pool had a skim of something floating on top, didnt even get in balcony was not cleaned, it had sticky stuff spilled all over and cigarette butts everywhere otherwise, it was a nice room

Love how helpful and friendly the staff was ♥️, how clearly information was provided on check in & out, as well as information on breakfast and other policies and instructions we may need at our stay. And I love how fast the check in and out process was!

Garage entrance and exit area is small and tight, front entrance isn’t as obvious as it should be.

Had issue returning to hotel after eight, they lock doors with key access but two of the doors access would not work. Also parking is next door with zero security.

Love the location from downtown attractions. Staying there feels comfortable and safe with the locked door security.

There isn't anything to not like. I have no complaints.

The location was excellent for traveling home from Louisiana. Wanted to experience Beale St. The House of Blues Cafe was so convenient.

We were not impressed with the breakfast; but found enough to get us on our way. Would have liked a restaurant on sight but it was a pleasant restful night after driving 7 hours.

Location was perfect. We were able to check in early. Staff was extremely pleasant and provided excellent dining recommendations.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, especially a lady at breakfast time, but I didn't get her name. The room was nice and cosy and the bed very comfy. They provided ear plugs, but because I was on the 6th floor I didn't need them as I couldn't hear the music from the street up there. It is right next to Beale Street and the Fed Ex forum, so great location.

The pool didn't have changing rooms with showers and lockers. The pool is also very small, so not a lot of room to swim. It would be good if bacon was an option at breakfast.

Bed was comfy, the room was clean. Breakfast was basic but it was still good. Lovely lady running the kitchen, dining area, so friendly. Location was great for Beale Street.

The location is near Beale St and all the restaurants we wanted to eat at. Walking was easy.

Wish there was a hot tub. Breakfast area was really crowded, a larger space may be needed.

Spacious room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff and helpful. Located right downtown in the entertainment district. A quick walk to Beale Street - one block away.

It doesn't bother me but be prepared for the likelihood of noise in the hotel as it is in the entertainment district and be mindful of any Memphis Grizzlies home games.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Beale St. and the civil rights museum. Parking was adjacent to the hotel and very easy.

A hot tub would have been nice

Great location close to Beale Street, did not feel unsafe. Definitely go the BB King blues club! It was great! And Elvis’s Graceland was only 15-20 drive away. Fantastic day so much to see and experience. Room was large and spacious with good size bathroom and storage to unpack. Great breakfast with lots of choices everyday.

The location was perfect for Beale and Grizzlies games! The rooms were clean and spacious.
