as expected, great stay
the general old fashion feel and amenities of the hotel.
Room service was not done until we called at 3:15pm to ask for it to be done so that was not so good of them.

great service and staff, charming courtyard and building.
Rooms old and not up to four season standard. Bathrooms in particularly not up to expectations. Hallways felt old and dated. Needs a larger revamp then what has been done.

Amazing hotel with a wondeful atmosphere and brilliant rooms
The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. The courtyard was beautiful and almost all hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
I didn't have a great check out experience. The gentleman that checked me out was very unhelpful when I asked a couple of questions on my invoice and seemed more interested in other guests whilst he was looking after me.

i like the athmosphere. the garden. the lobby. the setting
for a 4 seasons hotel the wine list is very poor. also the quality of food at the restaurant could be better. when we needed a taxi to the airport the hotel only offered their cars at a price 4 times of the normal taxi. that was no customer orientation

The whole building is really chic and unique, the smell of the lobby is really fresh! I love the perfume so much! Also, the garden is so beautiful! The staff here are super nice, from doorman, front desk, concierge to restaurant staff. They all provide excellent service and really considerate of clients.
The property is good, perfect for me. if have to mention one thing, that will be the hair dryer… the current one is not good, hope it can be improved a bit.

Loved this property- it made our whole vacation that much more wonderful.
Beautiful property with a fantastic courtyard. Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful.
