Very cool, very fun and super delicious
Loved the location, trolley access, DJ, Bishop and Eight and Sand were amazing! Staff was SO FRIENDLY and everything was clean and cool!
Very tiny complaint that there was not enough light in our room. The windows are fantastic but it was overcast. Maybe a floor lamp or two? But otherwise awesome!

Cool Hotel!
The restaurant at the hotel was amazing for all meals!
The hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants as well as Beale Street.
There were 4 or us and only 3 towels and we only got one visit from housekeeping for a 3 night stay.

The heater made a loud noise and they offered to have someone come fix it. We just turned it down a little and it stopped

tasteful redo of former train station right downtown
Rooms: quirky retrofit of a former train station - rooms on level 2B are especially interesting as they are pieces of the upper lobby
Restaurant: French restaurant on first floor is outstanding but you will need reservations- the secret is out
Lobby Lounge - is a tasteful redo of a former train station hall; on weekends all of Memphis is there to mix in peace, love, & fine threads. tough to overdress here
parking is not free & valet parking is part time. a car parked on Saturday night by valet is a treasure hunt by owner on Sunday morning

When we first arrived we were told we shouldn’t have booked through booking and she was really rude about it. But otherwise the staff was super nice!

Great location. Cool modern vibe in an old train station. The beds are awesome!
Snack section was lacking (basic soda, mini bags of chips and kind bars), no late night food service -even though the bar stays open late and the rooms are on the small side. The staff was really nice, but the check in process was slow.

Beautiful establishment
Overall the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel amenities, atmosphere, and decor were superb! It was also very clean.
The hotel manager personally reached out seeking feedback.
They should have informed at the start of my stay that I would need to request a cleaning service if I wanted one. I also had one issue requiring maintenance and they never showed up to address the issue. We ended up resolving ourselves after watching a YouTube video.

Choo choo Central Station
I loved that the Hotel was connected to the Amtrak Train Station and The City Of New Orleans Line. I can take the train from any of the stops along the line to Memphis and stay here then take the trolley all over downtown to see many historic sites.
I wish that the rooms had larger fridges in the rooms they wouldn’t hold my water bottles very well. I also wish they had at least two chairs and a small table in the rooms. Otherwise the property is very nice.

The location, mid-century yet contemporary with an industrial flair, restaurant was excellent, interior smart and tasteful, clean, plenty of storage, comfortable, and placement of outlets were well-thought out.
Didn't like how the air conditioning was blowing in direction of the bed. It felt like it was blowing in your face.
