I like the location it is very peaceful and quite place. View from my window is very relaxing specially early in the morning, the sunrise view with some hot air baloons is perfect!

Convenient stylish hotel
The convenience was excellent. The room was big enough for a quick overnight stay. Excellent tea and coffee
The lighting was a bit weird - not really any option to have a dimmer bedside light at night time. Paid parking was expensive and we seem to have been overcharged for it.

It was very clean and comfortable. Good air flow so it wasn’t stuffy. Close to small food court. Easy to get parking.

Other then the room smell it was great
Staff were friendly, check in was easy
Our room 313 smelt like sewage think it was coming up from the pipes in bathroom. Every time we opened the room door it smelt bad.

The bed was comfortable
I didn’t realise I had to pay for parking.
There were maintenance works in the car park and I found it very difficult to exit the car park.

Children's Hospital right there and very comfortable
beds are comfortable, the decor is interesting and fun. if you have sick kids in children's hospital it is so very convenient

Would stay there again
The decor of the hotel was nice, appreciated the Nespresso in the room, food was nice, staff were nice and would consider staying there again. The offerings in the minibar were not too enticing and did't purchase anything.
Better offerings in the minibar. I felt there was no "wow" about the menu, while it all looked good, one could easily take it of leave it.

Calming and comfortable
The location is exceptional for access to the Royal children’s hospital. It is clean comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The on site parking is also a fantastic bonus and comfort.
It is a little more than I would normally pay but for the convenience , comfort and peace of mind it is certainly worth it.
