Excellent amenities and experience. Loved the extra large jetted tub. Comfortable and well decorated

A lot to do and great restraints to eat at if you don’t want to leave.

Pat attention to when you can check in… and keep in mind you have to pay to park there for the hotel stay. Plus the incceditial fee. Granted you can get the $ back… but it is an up front cost that needs to be mentioned!

It was so cool! From the moment we pulled in the valet was extremely nice, the luggage cart worker so nice, front desk lady so friendly, and then kept getting better and better. The bartender in the den was great, the morning waitress at walhbergers was outstanding, every worker through out the hotel and bass pro was above and beyond!

Loved the room! We stayed in a standard room with 2 beds and it was amazing and more like a suite you would have in any other hotel. It was very clean, expensive but well worth every penny! The beds were comfy and the bathroom had fantastic shower and jetted tub. My kids loved everything!

The only thing I can say about the room I was not happy about was the bathroom didn’t have enough light over the sink for putting on makeup or enough light in the toilet area.

Being able to shop at the store then heading to your room after.

Everything was amazing aside from the front counter lady lying saying Valet was complimentary when I was charged for it even though I didn't use it. The only other thing was I was surprised the stay didn't include breakfast, but that was my mistake for assuming.

Being lied to about the valet charge. Didn't use valet and was charged for it but told at check-in that it was included as complimentary whether we use it or not.

King Room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Great place to relax and recharge. Fireplace, leather chair with ottoman, soaking tub and bathrobes provided great ambiance. Was like staying in a cabin with all modern amenities and some extra special touches. Loved the stained glass bar window, framed photos from history archives and wood accents!

Took us a bit to locate the fireplace switch.

Our big room and balcony! Calamari upstairs was the best!

A store with supplies such as shampoo… just things you might have forgotten and need would be nice.

It says the rooms are sound proof. But not. At 2:00AM. the neighbors in 324 had their tvs volume as loud as it would go seems like. Kids were noisy. Sounded like they were building a house. I lost a couple hours sleep before they finally quieted down. I was actually fixing to call the front desk bout the time they did. It was that bad. I had a 6.5 hour drive home the next day so I really needed that sleep.

Clean, smelled great and overall super nice. I love that you could shop, eat, bowl, and see the skyline all in one place. Kids loved the scavenger hunt and it entertained them for a while. It felt super safe, as well. They had bingo which was super cool too. The rooms were quiet, no car noise or anything. Just loved everything about it. We play volleyball in Memphis every year so we will be back.

Very unique! I loved the attention to detail with the theme. The Den for guests was the best part.

The lights in the store never dimmed- I felt they could have at least turned off the neon lights.

This hotel is a real treat. From the moment you walk in the doors the smell is 😍😍 lots to do here also. Kids loved the bowling. Beds were ridiculously comfortable. And the bathtub was amazing! We had the hot tub style bath. Loved it here.

Didn't have breakfast. The burger place by the bowling alley was not good. The server was not good. Food items we ordered didn't get provided, we had to ask where's the appetizer we ordered after our main food arrived. Quality of food not good and over priced. Ran out of every mixed drink we wanted so settled for water which was a big disappointment.

Quality of food. No help with luggage to room. No signage indicating where to check in at outside. Valet very laxadaisical. Need to stay open later on Sunday since we can't check in until 4pm.

The lodge & room was beautiful! It was fun to spend the night inside of a Bass Pro store.

The cost! I felt it could have been a little cheaper. Everything from the room to the food to the alcohol was pretty expensive. That's why we only stayed for one night.

Very clean and the staff, extremely friendly, the amenities are a plus, so much to do and see. Kid friendly, pet friendly etc.. Breakfast buffet option was very nice.

The second elevator was out of commission. Making wait times long especially since there isn’t an “exclusive” guest like when making your way back down the observation deck.

The property was really tidy and well looked after, the rooms were very tidy and the organisation and cleanliness were top tier. The quality of products in and around the room were also a very nice touch.

The food service provided at the “lookout” restaurant was very poor, the waiters people skills, time management & service skills were poor to say the least. We were given our main entree’s prior to being served our appetisers, and the waiters speaking / communication skills were very poor. Additionally the gentleman whom checked us in “Trez” had poor communication skills as he was very quiet and misinformed us of our check in time which resulted in a delay during Checkin for ourselves.

The property was convenient having things to do located on property. We really did not have to venture off the property to find things to do.

The food was quite expensive for the type of foods we had at both Wahlburger Wild and The Lookout restaurant. The food was just okay.

How much walking is involved.

Just a little disappointed in the Wahlberg restaurant. The web site still gives you indication that the fish bowl is still a restaurant there. Was looking for more selection other then wings and hamburgers. Should have left and went to the lookout up top and tried to get in

The parking was bad as they had plenty parking in front lot but you could not park there.

We loved everything there is to do on the property. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Fun place to stay as there is the shop, the observatory, bowling and food options. The rooms are beautiful and well stocked.

The property was lovely! I adored the location and the staff showed kindness and friendliness. In general, everything was superb.

I was unhappy about the lack of cleanliness in the floor and the jacuzzi tub. I took care of cleaning the tub on my own, and I suggest replacing the complimentary pepper popcorn with a fresh batch since it wasn't fresh. Despite these issues, I would be willing to return and suggest this place to my family and friends.

Not the hotels fault but the room next to us was occupied by someone's kids who were exceptionally loud and it went on for hours. Sounded as if they were wrestling and jumping on furniture. I did not like that breakfast was a separate expense.
