Staff were very accommodating. They let me borrow an adapter, deodorant and a few other things during my stay without hesitation.

Location, environment and facilities

Shared facilities are amazing, the space is wonderful, everything is nice and tidy. The team is extremely nice, helpful, and relaxed at the same time.

Everything's perfect

Really close to the city center, with a nice front yard where people could chill and mingle. The hostel organizes a lot of events making the stay there even better.

The lockers could be a little bigger, but that's the only "negative" comment I can say.

Excelente location and very friendly staff

The vibe of the place is amazing! Staff very nice and welcoming. Always willing to help. Do a favor to yourself and stay if you want to make friends and have it with breakfast included.

It doesn’t have curtains in the bunk beds but it’s very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are super clean!

Good location, friendly staff, lots of facilities, nice bed sheets! Good breakfast.

Centrally located. Not far from metro stops and the train station. Clean, fun, and lively. The bar/restaurant is fun and inexpensive.

No individual lockers for storage pre or post stay. There is a luggage storage, but accessible to anyone entering room. Only an issue if you’re paranoid about people walking off with your luggage.

Close to the centre, many facilities and very attentive staff.

You could put up a curtain so you cannot see the person sleeping in front of you and have more privacy

– Quick and friendly check-in. – You use an app instead of a plastic card for doors and elevators. – Very comfortable and spacious lobby/tabletop games/bar area. There is a partially glass-covered inner courtyard next to that area. – Few meters away outside the hostel there is a bigger bar related to it. – You can use the kitchen on the first floor (which is kept clean and stocked!). – You can make yourself coffee from the machine or tea in the lobby area for free (!!!), don't abuse! – Beds have curtains and chargers. The lockers are located either below the lower bed or next to a wall. There are additional lockers (including bigger ones) on the ground floor. – The location is 10-15 minutes on foot from Duomo, ~10 minutes away from Missori (orange) and De Amicis (dark blue) metro stations.

Have not found any problems with the property.

I love the comfort of kitchen and common areas. I want expecting it, but coffee and tea were actually really helpful.

There are no lockers by the bed, which made it hard for me sleeping on te top bed (third one).

I love the location..close to the shopping malls. Supermarket.tourist spots and the metro/tram service. From Airport to the destination. No hassle at all!

I don't normally stay in hostels, but this place has better facilities than some fancy hotels. Greatly appreciated the filtered water, the coffee, and even though we didn't use the kitchen, it's really well stocked. Staff are super nice too.

Water in the shower was a bit cold

Every small detail is thought to make you feel good and relaxed. The little messages often teach you how to behave to maximize enjoyment. Both hosts and guests are great. You’ll have a very good time.

The location is great, staff are polite and helpful, the place has many games, the hostel organise events regularly and the kitchen has many free stuff that you can cook and eat, there is regular cleaning and unlimited coffee and latte. They do have paid laundry and paid breakfast service too.

Everything. Very well organised! Clean. The mattress is just perfect to give the best sleeping.

There was some noise on the back yard that kept me away from sleeping.

Great for young people

I hope guests are provided with slippers, as the floor can be quite cold. It would make the stay more comfortable, especially during colder weather.

The bar is very lively. Billiard and calciobalila are amazing.

The air in the bathroom is not circulating. Kind of noisy at night.

Location was fantastic. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Lots of communal spaces and entertainment.

The only thing for me is as not having more communal toilets/showers around the hostel. There’s an en-suite bathroom (shared by 8) and 1 communal shower/toilet - worked out fine as I was on different schedule to the others but could do with a few extras around the hostel.

Definitely go for breakfast, a menu that 1/3 of is sweets, gotta love it

it was one of the best hostel i stayed, first of all very close to the center duamo 10 minute by walking, the stuff are quite friendly and nice, the female room was clean and comfortable..

Location

It was right in the center, easily accessible, a lot of free facilities and a good reception.

The only thing I didn't like was the horrible and loud sound that comes from the bathroom door. So everytime someone go or come out, it wakes up everybody in the room!
