Always a pleasure to stay here as it is so welcoming
It is a lovely, quirky little hotel with great staff and a terrific location. Rooms are a good size and very comfy. Lots of snacks and wine to choose from an honesty bar and free lollies to top it off.

A real surprise, a hidden gem, great location fabulous staff
Had to be the best location to stay , the room was clean tidy good size, the shower was a great size staff so friendly and helpful,Lots of restaurants near by right on the edge of Melbourne chinatown.

The basins in the bathroom were so tiny it was hard to brush teeth and wash hands, but no biggie

They are wonderful services apartments, if you‘re after a hotel experience with gym etc look elsewhere. This however is a wonderful option.

Great location, perfect for our family.
Love the free coffee and hot chocolate for the kids!!
Staff were lovely!! They even had two ping pong paddles and balls in the room to keep my boys entertained.

Amazing Staff and Location
Loved the rooms, atmosphere, space, location and the 1%ers ie the happy hour, lollies in the foyer.
The only thing that would be better, but can't be improved, is windows in the rooms. I do love a window and missed natural light.

Overall great location and felt fun with all the colours.
Clean. Colourful. Good artwork. Great location. Nice staff at entry.
Studio room bathroom sink was way too small. Couch was a nice blue colour and good size but very uncomfortable. Couldn’t lie in bed to watch tv as opposite wall.

It was a fantastic stay and location, would stay there again.
We stayed at Laneways by Ovolo for the Tottenham and Newcastle game it was a lovely stay and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Toward me and my boys.
Wish the bathroom had a lock on it and a working fan in the bathroom but besides that it was lovely.

We would gladly stay here again. Such comfortable beds, roomy spaces and facilities were great. Free lolly station and water bottles were a nice addition, also happy hour!

Quirky hotel in Great location. Happy hour & sweet treats. Very good cafe opposite for breakfast & coffee.
Bathroom a bit small. Walls not very soundproof & as some guests return from night life in early hours this was an issue.

Great little hotel that is well appointed and close to everything in Melbourne city.
There is so much to like about this hotel. It's location is brilliant for going to the theatre and the restaurants and bars that are close by are top notch. The staff are super friendly and very helpful with hints for getting around the area and anything you need in the room. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and everything you need is there. Its quiet and easy to get to in a side street. Excellent value for money.
The only criticism I have is for the bathroom. The sink is way too small and there really isn't anywhere to put your toiletry bag and worse if there's two of you. Everything else is fine and this wouldn't stop me rebooking given all the other positives.
