Staff all very helpful and pleasant

Lots of maintenance issues during the stay need to address these, aircon not working first room, no safe in 2nd room (as missing) coffee machine not working one day, lift not working on day of check out

Rooms are nice and roomy, beds are comfortable. Nice quaint atmosphere.

Parking sucks, had to use the valley which cost extra and when traveling with two cars, an even bigger added expense.

Everything. Room was fantastic!! Staff was absolutely amazing. Location is perfect!! I am traveling with my dog and they even had a dog bed, feeding bowls, new dog toy and fresh baked dog treats for her. This is the cutest hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. I want to reroute my plans so I can stay here again!!

It’s was unique and within a short walk to Beale Street. The staff was super friendly.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. There is a gorgeous bar and a nice cafe on the ground floor, as well as water and glasses. They had a valet staff for car parking. It was my 40th birthday and they left a card in our room, and kindly facilitated gifts from family. Rooms have beautiful decor and are spacious. There is an elevator and luggage racks. The location was about 20 minutes' walk to Beale Street.

Breakfast was not included, and the cafe (while tasty) was overpriced and portions were small. Most of the places to sit did not have suitable tables to eat at - just little side tables. Parking was also not included in the price and was quite pricey per day. We charged our drinks to our room, and learned that the staff had added an unauthorized gratuity.

The entire country property was a vibe! So cute, cozy, and peaceful. We had like a loft and it was so spacious and cozy! Bed was super comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was to my satisfaction.

Location was awesome. Rooms were nice and I loved the decor.

Lights at bar flicker. It’s petty, I know. But you asked.

We had to book last minute. We were really happy with the room and coffee shop. We just wish there were more options for food as we arrived late and hungry.

Great vibe, excellent location, good cafe and bar.

No (free) water or tea/coffee provided in the room, which was a bit disappointing given the price.

It is a change of pace from an ordinary chain. Room is small but cleverly efficient. Be prepared for some "rustic" attributes but bed was comfy, lounge was cozy and staff were hospitable. Overall the room was as pleasant as it was different. Nice bed.

Well, parking. You are unlikely to find a spot close enough so that you can carry your baggage and items. Be prepared to shell out $37 for valet overnight parking. I am not sure I would feel comfortable leaving my car in the street overnight. An unexpected expense.
Entering the room can leave a doubt. The rooms are small but don't feel cramped due to huge ceiling. Exterior walls are semi-demo'd block but covered by huge curtains that do a good job of hiding exterior light. Once I was accustomed to the space I enjoyed it.
Service can be a little sluggish if it is busy . The bar tender accidentally threw out my drink order for room service so I had to go re-order. It is a nice and warm feeling lounge and serves good pastries. I would call it inviting and welcoming.

This hotel is well located near Beale Street and the River. The conversion of the hotel from its prior use to a hotel was done tastefully and with great creativity. The bartenter knew how to make a great Aperol Spritz.

There could have been more seating in the cafe as it was full during breakfast. Also, at our first approach to the hotel by car, it was not clear where and how to park for the valet service.

Our stay at Arrive Memphis was great. From the gracious desk clerk to the valet who handled our car and then to the bartender who gave us some good tips on restaurants and places to be sure and see, we found the staff delightful. Our rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and we enjoyed the choices at the breakfast bar and Happy Hour. We can recommend this hotel to you.

Great location - walk to Beale street and the civil Rights Museum. Cool lobby. Great Sunday happy hour with yummy pizza at 1/2 price and $7 glass of Cabaret.

It was very bright at night from the was the room was configured - the light from the bathroom and the frig kept me up. We could not purchase a dessert at the front desk at 5:15pm because the cafe was closed.

Loved the location. Easy to access all the area attractions and River walk. I was attended to quickly by the valet and offered help with my bags. Greeted warmly upon entering the building. Check-in was easy. Loved the decor and vibe of the bar and bakery. My room was amazing. Loved the decor, the bedding and the shower. The Salt and Stone bath products were a plus.

The space was clean and beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The area felt very safe, and there were a couple bars nearby in walking distance. The coffee and pastry I had in the lobby was very enjoyable.

There was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, but the staff was accomodating in getting me an ice bucket. The shower was out of soap. Innocent enough, but that was an opportunity for improvement. The door to the room doesn't shut automatically, which was a little unusual, so I had to make sure to shut the door behind me.

This property inside is stunning! It had the most amazing gorgeous rustic/ modern room.
The staff was amazing. Close to everything we wanted to do. Just blocks away from the most amazing bars and restaurants. The coffee bar inside the lobby is so good

The hotel is super cute, clean and in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was super friendly. Overall, it's a great place.

Would have been nice to have coffee in the room. Had to buy coffee from the shop downstairs and it was a small cup for like 6 bucks. For the price of the room, coffee should be included. It was nice there was a gym but there's only 2 machines, a treadmill and a peleton.

A great location about 100 metres from the Iconic Lorraine Motel.

Staff were fantastic. This renovated warehouse is simply fantastic!

There was some work going on downstairs during our stay, the staff were great assisting us.

Quite frankly, I really enjoyed my time there!

Unless I missed the locations, vending machines. Granted the room does have the mini snack bar, which came in handy, the prices are just a tad high.
