Great location. Especially for NMACC.

The bathrooms. Small and not super private.

The staff are very polite and helpful.

The property feels a bit dated. Carpets in the passages need to be cleaned. Bathtubs seem very old and should be replaced or removed.

Everything about the property is amazing !! Right from check in to check out all was superb!!

Moisturizer , Shower gel was not good. Moisturiser was very harsh , irritated skin.

Amazing location , very clean and hygiene , staff very friendly

Extremely thoughtful staff, I had informed them about my wife's birthday. they had decorated the room and placed a cake and a small gift. Hotel was great. Pool and Fitness centre facilities were exceptional as well.

We had an incredible overnight stay. The attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. This was our first time staying and we could not have been more impressed.

The most amazing staff I’ve ever experienced in India!!! Delicious food at the restaurants and clean rooms.

The room comfort, although relatively small, I got everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and the pillows too. Breakfast was satisfying. In general, a clean hotel.

I was very surprised that they didn't allow early check-in, when they had plenty of rooms available. I had written to them in advance and they told me that they would do their best, upon availability. When I got there, I had to pay 50% of the room for checking in after breakfast (I was tired and needed a rest, so I paid). The price was very high due to a trade show, so 50% was not a small addition. And, the room was obviously empty, if they let me in after payment. Not professional at all.

It was a little awkward situation when 4 attendants surrounded us, each holding on to one bag trying to load it to the cab. Ideally you need one person to handle this type of service.

The trident hotel was really a great experience. Our room was comfortable, spacious with a good view and an amazing bathroom. The rooftop with the swimming pool is super nice and we also really appreciated the washing room to freshen up after check out and before our flight home. The service is great and the staff is extra attentive!

The location is surrounded by a lot of big buildings, hotels, offices. so you need to take an Uber to get to the activity!

I celebrated my birthday during the weekend at Trident BKC. The staff member Gracie was really sweet to make lovely surprise arrangements of a cake in my room. Always a pleasure to stay at Trident during my stay in BKC.

The overall friendliness of about every employee going out of their way to make the stay a comfortable and memorable stay. The breakfast buffet is the best I encountered (try the breakfast chaat, you will not be sorry), the club lounge provides a quite oasis and the Maya and O22 have some of the best food of the city.

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like! Breakfast buffet can be busy, especially the weekends, but if you stay in the club room, there’s always the opportunity to go the lounge for breakfast.

Excellent breakfast time. I rarely take the time to eat breakfast at hotels when I travel, but this time was different. With so many options and excellent service, I look forward to breakfast at the Trident Hotel every morning. I had a complimentary transfer to the airport without requesting it. They really look after you so well

Comfortable, clean and the spa

Breakfast was fabulous. We had booked two rooms and requested for connecting ones. They were able to accommodate our request. This was fantastic. Hotel staff were professional and friendly.

Everything was perfect. It would highly recomend this hotel. Value for Money and nice location. In the evening it was quite secure to walk around.

The prices for the spa treatments were quite exorbitant. As someone who lives in Norway, I am quite well versed with things being expensive. While the treatment was quite nice, and staff were very nice, the cost was too high in my opinion. Additionally, 2000-something for a Kingfisher ultra beer pint is ridiculous.
