A little tricky to arrive at and leave from - taxi couldn't get out of the road when we left and we almost missed the train.

Dream come true. Absolutely first class and gorgeously elegant.

There is NOTHING I didn’t like about the property.

The property was beautiful! The ambiance and decor were very nice. All of the staff made us feel at home and were very helpful! Location good and close to Metro to get to Duomo, etc. The restaurant is fantastic! Rooms were clean.

We didn’t realize how loud it would be late into the night from all the partying on the canal. It was crazy but it grew on us after the first night and was okay.

- good lively location - rooms rather simple but very comfortable and spotless clean - very good phonic isolation, especially for the rooms facing the canal - VERY good restaurant serving classic Italian dishes on site. The restaurant staff was really great - the 2 Simone were just amazing. - good value and will stay here again

- breakfast was very basic, even for Italian standards. Coffee was disappointing.

The staff was very polite, proffesional and helpful. The location was really nice. The hotel's restaurant was excellent. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. Really big bed and big bathroom as well.

The location is fantastic 👌 close to the center, we walked to Duomo and back one day. The rest we took metro, that was very near by.

We had an evening flight, it would have been great to have a possibility to take a shower after +32 heat and a day in the city.

Canal view window was broken and unable to open, access door was locked over night leaving us unable to leave room in early morning

Excellent hotel with wonderful, professional and friendly staff! The breakfast was excellent. We arrived during a heat wave (38 Celsius) and the the AC was excellent! The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

It is very cozy, amazing staff, and the location is impeccable.

The couches in the Annex rooms can be refreshed. Mattresses can be more comfortable. While overall the facility was very clean and well maintained, the room floor was a tad dusty.

Wonderful hotel with a great location at the heart of the Navigli area. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

The location was wonderful if you look for some excitement and some romantic site The hotel is an old reinovated house they still kept some of it old feature but renew others The breakfast is great The loung is great too the inner yard make you feel at home

Location is excellent. Many bars and restaurants right outside of the hotel. Lobby, restaurant and garden are nice and cozy.

Room is comfortable but pretty basic. Had to ask for soap, cattle coffee and mugs.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed, amazing breakfast & tranquil setting.

Management and staff were very helpful, considerate and generous. They did go an extra mike to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcome. Amenities were well provided.

Our room was clean but a bit old and dark. But the bathroom was perfect!

Maison Borella was above and beyond what we all expected. We were a large group of 10 staying for just one night before flights back to the US and wish we could have stayed longer! Rooms are clean, smell lovely and all had working AC (welcomed in July) but the best was the staff. INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful with everything from luggage to directions and even last minute dinner reservations for our party of 10. We chose to eat in their restaurant on-site and we’re thrilled we did. One of the top meals during our 12 day trip. Can’t say enough. What a gem of a boutique hotel in an otherwise busy and hectic part of Milan. Love!
