Senato Hotel, Milan

Very nice and chic Hotel, it is well located nearby city center. The rooms are in very good size, with plenty of amenities and with natural light which I find delightful.

Exactly on the dates we stayed, they were having renovation work at the property so, it happened to be many workers and it was a little too noisy but it’s comprehensive. They have to do maintenance someday right?! And also at our arrival the personal greeting us was at the beginning not so friendly. I don’t expect that from the personal working at a hotel which they have to be precisely welcoming and attentive. But after that little encounter the rest of the days they were very polite and helpful.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. This is my 5th time traveling to Europe (including Viking cruise) and it was the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The bed was great, room 101 was magical, and the food was outstanding. Even with a few issues I would say amazing things about this boutique hotel.

My shower drain backed up, but that was just a maintenance issue I would imagine is pretty normal.

The staff is really helpful and cheerful from the moment you check in. Location is great, walking distance from almost everywhere you wanna go. Breakfast was really nice and tasty. The hotel has a really cute courtyard which is a really nice cafe as well. Andrea was very helpful with everything. Overall definitely will cone back.

I’d like to commend Mr Daniel from Senato Hotel Milano for his exceptional service and resourcefulness in arranging for a taxi to retrieve a handbag that was left at a restaurant in Milan, even though this happened near the restaurant’s closing time. This genuine and personal service that I’m sure he extends to all guests at the hotel is why my family and I stay only at the Senato Hotel Milano whenever we are in the city. We are very grateful for his service and hospitality, thank you, Mr Daniel!

Nice breakfast and we could walk to all the shopping streets. The front desk was very helpful and nice. We will definitely come back

The hotel is perfectly located to stroll around the city, in vicinity of high street shops and well known restaurants / bars. Rooms have a decent size with generous bathroom. Amazing staff and small yet tasty breakfast buffet. Safe parking in the back of the hotel available.

I liked the location. It was slightly off the beaten path but within walking distance of the places I wanted to visit. I also the hotel restaurant. The fettuccine Bolognese was quite good.

The armchair in the room was a design piece and not something one could actually sit in comfortably. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better.

Relaxed, lovely style decor, great breakfast, location, bed so comfy, wish we could have stayed longer, will recommend and definitely would return :)
