Fabulous
Amazing property. Not enough affordable hotel options in Powai but this is a good one and got a good deal so booked it. Was pleased with the size of the room. The food was delicious and the staff if very cooperative.
A little bit of a damp smell in the room, maybe from the carpet or curtains. No other complaints

Average to Good
Our stay at Rodas Ecotel was average. Plus points were the hotel's Central location at Hiranandani, room size and the room view. Buffet breakfast & dinner was of good quality
Negatives - WiFi was poor / Night staff response was hardly available / Though we were told food order is 24*7 with limited menu - v v reluctant to help.
For the cost that was charged - not acceptable

Excellent stay for business travel
The rooms were spacious and clean with all amenities. the location is also very central with a supermarket in walking distance. Breakfast was good with a decent spread and really appreciate the fruit selection and juices.
Checkout experience could have been better as we had an early morning flight and has requested that the bills be kept ready the previous night. this did not happen and we were slightly delayed in the morning due to this. Also since the hotel is along the eco consicous lines, it would be good if this was reflected in some of the amenities used like the plastic water bottles and toiletries.

All in all a good experience, would surely love to come back again some time in the future.
The breakfast spread was limited but really good quality and taste. The location is right in the centre of Powai Hiranandani and a stones throw away from all good restaurants and shopping areas.
The entrance lobby was way too small.

Central location and the restaurant
Staff not being helpful, delayed check-in beyond 2 pm although I had requested an early check in.
Restaurant hostess not being polite when presenting bills or asking for signature, and on one evening making me leave the restaurant as it was booked for a party. One of the staff members was willing to make up for others mistakes and the restaurant serving staff was excellent. Suggest you train the front office and hostess staff to show more courtesy to guests, only one of them was good at his job.
Noise level from street was high in the room.

Happy with the stay, what was there is good
Western breakfast options were limited, but the quality was good. Evening meal was great.
We didn't have a shower you could stand under. We were allocated a smoking room, but managed to get it changed.
Arriving in the early hours of the morning, room service was limited.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel
Spacious room with huge, comfy bed! Good location near to amenities. Not too far from airport (approx 40 mins by road). Nice restaurant with good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. The little complimentary chocolates brought to our room was a lovely touch.
