Overall, wonderful experience but there is some room improvement.
This is an excellent and quality hotel staffed by very competent, courteous and polite frontline reception and catering staff. They always reacted to our queries promptly and competently.
The room seemed smaller than expected, absence of any hooks to hang things on, somewhat inconsistent housekeeping (needed to call reception twice), the TV kept coming ‘alive’ after it is switched off by remote control which is not good at night (seems to be a recurring issue as I found it unplugged from the wall socket). H&S - kept on banging my head on the corner of the ‘overhead’ cabinet hanging low above the coffee/tea station.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location
Perfectly located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to everything. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a team that ensures everything runs smoothly and conveniently. I would definitely stay here again.

An unforgettable stay in Milan
This hotel was absolutely beautiful — grand, elegant and full of classic Italian charm. It had such a special atmosphere and felt like the perfect place to stay in Milan. The staff were amazing throughout our stay — so warm, welcoming and helpful. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Presidential Suite for our one-night stay, which was such an incredible touch and made the experience unforgettable.
They also arranged our 4am transfer for our international flight so smoothly, which we really appreciated. Nothing felt difficult and the service was seamless from start to finish.
The location was also excellent, with great shops, bars and restaurants all close by. On top of that, the hotel bar and restaurant were fantastic.
We loved our stay and would absolutely return.

Our stay was incredible. The upgrade to the Presidential Suite was a wonderful surprise for us all,
Breakfast was amazing. There was a fantastic choice on offer that catered for everyone, and the quality and variety meant you definitely didn’t leave wanting more. The service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The setting, in a lovely bookshop-style environment, made the whole experience feel relaxed and unique. A really enjoyable start to the day. 📚🍳✨
