Staff was exceptional! My room was beautiful too!

This hotel is well located near Beale Street and the River. The conversion of the hotel from its prior use to a hotel was done tastefully and with great creativity. The bartenter knew how to make a great Aperol Spritz.

There could have been more seating in the cafe as it was full during breakfast. Also, at our first approach to the hotel by car, it was not clear where and how to park for the valet service.

The location was excellent, was in walking distance to everything that we wanted to see

Very conformable hotel . Excellent bar. Loxation opposite the Civil Rights museum and a short walk to Beale Street was perfect for us.

Our stay at Arrive Memphis was great. From the gracious desk clerk to the valet who handled our car and then to the bartender who gave us some good tips on restaurants and places to be sure and see, we found the staff delightful. Our rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and we enjoyed the choices at the breakfast bar and Happy Hour. We can recommend this hotel to you.

Great location - walk to Beale street and the civil Rights Museum. Cool lobby. Great Sunday happy hour with yummy pizza at 1/2 price and $7 glass of Cabaret.

It was very bright at night from the was the room was configured - the light from the bathroom and the frig kept me up. We could not purchase a dessert at the front desk at 5:15pm because the cafe was closed.

Loved the location. Easy to access all the area attractions and River walk. I was attended to quickly by the valet and offered help with my bags. Greeted warmly upon entering the building. Check-in was easy. Loved the decor and vibe of the bar and bakery. My room was amazing. Loved the decor, the bedding and the shower. The Salt and Stone bath products were a plus.

The space was clean and beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The area felt very safe, and there were a couple bars nearby in walking distance. The coffee and pastry I had in the lobby was very enjoyable.

There was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, but the staff was accomodating in getting me an ice bucket. The shower was out of soap. Innocent enough, but that was an opportunity for improvement. The door to the room doesn't shut automatically, which was a little unusual, so I had to make sure to shut the door behind me.

This property inside is stunning! It had the most amazing gorgeous rustic/ modern room. The staff was amazing. Close to everything we wanted to do. Just blocks away from the most amazing bars and restaurants. The coffee bar inside the lobby is so good

The hotel is super cute, clean and in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was super friendly. Overall, it's a great place.

Would have been nice to have coffee in the room. Had to buy coffee from the shop downstairs and it was a small cup for like 6 bucks. For the price of the room, coffee should be included. It was nice there was a gym but there's only 2 machines, a treadmill and a peleton.

An eccentric hotel layout: pretty easy once you learn the setup. Valet parking was a breeze and fast. Cute and quaint. Would stay again. Loved the bathroom decor and style. Clean room and liked the windows opened. The elevator wallpaper is interesting especially when you're tipsy. The area has hidden gems, take your time exploring around. Good energy during St. Patrick's Day.

A great location about 100 metres from the Iconic Lorraine Motel. Staff were fantastic. This renovated warehouse is simply fantastic! There was some work going on downstairs during our stay, the staff were great assisting us.

Quite frankly, I really enjoyed my time there!

A very unique modern style

Unless I missed the locations, vending machines. Granted the room does have the mini snack bar, which came in handy, the prices are just a tad high.

The team were fantastic and went well out of their way to help me get to the airport last weekend. They understood the importance of getting back to England from the US and ensuring I didn’t miss my flight. The kindness shown was wonderful.

It takes too long to get a simple coffee in the morning. There is a long line where the entire hotel tries to buy coffee and breakfast. One person and one coffee machine e make coffee for the entire hotel. It makes no sense.

There was a nice coffee shop with good coffee. The rooms were gorgeous! and very comfortable.I love the little touches like the way finding in the halls, the do not disturb buttons.

I did miss having a coffee maker in the room - I wanted tea before bedtime and there was no where to get it.

Excellent staff, beautiful and functional rooms, great location, reasonable prices. We loved it here. The staff was eager, friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, with tasteful furniture, good lighting and a beautiful bathroom area. Amenities were high quality. Hotel had indoor coffee shop and bakery, as well as bar with very good pizza. Walking distance to downtown, only a block away from the National Civil Rights Museum. There was valet parking which worked well and you needn’t wait long for your car. We stayed 3 nights.

I would have loved it if their was a cheaper option for car parking but it was minor to everything else.

Shower wasn’t great!

Wow, could not have asked for a better experience. We came for our anniversary, and from arrival to leaving, the staff were super accommodating (So sorry for forgetting the names, but you know who you are!). We got early and planned to leave our bags, but the room was already ready, and no games were played - we got it much earlier, which we appreciated very much. The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, right in downtown, very walkable to all the main attractions. The Gym was a really great added bonus. The hotel bar and coffee are perfect - you don't really need to find a bar when you have such cocktails and coffee right downstairs. But really, it was all about the people. The hotel staff, the barista, the barman - You made our stay. Highly recommended.

This is such a beautiful hotel from decor to staff - everyone was so friendly and we felt so comfortable! The location was great - walkable to Beale street (and we felt close enough to walk back at night)
