast and so the price is absolute no go.
