Central Location, very helpful and attentive staff, very airy space, the rooms are spacious and work well for a family of 4, easy!

Breakfast was very basic and not fit for a 5-star hotel: no value in taking it from the hotel. Serving Nescafé coffee, and that's in Italy!

Incredible concept hotel. Every detail was thoughtful and appreciated! The staff, the comfort, the atmosphere, and especially the scents were absolutely 5 star.

The hotel is brand new, elegant, and beautifully designed. The rooms are bright with natural light everywhere (something quite rare in Milan). Everything was exceptionally clean, and the quality of the towels and bed linens was outstanding. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the minibar was very complete. It was quiet most of the time, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff was simply amazing: attentive, kind, and professional. I was genuinely surprised by the overall experience. In the evening, I found a warm letter along with panettone and prosecco in my room. That gesture made me appreciate even more the attention to detail and the lovely team behind it. Location is perfect! Walking distance from the most important spots like bars, restaurants and sightseeing… But far enough to escape from the crowd.

If there is anything to improve, I didn’t have time to notice during this stay. Maybe during a longer visit in the future. Everything was truly perfect.

The space was interesting and very well designed. Our suite was well laid out, extremely comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was close to transportation and to the city center.

The story of the hotel and great breakfast

Everything about our room was very comfortable. Fantastic bed, great pillows, wonderful bathroom with great lighting, spacious shower and plenty of storage space. I loved the high magnification makeup mirror that was at just the right height. I also really appreciated the daily complimentary large bottles of water - including sparkling! They have thought of every little comfort feature that I look for in a hotel room. And what wasn’t there was quickly provided (extra pillows and hangers). Great breakfast buffet. We stayed 6 nights and really loved our stay.

I didn’t love the neighbourhood. Short walk to the Metro and a few decent restaurants around. But I would have liked more choice nearby. But it’s not a big deal, if you don’t mind the little bit of extra travel it’s well worth it. The hotel was perfect (and I rarely say this!)

An excellent property, converted scent factory. So made it very unique. Not your average hotel. The breakfast was top notch with great variety and fresh ingredients. Each room has a unique fragrance and couldn’t help but love the different scents wherever I went

Everything was quality in terms of finishing and furnishings. Very clean bright and modern. Loved the theme carried through as a restored perfume factory.

Would have loved a pizza on the menu. Needed more comfort food on the menu for room service. Room service wasn’t a great experience. Also wanted a bathrobe.

Superb hotel that really deserves 6 stars. The extras in the room were excellent. Everywhere you walk or rest smells beautiful and lifts your mood and soothes your senses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat The breakfast was so fresh and clean and plentiful it was an absolute pleasure.

Breakfast was fabulous. Really fabulous. Each and every member of the team could not do more for us. The suite was one of the finest I have stayed in. Shower was the best ever as were the toiletries.

We wish the rooftop would have been open as it closed on Sunday and Monday evening which was a shame.

My favourite hotel so far in Milan; it's close to my favourite restaurant and near the river Navigli. It's tucked away in a corner which I love as it's like a hidden gem. And I love that it was a perfume factory before and how well they kept the integrity of the architecture and design

Not exactly close to the city centre eg. Duomo, if you fancy walking, which I do. But close enough by tram. But if you do fancy walking, you actually get to see a lot more. It's quite straighforward and you won't get lost and the staff are very helpful in helping you navigate without stress

The vibes of the hotel was very nice-the lobby was simply furnished but elegant. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we found it very restful. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to metro, restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast spread was the same every day - some variety would be nice. Also, the rooftop bar food menu felt very experimental. We couldn't figure out how to make the blinds half-close; we can only raise it up and down.

We filtered in the booking search for a spa hotel- it has only steaming room that needs to be booked in advance

Our stay was wonderful. The room was not only spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, but it also had a lovely, subtle fragrant aroma that made it feel so welcoming. The staff were friendly and whelpful. Breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes. Despite being in the city, the hotel was peacefully quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. We highly recommend this hotel for a truly relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The bathroom was a real issue. The shower curtain is far too short, causing water to spill out all over the floor. Combined with the very slow drainage, it created a huge, wet mess. For a proper shower, this room needs a fully enclosed glass cabin instead.

It was a little further out of the way than we expected but easy enough to get around and a10 minute walk to public transport or the start of the main streets in navigli
