Very good
Location was good not real far to walk.
They had technical issues with cards getting in room and elevator. Get to room after being out to find remote was dead to TV. Something that should be check if room was ready. Not a huge deal.

Comfortable
If you’re going to a game, this is the place to stay. Comfortable and affordable. Clean and staff were very nice. Bathrooms are excellent!

The beds did not have any fitted sheets, and the mattresses were dirty. had to pad the bed down with lots of flat sheets.

I liked the area and it was quiet.
I didn't like I had to pay $80 in parking. That was not cool with me. Other than that, it would've been a perfect score coming from me.

Enjoyable with caveat.
We enjoyed our stay...1 night. They only thing I can point out is the lack of help unloading our baggage. No luggage carts. Waited about 45 minutes for one, with constant assurance from the staff they would bring me one as soon as possible. Never happened. I located one myself and my wife and I Unloaded our luggage and took it to our room . The thing that impressed me most was the friendliness of the staff even when they weren't (or couldn't) help.

Had to pay for parking. I paid 265 bucks for a room and had to pay for parking. Bush leagues, NERF BALL!

Weekend stay
Clean, comfortable room. Received a complimentary breakfast voucher and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
No dinner dining available. Only one working elevator. Loud tenants arguing in the hallway and slamming doors late at night. Interrupted several times by maintenance and housekeeping even though they were not called.

Comfortable beds, big bathroom, clean hotel!
The location was perfect! Within walking distance to Beale Street, museums, downtown and the FedEx Forum.
There was only one working elevator! Some of the staff was not too friendly.
