Clean and ok but won't choose it again

You can feel the smell from the kitchen everywhere, in the morning, the smell of the fried onions wakes you up.

The staff was very accomplished and very friendly. The room is small but modern with with great shower! Very nice breakfast too.

The room seems much smaller than deceived and the way to the room was long and winded and the nearby lift didn’t work which made it difficult with packing and unpacking. The car park is very convenient but considering the location little overpriced!

Great location! The hotel is very stylish and digitalised. The sound of birds in the hall was very pleasing. The room was quite small but had everything I needed. Breakfast was also great. Pet friendly.

Everything about the hotel was absolutely wonderful — from the welcoming staff at check-in to the amazing breakfast. Honestly, I’ve stayed at 5-star hotels where the breakfast wasn’t this delicious. The room was surprisingly comfortable because of its compact size, fascinating lighting, cozy bed, and excellent soundproofing. The hotel is perfectly located, and I will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit to Munich.

The thematic nature is lovely and the birds chirping all around promotes a relaxing environment. I love that it is a green hotel!

Loved this hotel more than any I have ever stayed in!!!

Room is VERY comfortable. I booked the cheapest one, so it was small-ish in space, but it’s so well designed that it doesn’t feel tight. From the photos, I really was not expecting the room to be so greatly designed. Bed is amazing, shower is incredible and breakfast (which you can choose to pay for without booking, day by day) is very good. The pinsa bar downstairs is cool and serves amazing drinks (with a nice happy hour discount). Location-wise, it’s very walkable to Marienplatz and even closer to hype restaurants and bars in the Glockenbachviertel neighborhood.

Very nice & cozy hotel. Although the rooms are small you have everything you need. The staff was very nice. There is a nice lobby/bar area where you can drink a cocktail & eat a pinsa - it’s always lively. Breakfast was also good. The hotel is in a nice area with many restaurants & cafes around; it takes 20 min walking to get to city center

We liked everything.

Well-situated in a charming neighbourhood close to interesting attractions. The hotel is an acceptable 20-min walk from the main train station and close to transit. The Old Town attractions are easily reached by foot via Sedlinger Tor. The hotel is modern, well-designed and their attention to detail is apparent. Complimentary water and fruits are provided at the bar, a whimsical common space, which opens up to a courtyard garden. The self check-in and out was simple and straightforward.

Our travel group really appreciated the spacious room upgrade and genuinely enjoyed our stay. However, we noticed a few minor things that could be improved. There was a lack of lighting in the suite, possibly due to dimmer lightbulbs, which made for darker evenings. The plants were a thoughtful addition, but a bit neglected, which attracted some tiny flies. There was no toilet roll holder and no hooks in the bathroom for hanging, which was slightly inconvenient.

Open bath concept. It's just not my favorite. The ventilation in the shower can not be turned off and is noisy.

Our room was spacious, comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, tasty, pastries were freshly baked.

The room was a bit cold for us and no cutleries in the room, although we could get them from downstairs. So, the only issue was that room is a bit cold

Breakfast was substantial in options. Locations was walking distance from main sights. Hotel staff kindly upgraded our room.

The room was enough big and very clean. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. I’ve read some negative comments about self check-in but it was smooth. Breakfast was perfect and delicious.

Fan in the toilette was working day and night. You have to keep the door closed but if you are sensitive to noise, you have a chance to completely cancel it. The rooms were a bit cold. Even though the thermometer in the room shows that it’s 25-26, it was around 23.

Excellent location, 20 min walk into the old town, or 5 min walk to nearest UBahn station.

The hotel is very nice, with a wild/nature decoration. The corridors have the sounds of birds and it's really nice. The location is great, you are at 10-15min from the center and you have a lot of transportation around. The bed was very big and comfortable, the shower works very well and the staff is all friendly. The bar has good options to eat.

The rooms aren't very big and don't have much storage for luggage and clothes so if you have a lot of it probably isn't the best option. The A/C does some noise. There is no food, kettle or anything in the room. The room is basically the WC, Shower and lavatory in the entry, the bed after separated with a curtain a bed, TV and a little bench in the window. There was also some work in the building so the view was to the scaffolding.

Everythig was great, the beds & the breakfast was a dream!

Lovely, well designed, comfortable room with a little terrace/balcony where you could even have a little open air fire going! Fabulous breakfast with a large choice of good quality yummies!! Very thoughtfully had lights under the bed which lit up the minute you dangled your feet down so that you could walk around the room without having to turn any lights on at night which turned themselves off automatically. Very comfortable bed and perfect heating. Wonderful cosmetics in the room. Plugs by the bed.

The self closing heavy fire door to the toilet was arduous at best, irritating at worst! Lovely as the shower and water pressure were the shower head was an odd shape and unable to move up and down which was extremely irritating and uncomfortable. The overhead shower pressure was not so good. The birds sounds coming from the corridor 24/7 was irritating plus there was door banging type noise coming from the corridor at night at intervals. Self check in was somewhat impersonal. Its nice to be welcomed by a person!

The hotel very nice ...it was like a magic. Very clean!

Thwpe double room was very small. And the toillete was very very small ...you can not enter and close the door....these was the only problem!!!

It was great to be able to check in on line in advance of arrival.

The rooms were modern and clean. The location was perfect. The whole hotel was very well put together and there were lots of small touches that made it feel very unique and eco-minded.

The Aircon in our room didn't work but this was remedied quickly after we mentioned it. The vegan options at breakfast are very limited, especially for the very expensive price. Surprising for an eco hotel. A small niggle but the mini footboard on the bed made it uncomfortable to sleep as a very tall person

Super central location, short walk to the city centre and metro is just 5 min away by walk! Cute interior and good breakfast selection

The location for visiting the Oktoberfest and old town was amazing , only 7 minutes walk each way. Friendly staff trying their best in a tricky construction situation. Modern new facilities .

Upgraded to an apartment room !!! on 6th floor next to scaffolding with builders walking passed the window and construction starting from 8am after excesses at Oktoberfest . Was Oktoberfest the best time for construction? Very uncomfortable small bed , hot water failed 3x times during showering, due to construction probably. We reported to reception and no apology given . Most expensive hotel for 3 nights but prices raised due to Oktoberfest so same in all areas of city.

We absolutely loved staying here. The bar, rooms and entire building were very cool and comfortablel. We loved the bar and hotel staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bartenders were outstanding. Simply put, this was our favorite hotel during our Europe vacation. They far exceeded our expectations. Also love how eco-friendly they are!

The room was enormous, we've got friends with smaller apartments! It had a kitchen, lounge area and bedroom area, as well as a hallway and bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious.

It's a shame there was scaffolding outside our room, and occasionally the sound of building work, but presumably this is for necessary repairs.

Clean and nice room:)) Friendly and helpful staff - we were able to store our luggage both before and after our stay.
