Breakfast was delicious and the staff were professional and friendly. The location was fantastic and the restaurant was superb. Best meal we had in Italy.

Can’t fault any of it. We had a great stay and enjoyed every moment.

The area is very noisy at night but no fault of hotel. Nice that they provide ear plugs!

The hotel is in the center of restaurants on a promenade along a beautiful canal. In one word "excellent!!!"

Be prepared to be in an area of buzz and noisy nightlife. The hotel is a sanctuary but if you don’t like street music and noise, either use earplugs or close the rather amazing windows!

The hotel was in a very good location, right on the canal and surrounded by lots of good restaurant options. About 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest tube stop, mainly along the canal. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We had a courtyard facing bedroom which we liked. The hotel is in a lively area in the evenings (which continues to the early hours) and I was concerned about the noise, but we couldn't hear anything from our room which we were very happy about. We had dinner in the resurant one night and the food was excellent. All in all a very good stay.

Pictoresque courtyard with pretty blossoming climbers framing the stair railings, good breakfast and a nice restaurant area.

There is quite a lot of noice from the bars below and from the opposite side of the canal in the evenings, so it may be a good idea to bring ear plugs especially if your room is facing the canal.

Lovely property right on the canal. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. There’s a restaurant (didn’t eat at it). The breakfast was really good with plenty of variety and good coffee.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel, staff were great.

It’s a gorgeous boutique hotel in a fabulous location. The room was comfortable & clean. The view of the courtyard was quite nice and peaceful. Breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant was the best food I had on my whole trip.

The only “complaint” I have is that they ran out of umbrellas to borrow.

I really liked the personnel- all were very pleasant and professional. Room was spacious and clean, and at least mine was quiet and peaceful. Location was very central.

The AC was off, it didnt matter that much in May but a bit weird one. Doors in my bathroom werent working that well, which is maybe not typical in 4 stars.

Location great, how old and new is combined, stylish and very clean.

Waited so long in lobby for someone to ask if I wish to serve something, even after I approached staff the waiting time was long, was like I disturbed them.

Perfect location to explore Milan. Lovely position by the canal. Tastefully renovated property.

Location by the canal . Lovely vibe. Nice restaurants and bars. The courtyard feel of the hotel gave off elegance without being too showy. Just done really well. The breakfast was excellent too. Great stay

30 minutes walk into Milan or eay and tram no bother really. Just a very minor quibble.

The style, the staff and the placement

When placed in the middle of a street full of restaurants there is obviously some noise at night.

Everything was great. The location is super convenient, the area is full of (night)life, the place has character and the breakfast was very satisfying and relaxing. I will definitely stay again soon..

Next time I will request a room on the second floor as noises coming from the room above can be very disturbing.

Gorgeous decor…room in annex was totally private and very spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful with every request.

Great area to wander around, good walking distance into the cathedral and around. Convenient tram back after a day’s walking. Great restaurant connected to hotel, highly recommend. Staff very attentive and helpful.
