Room Mate Giulia Hotel, Milan

The staff was exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful. I was tickled that the busboy "uniform" was a white shirt, sometimes a tie, and jeans.
The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, one of the best in the world. The many, many choices catered to every morning expectation, and everything was fresh and appealing.
The high ceiling in the room was very nice. Having two sinks in the bathroom was great for my wife and I.
The location, just steps from the Duomo, was a wonderful additional surprise. In our extra time, we visited it.
The restaurant across the street, Pino, was convenient and wonderful for dinner.

There were so many lights in the room and so many switches, it was a bit difficult to figure out how to turn on (or off!) some particular lights.
A freezer section in the refrigerator would have been nice.
I would have chosen smaller sink "bowls" to leave more room on the bathroom counter for toiletries.

Street in front of the hotel is under renovation so car traffic is blocked. Since I had a rented car it was really hard to access the street and valet parking.

Staff, location and small scale feeling. Sound proof windows, the hotel is literally a stone throw away from Plaza del Duomo and one night the Inter fans celebration their winning the championship. We could only hear the loudest fireworks, which says something about the sound proof windows. The breakfast offered in the hotel.

A bit expensive, but then again this is Milan and everything seems expensive at first, then you get used to it.

I stayed here for the second time and can confirm it’s a very good option in Milan. The location right next to Piazza del Duomo and the main attractions, the staff was very friendly and professional, and the junior suite on the upper floor offers a comfortable room size compared to other hotels in this area. Overall, a solid choice with a good balance between cost and quality

Great location, steps away from the Il Duomo, La Scala and the Gallery. Friendly and professional staff.

The view from the room was an inside courtyard with AC equipment and trash cans. There was construction in front of the hotel, which made it more difficult to get there - that’s a city issue.

My favorite hotel in Milan. It has an incredibly beautiful and unique interior — I enjoy the atmosphere and details every time I stay here. The breakfasts are excellent, especially the pastries, which are always fresh and delicious. I would also like to highlight the staff: they are exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring. I have stayed here several times already and can confidently say that I will definitely return again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Room Mate Giulia. The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the Duomo, which makes everything easily accessible. The atmosphere is calm and refined, and the cleanliness is impeccable. What truly stands out is the artistic touch throughout the hotel from the decor to the details and artwork, everything feels carefully curated and stylish. It gives a unique personality to the place, far from standard hotels. The staff was also very welcoming and professional and the breakfast is delicious :)

Honestly, nothing significant to mention. Everything met my expectations and contributed to a very pleasant stay.

I’m not sure if I was just lucky to get a room on the sixth (top) floor, or if the receptionist was especially kind in assigning it to me😇. Either way, I really appreciated it. The hotel is in an amazing location—just a two-minute walk from Duomo Square! Super clean and nice staff. The room interior design was really lovely.

There is nothing I can say bad about this hotel!

The location is unbeatable - between the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Duomo. It is a 4 minute walk to La Scala and has a metro station within a minute. The staff is terrific - service is exceptional. Breakfast is good.

Not sufficient space for hanging out. Seating in the lobby is limited.

The design is trendy. Perfect location. Good staff and nice breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed my experience at the hotel. The service, atmosphere, and general organization were great.

It was also a bit noisy at times, although I understand this can depend on the location. I really appreciated that earplugs were provided in the bathroom — a very thoughtful detail.

Overall, a positive experience and I would still recommend this hotel.

There are just a couple of minor points to note. The room had a slight smell, as if someone had smoked there before. For me, a fresh and pleasant scent is very important, so it would be great if the hotel could pay more attention to this or use subtle home fragrances.

This was my third stay everything is perfect.

Excellent stuff, very friendly and welcoming. Location is 10/10, Just few steps from Duomo. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants and historical sites. The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast met our expectations and those of our 3-year-old son

The cleanliness needs improvement. Although the room was generally very clean, after 10 minutes of running around without socks, our little one's feet turned dark gray. That's the only downside we noticed.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location and rooms. The rooms are clean, and the staff are extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
