Fantastic hotel, a perfect location, beautiful suits, but above of all this, Me and my family travel a lot, stayed at all kinds of hotels, but this is by far,a hotel with an excellent service, very nice, friendly, polite stuff. the perfect choice to for a nice vacation in munich

I do not see anything they could do better

The hotel has the right location for exploring the city centre.The breakfast is very good and you have a very calm atmosphere..The staff is incredible efficient-they are so good that you can’t understand when they do things!During morning there is no noise.So in one word-just perfect!We come often during the year in Munich,but from now on we know where to stay!

The staff made the whole visit a very enjoyable one - from being very friendly during checkin, and helping me recommendations of things to do in the city, to sorting out a bicycle I could use during the trip, just so nice! The location is perfect, right near the beer garden, but also close to the main shopping area, metro station and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Nice, chic hotel in a good location. Close to many attractions and good restaurants. Clean, nice rooms. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Parking is available (we reserved in advance).

Can be a little noisy on the street outside the hotel during parts of the night when bars and restaurants close and in the morning when the street is cleaned.

The location is great, and what is more great is the staff! They have been more than hospitable and attentive. Also the bar was nice and the bartenders were great as well

Location was perfect. Hotel was cosy and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Afternoon-tea was nice!

The room was a little bit unpractical. Only one chair in the room, small tables, not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels, only one small wardrobe for two people.

No smoking area for smokers. Especially when there is an exclusive Cuban cigar shop on the other side of the street, but smoking a premium cigar is prohibited. Why? Can't understand it. Even though, to smoke a cigarette I had to choose between sitting in front of a smelly dumpster or standing outside the hotel doors.

Incredible location!! Steps from old town and anything you need. The staff are super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Will stay here again next time in Munich.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space so the room never felt cluttered.

The street noise went until 4:30 in the morning, however it was euro soccer so was to be expected

Fantastic bathroom, wasn't expecting the kitchenette either which was very well equipped. As we were only staying one night we didn't get the chance to use it - maybe next time.
