This room had by FAR the best mattress and pillows we experienced out of the 6 hotels we stayed at in the trip. That alone made it the best. On top on that, it is right next to a train stop which can take you anywhere in the city.

The Hotel is great located. Very friendly stuff and the Hotel was very clean and cosy.

I usually enjoy Motel One for its comfort and great value. The room was clean, the breakfast well-presented, and I appreciated the overall quality. However, during this heatwave, the air-conditioning failed for two nights—even after the reception assured me it would be fixed for the second night. Trying to sleep with the window open on a busy street was uncomfortable due to the noise and the still insufficient cooling. I could overlook the soiled item of former guest’s clothing that was still hanging in the room, but the air-conditioning was a crucial issue that really impacted my stay.

It was very hot outside and they didn’t have any air conditioning system. The night was pretty hard to spend.

Everything! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The rooms had everything that we needed and it was incredibly clean and pleasant. The beds were like we were sleeping on clouds! The location is very good and you have access to everything in the city. Definitely would like to stay there again! Thank you for everything!

The staff was an absolute delight. Very helpful and communicative. The breakfast was a good selection, tasty with vegan options and fresh bakery.

The facilities are old and not maintained properly. No signs of deep cleaning, only the superficial spaces or the facilities that you use directly. The bed was very unconfortable, the mattress was worn out, the pillows were hard, the air conditioning was not working. I could hear every single move of the neighbours, no sound proofing. Very dissappointing in comparison with other Motel Ones chain.

Comfortable stay. Clean and nice room. Friendly staff. 10 - 15 mins from Hauptbahnhof with tram which is not exactly very close but it works.

A few more amenities like electric kettle could improve the stay.

very good hotel, met all expectation, especially thanks for "dog friendly" room is not big, but has everything you need. Good and modern bathroom, furniture. tram station is about 2 mins walk. City center is not close, about 30 minutes walk.

location is not very touristic, you need to use public transport to go around city.

I liked everything, e.g. the kindness and pro of the staff, design and clearness of the public parts of the hotel and the rooms. There was freshness in the air, not the tipical hotel "smell". When I arrived from some program I was thirsty so bad and in the bar there was a free lime-menta limonade, and when I asked some very cold drink the lady offered me a big portion of ice to my glass. If there was a tea in the rooms it could be a 4* hotel easily.

Comfortable bed and good shower. Had AC but never got cool enough for me due to the high temperatures.

The staff were the most unfriendly and unwelcoming we have encountered. They never greeted us, would not help with a taxi, explain the amenities of the hotel and basically acted like the hotel guests were in the way. We asked for assistance getting food late night after an event and they were not helpful at all. They were downright rude. Our first time visiting Munich and the staff at Motel One Westend gave us the worst impression of the city. Cold and unwelcoming. Hotel facilities were good. Front desk staff both at night and morning were awful. Won’t be back.

It's close to tram stop. There some groceries store. Staff friendly. The breakfast good. Your candies in the desk taste good 😊

I loved the art of the hotel, Room was clean and bed was comfy. When you arrive there, tv welcomes you with a fireplace and you instantly feel relaxed. Quiet rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh. You can enjoy German products

The pressure of the water could have been better.

The hotel's proximity to the nearby music festival was a key factor in my decision to stay there. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. While the room offered comfortable accommodations for a single guest, it may have limited space for two occupants. Overall, the room met my needs perfectly, offering cleanliness and comfort.

Due to a self-closing door mechanism, the bathroom lacked adequate ventilation with the inoperable or underpowered air purifier. This resulted in a buildup of steam within the enclosed space.

Cozy modern rooms in a good location. Great for rest n relaxing after a long journey.... Friendly staff with good service....

Location was good. Nice foyer. Nice sized room for a small family.

If you are renting a family room, keep in mind that they do not have elevator access. It was necessary for me to haul my (over-packed) luggage up a long flight of stairs to get to the room.

Small hotel with good facilities and good atmosphere. Bar and good coffee available. Breakfast was good a lot of choice.
