Small and uncomfortable bathroom

Staff were super helpful and location was good.

The market view room was very large and extremely stylish. The design furniture is amazing!

Beautiful design, aesthetics and feel, stunning rooms with comfortable and world-class amenities, and the best location. This is my new favourite hotel in Munich.

The staff at the roof top bar could have been warmer/friendlier.

The room as were spacious and beautiful.

Breakfast was expensive…€39 for a bowl of granola and yogurt! Coffee in room however no milk/cream. Location was close to Marienplatz …. Very busy and noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful 😊

Beautiful property in the heart of the city and a short taxi ride to the train station. Extremely safe with very spacious rooms and very tasteful modern accommodations.

Like most places, the air conditioner did not get as cold as we would like, but it was fine

We are big fans of Four Seasons hotels because of the excellent service. Louis Hotel has service on par with Four Seasons. The kitchen and bar wait staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The same can be said for the front desk staff. The food was also excellent. This hotel is special. We would go back again and again.

The location of the hotel is excellent The rooms are clean and comfortable It’s a little pricey but I will definitely come back to the hotel when I visit Munich

Right in heart of best part of city. Beautiful place. Spacious and very nice ! Would definately return. I actually had to change plans beyond refundable date and they generously let me cancel a different date and removed the cancellation fee.

Fantastic location, couldn’t get better. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast items were great quality. Complimentary sodas and snacks were a nice touch.

Slightly confusing access to hotel, restricted lift at 9pm, lift key card security was clear. Breakfast service wasn’t as smooth as it could have been and quite pricey (was good though).

There is no direct access to the entrance by car. Need to take a lift or walk from the other side

The location is prime, the best as anyone can ask. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was tasty. There is a nice lobby where you can rest and drink a beer.

The size of our suite; but it came at a price

The breakfast at 39 Euro is too expensive; the traditional Bavarian white sausage breakfast (Weißwurst-Frühstück) is not worth it. The sausages are medium quality and half the size of a normal one. I know it because I am Bavarian and lived in Munich for a long time.

Location and everything else

The lighting in the room and bathroom is too warm and low. The positioning of the magnifying mirror in the bathroom is too high for an average tall person

Location, very comfortable beds, large suite, quiet, and clean premises.

Was not informed by staff that by 9:00 pm local time, main entrance gets closed. Had difficulty to enter after a night out. Front/back of property needs proper signaling.

This hotel was great! Our room was really big and had a view overlooking the square. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were really close to the things we wanted to walk to. Parking garage wasn't too far of a walk. Really great hotel overall!

First of all it’s a very beautiful hotel. We had a big, incredibly clean room. Very quiet but in the city center, close to everything we needed. The staff is super nice and helpful! Breakfast is tasty! We will stay again for sure. Thank you!!!

Great hotel, great staff, great breakfast, great location. We have stayed here several times over the years and love it each time.

Location was PERFECT, centrally located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large and roomy. Smartly decorated and there were nice touches that they thought of in the room.

Only negative was the breakfast was quite expensive, and they should offer mornings coffee and tea to guests in the morning lobby free of charge.

I had single room and was really great. Nice bathroom and coffee machine in room. I also used e bikes which were great for getting around the city.

the only thing is it would have been nice to have a chair in room so you can sit. I did have to go to lobby to sit in relaxing seats.

The location is excellent. You are right in the center of everything a visitor to Munich would.want to do.

The price was probably about 25% higher than it should be.

Beautifully decorated, every detail well thought out. The hotel is in the BEST possible location, in the heart of the city. Friendly service and clean and spacious.

the room was spacious and was felt like home, the team was amazing and it was very convenient location wise.

The chic design of the hotel lent itself to immense comfort and relaxation. The location is exceptional to sightsee, and is also near to the metro.

There were a couple of housekeeping inconsistencies. One room would receive chocolates, the other wouldn't. Our waste bin was not emptied for days, even though the room was cleaned.

Never stayed in a hotel as fantastic as the Louis hotel, Munich. Our honeymoon, two weeks of bliss. 5 star all the way. Location had everything on the doorstep, All I can say is we will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a special stay.

Beds were clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, location was great for sightseeing, and room size was very good.

Although the beds and bathrooms were very clean, the furniture and common fabrics (carpets, fabric chairs, throws on beds) did not feel the same and it detracted from the overall feel of cleanliness.
