Room Mate Giulia Hotel, Milan

I had a very pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed my experience at the hotel. The service, atmosphere, and general organization were great. It was also a bit noisy at times, although I understand this can depend on the location. I really appreciated that earplugs were provided in the bathroom — a very thoughtful detail. Overall, a positive experience and I would still recommend this hotel.

There are just a couple of minor points to note. The room had a slight smell, as if someone had smoked there before. For me, a fresh and pleasant scent is very important, so it would be great if the hotel could pay more attention to this or use subtle home fragrances.

it is very important for the facilities to be crystal clean !, otherwise you cannot rest, and you may jeopardise the whole trip. Room mate Giulia did it very well !

Price!. Unfortunately Milan has become extremely expensive. Breakfast was poor for 25 euros / person / day

The staff are outstanding especially Andre, Benedetta and Sara. They were so friendly and went above and beyond when it came to helping me out. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent stuff, very friendly and welcoming. Location is 10/10, Just few steps from Duomo. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants and historical sites. The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast met our expectations and those of our 3-year-old son

The cleanliness needs improvement. Although the room was generally very clean, after 10 minutes of running around without socks, our little one's feet turned dark gray. That's the only downside we noticed.

location was really good. Quiet considering the location. A little inconvenient because the road is closed but not a big deal. Exceptionally high ceilings which I loved it made it very spacious. Asked for an iron and vacuum and they were very prompt.

There wasnt much you could fault really. We didnt have the breakfast so unable to comment. The bathroom was lovely but I couldnt understand why they had such a tiny shower for the size of the room. It was tight to wash your hair.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location and rooms. The rooms are clean, and the staff are extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Clean and near the shopping

Restaurants for breakfast need to change the staff there always trying to ignore special that lady with red hair she means to ignore when I ask her for something.

What a wonderful hotel! The location doesn't get better than this... you have to walk 10 m from the hotel's entrance to be in Duomo square. The room was super spacious and very clean. I travel to Milan yearly and this has to be my favourite hotel yet! Will definitely be back :)

Excellent stay overall. The location is perfect, with easy access to main attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

Everything to be honest was excellent, from the amazing staff, to the estate of the art rooms, to the location. Its my favorite hotel in Milano and I will come back again with no doubt. From all of the above, I would like to thank Marco from the reception team. He welcomed us to the hotel and arrange all our needs. The check in was at 3 pm but we arrived early at the hotel (around 10 am) and he gave us a room that was ready without having to wait till 3pm. Thanks again Marco and the rest of the staff!

If you are coming with your own car, you have to be careful not to pass by the restricted zone. check very well about the matter before arriving to the hotel to avoid any penalties or fines.

I can say confidently it is the best hotel to stay in Milan ! Super clean room! Welcoming staff Mr. Mateo and Mr. Rayn in the reception and all doorbell boys were humble and helpful and the LOCATION in the heart of Dumo just few steps to the Galleria l, nice ambiance, comfy beds but large bathroom, very quiet although my room was close to the elevator. I would recommend anyone to stay at the room mate giulia..
