Cortiina Hotel, Munich

Great Location and staff were great. They recommended some local restaurants nearby and they didn’t disappoint. Walking distance to nearby attractions.

Not sure if the main building rooms were the same layout. But, didn’t like the layout of our room in the annex building. The bed for me was rock hard. The AC didn’t work well.

The location was excellent and central to Munich. We were 5 minutes away from the main Christmas markets. The gym was well looked after. Staff were friendly.

The air con didn't really work. It was too hot in the room.

Staff were great at check-in and made my room available early…but on check out they were kind of disinterested-watched me drag my luggage into the lobby from the Annexe

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers the perfect location with restaurants, bakeries, fast-food chains, a metro station, and shopping streets all within a 5-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly and consistently eager to assist guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay.

With exterior temperatures ranging from 0 to 2 degrees, I felt a slight chill coming from the windows, even though they were fully closed. The isolation against outdoor temperatures could be improved for better comfort.

Staff very professional and helpful. Even facilitated an early check in, which I was so grateful for on this occasion. Amazing food. Very comfortable hotel and only a short walk to the Christmas markets.

Great location, in a nice family run but stylish hotel. I love the breakfast and also like the bar opposite for a drink in the evening. I also like the style of the hotel, contemporary design, not too much.

The room was a good size with a living space and a sleeping area. There was an island with two electric rings and an oven as well as a fridge/mini bar. The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet despite being in the middle of the Old Town during Oktoberfest. Location was of course excellent.

Low key lux decor, lovely staff, quiet yet really central, everything right on the door step, loved that they gave us a voucher for the fab Italian cafe across the road when we didn’t want breakfast with them. But absolute highlight for us was the complimentary hotel bikes …we cycled everywhere with them so felt like locals. They also let us check in early and were really helpful. Really classy hotel.

Very small thing but there is no real lounge area .. there is only a bar or restaurant so if you just want to just hang out and read a book but not stay in your room, you feel like you need to buy a drink etc. But with so many places just outside it’s really not a big deal.

Room was completely quite, which is a must for me, also quite dark so pretty good for a resting night. Location is amazing right in the centre of Munich and staff was really friendly. It was a short stay but I would definitely stay longer.

The hotel has the right location for exploring the city centre.The breakfast is very good and you have a very calm atmosphere..The staff is incredible efficient-they are so good that you can’t understand when they do things!During morning there is no noise.So in one word-just perfect!We come often during the year in Munich,but from now on we know where to stay!

The staff made the whole visit a very enjoyable one - from being very friendly during checkin, and helping me recommendations of things to do in the city, to sorting out a bicycle I could use during the trip, just so nice! The location is perfect, right near the beer garden, but also close to the main shopping area, metro station and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Nice, chic hotel in a good location. Close to many attractions and good restaurants. Clean, nice rooms. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Parking is available (we reserved in advance).

Can be a little noisy on the street outside the hotel during parts of the night when bars and restaurants close and in the morning when the street is cleaned.

The location is great, and what is more great is the staff! They have been more than hospitable and attentive. Also the bar was nice and the bartenders were great as well

The room was a little bit unpractical. Only one chair in the room, small tables, not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels, only one small wardrobe for two people.

No smoking area for smokers. Especially when there is an exclusive Cuban cigar shop on the other side of the street, but smoking a premium cigar is prohibited. Why? Can't understand it. Even though, to smoke a cigarette I had to choose between sitting in front of a smelly dumpster or standing outside the hotel doors.

Incredible location!! Steps from old town and anything you need. The staff are super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Will stay here again next time in Munich.
