First time in Milan.
The location was perfect and central, yet nice and quiet. The staff were all helpful and pleasant at all times, regardless of how many questions we asked them. Great to have the breakfast option.

The room was neat, very clean and comfortable. Adequate lighting. Enough charging stations for electronics. Hair dryer in the room. The location was great.
The shower controls were a little tricky, but I did figure them out.

Honeymoon in the heart of town
Amazing location. Breakfast buffet was good. They had a fresh honeycomb. David at check in was absolutely incredible and also when arranging our taxi upon our departure.

Almost everything ok!
The location is very good. Service at the reception is fast and friendly, breakfast is normal. The room has everything except a mini-bar and a kettle. Cleaning quality was ok.
After confirming the booking, a letter was received stating that during one of the days there would be no water (neither hot nor cold). It would be correct to communicate this before booking. The water, however, was turned off for a short time, so this did not create a big problem.
When booking, their system did not confirm my card, although the card was valid and upon arrival I paid with this card there.

Great location, comfortable place and lovely staff
Great location a short walk from the Duomo, shops, and several Metro stations. The room has a phenomenal view of the Duomo, the roof terrace is a nice place to relax, the breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly. A great place for a weekend in Milan.

At breakfast, on both days of our stay the coffee machine wasn’t working properly.
