Very nice and elegant hotel. The bed is so comfortable and there is a pillow menu where you can choose the best pillow for you. Breakfast is special and tasty.

There is a Spa with sauna and steam, but there are only 2 beds for resting for the whole hotel. There is no chair to take a sit after a sauna, so you need to sit in the dressing room, if the beds are in use. I propose to take some chairs at least to the spa area, it is not really comfortable now as it is.

we were extremely satisfied with our experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the room facilities were excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again in the future

1. The lobby area is splendid, from the first moment you arrive in Milan the hotel helps you immerse in the elegant vibe of the city. 2. Staff was very polite and always helpful. I stayed at the hotel for my mother's birthday and they made sure to add beautiful notes in the hotel to make the stay even more memorable. We appreciated! 3. Breakfast was on point, you had all the fresh ingredients necessary to be full half of the day. 4. We had a room with garden view and it was very quiet. Also, during March the nights are still cold and even without any A/C the room had a very comfortable temperature for sleeping (20-22). 5. The bathroom is very spacious and has all the amenities necessary. 6. Location is indeed 5-7 minutes from Duomo and all the shopping area, very pleasant and close to everything. 7. Complimentary water is quite an amazing touch, it was very comfortable to not have to bother about this aspect of your stay. 8. One of the 3 nights we stayed we had a very nice turn down service (the atmosphere in the room was very cozy at our arrival from dinner) I would recommend and would definetly come back to this hotel when I will return to Milano, especially looking forward to see and use the pool they have on the rooftop.

1. Bathrobes are a little bit old, one of them had a lot of red stains and felt rough from all the washing it has undergone over the time. I didn't use it in the end, but also I didn't tell anything to the staff at the reception, I am sure they would have replaced it. It was just not pleasant the idea that such old or stained inventory is still in use. 2. The last night of our stay the turn down service was very disappointing, the cleaning lady met us on the hall and asked if maybe we would take the chocolate so she could not do it, it was weird.

hotel was fab! and the staff really friendly and helpful! they guided us where to go. Location was perfect, lot of restaurants near by and a good 10 min walk to the galleria for shopping.

Well i think the breakfast could have a better spread considering the fact that they have different nationalities.They had a menu where we could only choose one item and it was a little small portion so we would fill ourself with breads. And it did take time for the dish to come from the kitchen..was a bit slow. I wish the gym was a little bigger.They were about 4 of us inside and was a bit a cramped and hard to work out.

the room was very spacious, clean, and organized. It also had a coffee machine for espressos and the bathroom had a good heating system even for the mirror so after shower it would not become foggy, overall the room was great.

I think the breakfast system should be a bit improved, you pay a good price (not the highest) for the room + breakfast included but you can't ask for another plate of scrambled eggs without paying extra which is the first time I saw a hotel at this level doing this, usually if you pay for the breakfast you would be able to ask for 2 sets of packages for example and have it already included at the price you paid for, so, it was a bit weird to me this, having just 1 item from the menu included.

It wasn't the wow factor I was expecting for the money

Where do I start, I don't think the photos online done it the hotel enough justice as when we arrived we were really impressed with first the amount we spent and then how the rooms looked and how clean everything was. It was a surprise stay for my friend and they really went above and beyond by giving her a complimentary Lux cake.

We were very happy with the hotel and plan to stay here again when we return to Milan. We were especially impressed with Raya because of her outstanding service. She really cares about her guests and always went the extra mile for us. She even offered my wife a free massage! Radisson is lucky to have her as an employee.

Welcoming when we checked in offering us hot drinks to escape the cold weather. The concierge was really kind and helpful.

Water bidet was the most important thing, the location for the hotel is in the center and near for everything we need. I really like the place and I recommend it for everyone
