Very central location, very helpful staff, very good breakfast. This hotel is on central location, staff very friendly, helpful. Asked several times, in case of any help or need, which rare nowadays in most hotels. Room is very spacious with modern design, with all facilities plus water, shampoos, scrubs, etc. in good amount. Price of the breakfast which is varied and delicious very good for this central location. However, canteen can be more bigger size, and can be more nicely decorated as rooms🤓. Love this hotel, definitely will stay there again.
We didn’t know about big mosquitoes in fashion city center, so first day we opened the window and sleep without ac., which was not good idea. We asked next day about help, they sanitarize the room. Therefore, better in summer months warn guests about mosquitoes problem, since no protective mosquito net available on windows. Otherwise everything is fantastic. And of course, lesser price for the room always be better😊

Unforgettable great stay in the heart of Milan

Located at the center of Milan
It was an excellent choice for my recent 3-night stay in the city. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the Duomo, was perfect for exploring Milan's top attractions.
My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great local recommendations.
While there is no on-site restaurant, the daily breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the open, airy dining area was never crowded.
Overall, I was very impressed with the Room Mate Giulia and would happily stay there again on a future visit to Milan. The combination of great location, comfortable accommodations, and helpful service made it a great home base.

Highly recommended for those seeking a truly outstanding hospitality experience.
I will not talk about the location as it is well known in the heart of the most unique area in Milan, but I will talk about the hotel staff starting from the guest relations team (Andrea & Alyssia) who showed really exceptional and genuine services. They are attentive, friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The full reception team are really profissional in 24/7 response. the housekeeping team really care about alot of small details that rearly to find it even in 5 stars hotel.

Terrific location, very good overall.
Location was great, rooms were not too big but totally fine, gym could be better equipped but at least they had a decent one, beds were comfortable, staff very gentle.
