Comfortable room, great location near old town and transport links.

Wasnt clear from photos that shower cubicle and sink is part of bedroom area. Curtain did allow for privacy.

Staff is super nice and helpful, free drinking water and fruit 24 hours, close to Subway and even walking distance to MarinepLaz, close to McDonald, Room is new and beautiful, and Hotel is beautiful also, I will definitely stay here again. You can leave your luggage there as well , they have locker for you.

Breakfast and common area were fantastic - great outside area to relax and it didn't feel like the typical "sad" breakfast buffets that you normally see.

For such a fun hotel I felt like our room furniture (couch, hanging basket chair) were uncomfortable - and I hate hate hate the trashy-hotel squeeze soap locked next to the sink meant for shampoo/bodywash/hand soap. It would definitely be classier to go back to the single serve shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soaps from the old days. We travel a LOT and I have noticed this trend in European hotels, probably to save a few euros though they say "everyone prefers their own soap," which is absolute nonsense because who loves to carry all their soaps/shampoos in their carryons/weekend bags? Part of the joy of staying at a nice hotel like this is to sample some boutique soaps/shampoos. For the style of the rest of the hotel, this aspect did not fit. Class it up.

Nice area , clean , breakfast was great

The property had a great restaurant/cafe with a very good outside courtyard. The location was close to train stations, and a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz.

The bathroom was a wet room, which was very uncomfortable. The shower curtains needed to be 1ft longer to stop the water getting everywhere. Thankfully there was a heated towel rail to dry towels etc. quickly.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel has nice decor good for both business and personal travel. Breakfast was worth the price (compered to other places in the area). Parking was on the premises (not included in the price but the rate was fine).

Clean, the windows of our room faced the street, but no noise. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location of the hotel is not bad. The room is small but good for a short stay.

1. Reception. Why do you need two girls at the reception if you are told to check in yourself? It takes a lot of time. 2. Wash basin in the vestibule of the room, next to the clothes rack. Very uncomfortable.

The staff were not nice to us. I had a question about parking and the staff got mad at me for asking too many questions. Everything else was fine.

Very clean , staff nice. Hotel looked nice and modern. Room comfortable. Good shower etc. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked ok, was 18e, breakfast in the city is about the same, maybe even more. Walk to the city isn’t too far, or metro is 5 mins. Main train station about 20mins

No tea/coffee in the room. Could get them from reception ( but at a cost). No free luggage storage, although a large locker was not expensive.

Staff was very helpful, common areas were nice, room was confortable.

Our only comment for the room was that it would have been nice to have chairs and a small table. However, given the size of the room, we realize that was not possible.

A modern and tidy hotel with a lively restaurant/bar. A good breakfast (if it's included in your reservation!). The location is very good, a peaceful neighbourhood and a lot of restaurants. And in addition, it's only a 5 minutes' walk to the U-Bahn/Tram/Bus Sendlinger Tor and from there you'll easily reach the city! So we liked it!

Well there is really nothing to complain about but a couple of things you should take into consideration: For a longer stay the room is a bit small and inconvenient, so I would recommend another place if you're staying longer. They have lockers for baggage but it costs 4 euros and is subject to availability! It's in a separate room and you'll receive a key card for the room and the locker. So if all the lockers are already taken, you have to find another place for your bags.

The hanging chair placement. Blocked access around the room. Shower stall with short curtain….should be longer to keep the floor dry.

Friendly staff and beautiful design

Parking is a problem, the website makes it seem like there is enough parking for guests, but we had to park at Oberangen and walk with our luggage, and the cost was double for 24 hour parking.

The room was comfortable and cozy. The reception/breakfast area/restaurant has a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Food is very good at reasonable prices. Hotel is in walking distance of the old centre. We were looked after amazingly by the staff when my wife and I got sick on the last day and had to stay a day longer.

Super hotel! Very nice staff, location is perfect 15 min walk to the city center.

I enjoyed very much the design of the hotel chain. The rooms are creatively furnished and very cozy. Insulation of walls and windows were excellent, very quiet rooms.

My stay at the Cocoon was exceptional. The entire concept of hosting is different, but pleasing on all levels. First I got checked-in by a very friendly and helpful guy. This friendliness was to be found in all interactions with the staff, e.g. while having dinner, or during check-out. The consequent styling throughout the entire venue is pleasing, but also unique with a touch of fun. The room itself lived up to the name, it was a cocoon. I had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious - and I am not easy to please. Also impressive is the self-service locker room where I kept my luggage till I had to go to the airport later in the afternoon.

The location is ideal. 1 subway station away from Munich main train station. Breakfast is really good with a variety of vegetarian dishes and regular dishes. Staff is very friendly.

A real chair would be welcome in the bedroom when working at the desk instead of a stool.

Stylish hotel, boutique feel for a great price! Great bar and cocktails, also reasonably priced. Location is good, close to nice resturaunts and not too touristy. But equally can reach the main attractions within 15min walk!
