The staff, all staff were attentive, and do their best to help and they make you feel like a valued guest all the time. The Chef was fantastic, he took the time to ask about our preferences and suggested delicious Indian dishes to match our preferences. Everything was just perfect!

The general location in Worli is convenient, but not great as the main road is under construction, we couldn’t really walk, we always were advised to take a cab or urber.

The hotel room was really nice and very comfortable with hazy views of the Arabian sea. The breakfast was very nice, they have Indian and continental options. Healthy breakfast options on the menu were absolutely great. The lighting in the bathroom was really cool.

Before I decided to book a hotel, I shopped around and zeroed on Four Seasons because of the beautiful cocktail bar with a view. That was the main selling point for me but unfortunately the day we stayed at the hotel they had a private party and obviously public were not allowed to use the better part of the bar. They said we could use only the other side of the bar with the city view but when I went there to my surprise, all the tables were reserved. They didn't even have space to stand and have a drink!! Waitress said I could come back later in the night but with two children (children are not allowed at the bar), I could not go back at the time specified by them. So it was a shame we didn't get to enjoy the reason we were excited about the hotel. They could atleast have informed the guests about the upcoming private party and also about the fact that the bar needs a booking.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Four Seasons Mumbai. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely taken care of on every level. The team operates with exceptional professionalism, calmness, and true attention to detail. Everything felt effortless, and we had the sense that nothing was left to chance. Our room was beautiful, freshly renovated, and extremely comfortable. The hotel is in the final stage of its renovation, and the result is truly impressive. The entire property feels modern, spotless, and very cohesive. You can clearly see the quality, but without unnecessary excess or artificial luxury. The food was outstanding – fresh, diverse, and very well executed. The rooftop bar is a real highlight, with a great atmosphere, excellent service, and fantastic views. A perfect place to unwind in the evening after a busy day in the city. A big plus for the transfers in a brand-new BMW 5 Series – extremely comfortable, punctual, and perfectly organized. It’s a detail, but exactly the kind of detail that sets a hotel of this level apart. Most importantly, the service. Genuine care, great manners, attentiveness, and availability without being intrusive. Everything was handled flawlessly. We were looked after at an 11/10 level. A true Four Seasons masterclass.

We had a really good and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and very well laid out with a walk in wardrobe. The hotel's rooftop dining and bar area was also gorgeous and very well stocked. Location in Worli is super for getting round Mumbai with uber.

On two occasions we found the breakfast service to be chaotic. We were informed the breakfast area was full and had to wait to be served. The service at breakfast was also slow especially as staff seemed overwhelmed on Christmas day. I hope they take this feedback on board and improve this aspect as the breakfast experience is key for travellers.

Four Seasons Mumbai offered spacious rooms, overall cleanliness, and the excellent gym facilities. The tea room on the ground floor was also very good. In-person communication was consistently polite and professional. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants.

What I did not like was that I had booked a sea-view room, but we were clearly not given a room with a proper sea view. The staff tried to convince us that the sea could be seen, which was not the case. The actual sea-view rooms were located on the opposite side of the building from where we were staying.

The friendliness of every staff member that you come across. The attention to detail, and the daily evening check call from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. You're made to feel not just like a hotel customer, but a guest in their home.

Could have done wirh brighter lighting in some areas of the room, but this is a minor observation.

The Four Seasons Hotel is one of my favorite hotels, and I experienced this firsthand during my recent trip. My thanks go to both Mr. Nabeel Paloba, the Director of People & Culture, and Mr. Aashrit Maheish, the Front Office Manager. They were both highly professional and courteous, and they treated us to dinner during our stay. They also understood the reasons for our early departure due to personal circumstances.

The lobby area is very small, but they are developing another one and it will be ready soon, according to what they told me.

The staff made the property! The facilities and outlook is incredible and honestly the staff were exceptional and so welcoming. They went above and beyond in every level and were so accommodating. We have travelled a lot but the staff at this property were absolutely incredible and made our trip and experience to Mumbai amazing.

The hotel was full during our stay which was a little hectic at breakfast. However, the staff made up for it where they could which again is credit to how the hotel is run so well.

All the employees were super accommodating and the hotel was in great shape, room was very nice. They helped me with touring suggestions and purchases and the spa was excellent.

The breakfast was amazing with courtious well trained staff attandance. The amenities were of exceptional quality. My altime favorate Bose speaker in the room ............ stole my heart but it was only in the room which i received on second day stay in anotehr room.

The very first day we checked in it was late than expected time, however the process was quick and smooth. But as a couple we received double occupancy room rather than 1 king size bed. Upon request it was not changed on first night. However next day in the evening the room was shifted to single occupancy king size bed. This was disheartening for us.
