Clean hostel with staff who cared and kept the place nice.

No shelf or place to put big bags, especially for folks on upper bunks. Lockers were great, but to small for a 40L backpack.

I liked the convenient location, it was easy to get there on foot. I also liked the very friendly staff.

At night it was quite noisy, but that depends more on the neighbors than on the accommodation. The only issue was that the window in the room did not close properly, so it was a bit cold inside.

Closer to the Duomo and bus is just 4 mins walk. Friendly staff.

The toilets are very dirty

All the staff, whether on the morning, afternoon, or evening shift, are extremely helpful. The facilities, including the showers and toilets, are always kept clean.

It would be a 10 out of 10 if the beds had curtains.

We had a room with two beds and a private bathroom. The hostel is well located, clean, breakfast selection was sufficient for us two. We would book this accommodation again.

We have no complaints.

great location within easy walking distance of the city centre. bed was comfortable and bathroom was big with 2 showers and 2 sinks

no curtains on the main room window or the indian beds - when someone else had their light on, it made it quite difficult to sleep.

It would be better have breakfast at the bakery outside. We didn’t like the breakfast; there wasn’t much variety. It was very noisy because there is a game room next to the rooms.the elevator comes slowly.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom also exceptionally clean and there is soap that's available for use.

Easy to find, friendly staff, comfy beds, nice spacious en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen didn't have many plates, dishes, cups, cutlery or utensils.

Very nice location, friendly staff and nice, spacious lobby with the bar. The only thing that could've been better was the heating in the room as well as in the bathroom. Check in and check out very fast. Great communication with the hostel!

A significant portion of the staff did not possess English language proficiency. My request for an additional blanket was unfortunately overlooked by the staff.

Definitely the staff! They were exceptionally helpful and nice. I was traveling alone for the first time and they totally helped me a lot. They were genuinely kind and supportive. Honestly they totally made my stay because I only stayed two days so I didn’t have a chance to engage in socially at all, even though it was a short stay they were totally the best staff I’ve ever seen so far. (Thank you so much guys🥹🩷). Cleaning.. Room was very clean, the hostel in general was exceptionally clean. It was very hygienic and clean that I could walk on the surface barefoot :) I was actually very happy that everything was very clean. Also location was very good, walking from Milan Cathedral to the hostel, the route was safe, I used google maps but compared to my other experiences the route felt safer. It is near to metro stations or public transportation and close to the city’s main attractions. I personally mostly prefer walking and location made my trip a lot easier. If you are coming from Bergamo Airport you can also easily access to the hostel. You can take a bus to Milan Centrale, and then you can take the metro to duomo station (Milan cathedral) and walk 10 minutes to the hostel. total journey would be 1,5 hour probably which is perfect compared to how far the airport is, the hostel was accessible easily.

There was a great live music event on the evening of my arrival, it made for a very fun moment in the bar, dancing with lots of people.

Everything was fine for me and overall it was an interesting experience. I would prefer if you offered a separate hygiene kit, like slippers, shampoo, or similar items. Also, the breakfast could really use more variety and better quality, it was very basic and not suitable for everyone.

I wish people who know they snore wouldn’t book a hostel bed. It really disturbs everyone else, and honestly it’s one of the most annoying things I’ve ever experienced in a hostel.

No toilet paper in reception toilet. One toilet/shower per 6 bed room. There are two more on the level, which are shared male and female. Can get quite busy.

Location is good. Storage in the basement after check out. Kitchen with basic appliances upstairs! Bathrooms inside the room has two toilets which helps with waiting time and there are additional ones in the hallway.

No privacy curtains so when someone turns on their night light, the light bounces off the walls and it feels like the whole room is lit up and messes with your sleep. Noticeable wear and tear from the years.

The place was clean but they could do better. overall the staff was nice and mostly helpful.

The first night they had a problem with my room(6 people) and they moved me to a 8 bedroom(full) room. didn't get any compensation. the staff was nice and they might didn't have a different room but I still think they could do a bit more.

The location was one of my favorite features of the property. It's a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and generally close to everything in Milan. The linens and everything else were very clean, and there's even a place to leave your luggage before check-in, which is a great feature.

The only thing I didn't like – and this isn't exactly about the facility – was that for the first two nights there was one person who slept making really strange noises. It wasn't just normal snoring; they were even screaming sometimes. Those first two nights were truly a nightmare.

The beds were comfortable. It was close to centre of Milan.

There was not much room in the shower and I can't get on right temperature.

Nice hostel, nice rooms with private bathroom shared between your own room which was good. Good location in terms of transport links and close enough to walk to tourist sites.

The WiFi in my room was not great kept cutting out, luckily I had data otherwise this would have been a really big issue. Also could maybe add curtains around the beds, just so people bedside lights don't light up the whole room.

Good apartment for staying in solo travel. Clean room, comfortable bed, not far from main sightseeings. Satisfied
