Modern paradise in the best setting in Milan!
The location could not be better. Set in a quiet garden, the hotel is close to all of Milan's best shopping but in its own quiet paradise. The outdoor seating for the restaurant is a beautiful place to grab a bite and the bar is a wonderful place to grab a drink. The staff are attentive and the hotel's sleek modern aesthetic is very clean and elegant.

I regert reserving in this hotel. It was disappointment for this high price
The best thing in the hotel that made us feel good and happy was in the conceriage Mrs .Lana Dender . She is excellent and have made our stay wonderful . I would like to thank her for her efforts to make our stay happy.
Staff at the breakfast and lunch . They are not providing good services and they are not smiling ,you feel like you are in a jail not in high end hotel .
In the room the carpet was cheap quilty and colors were gloomy . I was very disappointed with the hotel servises and quilty .

Pleasant
Unfortunately we’d requested a room with garden views, as it was a special occasion. We had a back facing very small room but it wasn’t anywhere near worth the cost of what we paid. The staff were great, wonderful breakfast/ gardens and atmosphere regardless. The spa is quite dated now and oddly you can’t swim in the pool!

Milano experience
comfortable and beautiful.
arrived with no one to help with luggage from the taxi waited and rolled our own luggage. restaurant service was so poor we waited 15 mins to even get menu and have to ask multiple times for heat lamps and water. room is comfortable but not great design, no where to hang used towels

Location was good,
Beverage was poor.
Improvement on beverage and the price of the room is way too high for such small room.
