The location and breakfast

The shower is not clean and the room is very small for two people.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really made the experience amazing was the staff. The BB team was always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return on my next visit.

The hotel is walking distance to the Duomo or the Castle, close to a walking street with many restaurants and shops yet in a quiet area. The staff was great, the breakfast very nice, dont miss the rooftop area , the views wornderful. Rooms are spotless clean, are very small but you have everything you need . I will go back ther next time. The cost was high but we were in the center of Milan! Amazing stay

Lovely, clean, spacious hotel close to all of Milan's attractions. Ideally located minutes from the train station and Duomo. Great location, just off a side street from a busy shopping street. The triple room was spacious and had very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location with only couple of minutes walk to the Duomo. Easy check-in process. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Comfy pillows and good bed. Bathroom lacked table and shelf space but other than that it was nice. Based on the room and location alone I would consider staying there again.

Breakfast buffet was very poor. I didn’t mind the small dining area or limited selection, it was the bad quality of the food that got me. Rubber eggs, juice made of concentrate and yesterday’s pastry. Pancakes were just weird. If you arrive in the last hour some items would always be finished and not replenished, fx: milk, cheese or scrambled eggs. Happened every day for us! Second thing we really didnt like was how noisy it was in the hallway outside our room. Very bad sound insulation. The elevators made a squeeky noise every time someone used them and it lierally woke me up at night. Someone please take a look at those wires!

Location was great. Room was spacious, beds were good and staff was friendly. I appreciated the small details like the daily water bottles and the indoor slippers for the cold floor. Overall had a great experience with the hotel and the location is very close by to all the shops and restaurants.

Only two things were not good: The room has a smell I didn’t like ( maybe from cleaning materials?). Only in bedroom. It bothers my sleep. But with open window it was ok. And breakfast did not meet “ Italian standards “, didn’t like my coffee 😬neither my croissant .

The location was amazing. It was absolutely perfect. The staff were so friendly. Right in the heart of the city. Comfortable bed and pillows. Decent bathroom and shower.

Rooms were very small but I get that this is a city centre hotel so we knew what we were going to get. Brilliant hotel. Seems like it could do with a little doing up. But in all honesty I would stay there again.

Very modern place, with a huge rooftop terrace overlooking Milan (yes, you can see the Duomo). Staff were friendly, room was clean and modern. Best location ever, a short walk to Duomo. Amazing croissant placed called Aroma Napoletano is near the hotel. Breakfast looked nice even though we did not book it.

We had nespresso machine but zero capsules (at least 2 are usually provided in hotels of same value).

The hotel's location was perfect, situated on a calm street yet close to all the main attractions. The hotel has a lovely terrace with a great view. If there were a small bar or at least some vending machines, that would make the terrace a much more comfortable place to be. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was well-equipped. There was a door in the shower cabin, so the floor outside was not covered with water, unlike in many hotels.

The room was small, and the windows had not been cleaned for a long time, creating the feeling of an even smaller space. The breakfast was okay. The selection was reasonably good, but the supply of vegetables was limited. The orange juice machine broke the next day after arrival.

I did really like the room. It was nice and quiet and I appreciated that. The breakfasts had a lot of range which was also good. The terrace was a lovely surprise and great for getting photos of the Milan skyline.

Not adequate provision of toilet roll but that was soon rectified.

I definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and bright. Everything was very clean. The common areas were spacious and clean. It's a hotel worth staying at just for the view and atmosphere of the terrace. It's very close to the Duomo, and there are many great restaurants nearby.

There is zero parking near property, which is fine. It just needs more explanation up front. Coffee maker is on a small buffet table at the foot of the bed and is necessary to walk around to get to the closet. I wound up knocking the coffee maker over and it spilled on clothing and bed because of small space.

Honestly, one of the best locations in Milano, you are close to the most important and interesting areas in the city. The stuff is extremely friendly, they managed to help me with a late check-in and no pressure on late check out either. Totally recommended!

The location of this B&B and the price pointy make it very attractive. The facility is extra clean, the bed very comfortable and nice bathroom. The breakfast is adequate and clean.

The room could have been a bit bigger and it also looked out the a small concrete courtyard surrounded by tall buildings. This is a place one would go to sleep in a comfortable bed and have a nice shower. For that it is wonderful

Perfect location and a terrace with stunning views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was basic but good.

We were given a room facing the road, and unfortunately, the windows were far from soundproof. It was difficult to sleep with the noise of rubbish trucks at 5 a.m. and people talking loudly outside. Also, the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes was quite disturbing. I don’t think I could have stayed comfortably for more than two nights.

Incredible location for the price. Perfectly laid out a hotel room. Although it was small, it did not feel small and it was exquisitely designed. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff is extremely nice. And everything was very clean. It was an incredible value, and I highly recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of Milan.

I couldn’t say that there was anything that I did not like about this property. It is a great value.

Bed was not so comfortable. No aeration in the toilet. I wish I found paper tissue / coton balls in the toilets

Breakfast was decent and the service/ staff was amazing.

Central location to everywhere

The tech went in to fix the bidet without letting us know. We came back to the room with sewer smell and had to wait for the tech to finish up.

I really recommend this hotel. We stayed there just a night but the breakfast, location and cleanliness was amazing! Thank you

Good location close to Duomo Cathedral and tour meeting location Milan Visitor center, staffs don’t bother us much, we like that way. Eventhough the hotel facility is such decent. Breakfast is not complimentary, room is small, not so clean like small condo for us but we were only stay there for 2 days to catch the tour to Swiss Alps only, not bother us much for the room conditions anyway.

Clean more carefully in the room , chairs are still with dirt.

This is a wonderful small hotel n the center of Milan. It’s stylishly decorated, classy and provides a quiet oasis in a central part of the city. It’s on a charming little side street and we loved coming back in the evenings. The view out our window was a pretty urban garden. The staff was highly professional. We’d definitely stay again.

The location is perfect. The staff and the overrall feeling of the place was wholesome and cozy. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The rooftop terrace is a great extra. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable!

Clean and comfy bedroom. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Location is incredible, just a short walk to the Duomo and lots of shops. There is also a big terrace on the 9th floor with a fantastic view too.

Superb location for exploring Milan. Staff exceptionally helpful. We were able to leave our luggage securely after check out. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast in the hotel was an added bonus. Can’t fault anything and would highly recommend,

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, great variety at breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste was a nice touch also. Rooftop area was very peaceful with a view of the Duomo ❤️
