I had the pleasure of staying at Room Mate Giulia and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps away from the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, making it ideal for exploring Milan’s best sights on foot. The design of the hotel is both stylish and unique, with a vibrant, contemporary aesthetic that adds to the overall experience. Every detail, from the bold colors to the modern furnishings, has been thoughtfully curated to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

It’s our first choice to stay in Milan ! This was our 4th time. Just love everything about this property and chain.

Location was incredible (walking distance to everything), room was a great size to share with my mother on our trip, and the hotel jumped through some hoops to get us two twin beds instead of one king bed, which was really appreciated! The breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Will definitely come back when I come to Milan again.

Location was perfect! Just a few meters away from the Duomo and near various tram stops. It made our jaunt to the city super easy. The room was big and super comfortable. Great design aesthetics too. Very chic!

There was road constructioin in front of the hotel so a portion of the street was closed down. However i understand this is a temporary snag.

Some front desk staff appeared not very interested in helping. I have stayed at Room Mate Giulia before and have noticed a significant drop in customer service over the years. Our first stay was just after it opened and it was exceptional then, but not any more. From our stays in Room Mates in Madrid and Barcelona it seems the brand has lost some of it initial gloss. Maybe some staff retraining is in order.

Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive and cheerful. The location was really great-a quiet side street but very close walk to Duomo and shopping and great restaurants. Room was very spacious and excellent large bathroom.

Location. I prefer boutique hotels and RM Giulia fit my requirements perfectly.. they met all requests made and staff were very friendly, helpful and housekeeping exceptional. Rooms are spotless and a comfortable size and they get all the things that are important to me right. Water in room every day, turnover service, delectable chocolates…..breakfast was good. Would stay again..

Just a little detail, the toilet bowl was right behind the door ( potential for accident)although the bathroom was big enough to organize this differently , and yes, we knew about the parking fees beforehand, thats Milan in prime location.

The location was excellent and extremely convenient, the galleria is behind it, and the duomo is on its left. The hotel facilities and room were very clean, well designed and maintained. The room was spacious (superior twin room) with fast Wi-Fi. During our stay, the fitness centre was under maintenance, but the hotel management provided complimentary access to a nearby gym, which was really good. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Tip: Make sure you try the complimentary chocolate they provide upon check in.

Although the room was spacious, the wardrobe didn't seem enough for 2 people.

The location and sustainability. Jeffrey the staff member was definitely the highlight, he anticipated any need and was so incredibly helpful whether he was on shift or on his way home. He made us feel safe, welcome, and very cared for. He might be the hardest working hotel employee I’ve ever met. He is an absolute star.

Cleanliness, the room is very cozy and clean, I usually check the bed if it has hair with a flash😂 this hotel was very clean and dust free. Also the location is AMAZING!!! I chose room size 35 m^2 and it was really nice. Will come back FOR SURE

Only 1 x tiny shelf in bathroom for toiletries - I had to move a stool From the bedroom into the bathroom to put my toiletry bag on ! The concierge was helpful but recommended 2 X very expensive restaurants that weren’t great at all ! It seems they only have a small List of restaurants they recommend ?

Convenient location to all the sites. In the galleria makes shopping easy. Easy walking distance to all the historic sites. Friendly staff. Warm inviting environment The front desk staff was excellent in providing dining recommendations and how to get to places. The breakfast was excellent and Roddy took fantastic care of us. Yeasmin was super in taking care of us from really hot Caffe Lattes in the lounge with an assortment of cookies to room service and daily trips delivering whatever we needed with a smile and great attitude

I had a great stay at this hotel. I loved the design—it was modern and stylish. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to share a list of restaurant recommendations, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the gym was closed during my stay, but they provided us with a daily voucher for a nearby gym, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, my room had a terrible window with no view—it faced the indoor area of the buildings and overlooked dirty trashcans. The area outside was mostly dark, and the noise from the trashcans downstairs was a big issue. Even with the windows closed, I was woken up every morning by the loud banging when someone opened and closed them. It was frustrating and took away from the overall experience.
