Friendly and helpful staff, facility is well maintained, location is convenient.

Not so close to any walkable area, needs to take a taxi. However it is convenient to go to all places in Mumbai time wise.

The ligting in the room, ambience, staff, the breakfast was amazing. One of the best I have ever had.

There was a hot head iron instead of a regular steam iron with no warning, a water spray, or note that a steam iron can be requested. I burned my expensive trousers when I tried to iron. However, the hotel compensated me. Pleased with response and care.

The breakfast spread was awesome and service excellent despite the crowds. Room was comfortable and check-in and check out was smooth. Staff were courteous and always greeted us with a smaile.

Every time I visit India, I make it a point to stay at Trident. I always feel so special here—from the warm smiles to the thoughtful care from the staff. They even surprised me with flowers when I mentioned how much I love tulips, which meant a lot. I really appreciate how attentive they are, making sure I have everything I need like water and fresh towels every night. I also had an amazing spa experience, and I love the pool and the location—it makes me feel safe and relaxed. Overall, it’s always an incredible stay.

Room was exceptional. Restaurant ambience was good. Food was OK. The lounge was very good. Staff were very helpful and overall experience was very good.

Wifi did not connect and had to take help with technical staff to get connected. They gave different userid to connect. Default with room number and last name does not work.

We only stayed for one night. We were offered free upgrade to Lounge floor room. The staff was very supportive. we are a senior citizen couple and always concerned about safety and security. But we were delighted with support from staff. My husband is not very comfortable with buffet and carrying the plate around helping himself. the staff served the food on the table. Breakfast was excellent with very healthy dishes. Toiletries were of very high quality. I will always stay here whenever in Mumbai.

I think all the stairs should have railing. Bathroom should have non slippery mats. Some work was going in floor above and there was noise in our room during afternoon.

The bath felt good.Good air conditioning and location.It was nice to be able to walk to the mall.Breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and the event was a fun. The piano performance at night in the place just after entering the entrance was also wonderful.

It seems that it was not communicated to the local area that I wanted to keep my room close with my friend, which I had consulted with in advance. One thing that bothered me was that the glass in the room and the water in the room would soon drop and break.I hope the glass and water bottles are safely placed.

Had requested a pick up at the airport when my flight landed at 3.00 am. No one came. Had to call and wait. Separately, had brought my stay forward by two days. Seems that internally, these first two days and the rest of my stay were treated as separate. Someone called after my first two days to say I was overstaying in the room.

The location is excellent. Their hospitality is top notch. Will stay again whenever visiting that location. The food was excellent. All the facilities and upkeep of the rooms is excellent.
