Everything is perfect. Customer service is excellent. The spa is really nice and the lobby is nice. The room was big and spacious and beautiful as was the toilet. The restaurant is also amazing.

It was the perfect anniversary weekend. The hotel staff was fabulous and the hotel facilities were immaculate. The location of the hotel in the city was perfect to walk around and get everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion in Milan.
We especially liked our room, a junior suite, and we would highly recommend the spa. We received massages for an hour each and then enjoyed the dry/ wet sauna. I would also highly recommend the patio bar, in the back of the hotel, to enjoy the weather!
