Hotel Park Hyatt, Melbourne

The warm welcome from front drive at arrival to front drive at departure. For our special occasion the hotel management made unexpected, thoughtful arrangements.

At level 17 the building is secured with air con being the climate. Could be claustrophobic for some, but air con is entirely manageable.

I loved the large bath in our room, and the bath salts provided. The room was clean. The pool is lovely with natural light and perfect temperature.

The beds were a bit too soft, and I had to leave the pool area as there were too many screaming kids in there 😞The cafe’s menu was quite limited.

A beautiful building with excellent facilities and spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful which added to the already good feeling of being cosseted. The swimming pool and associated facilities were excellent. A wonderful place for a weekend escape yet easy walking to the CBD and good tram links.

It was all fantastic, I was just a bit surprised by the hair gathered around the perimeter of the sauna floor.

Private tucked away in an incredible location . 20th Floor , views across the city .Cathedral and lushes Fitzroy gardens..Top End Collins Street and Theatre locations lots too see and do .

Valet Park should be included in night stay .. for the price of the rooms .

enjoyed the spa and pool

The pillows are virtually non-existent. They go flat as soon as your head touches them. Considering the towels and sheets are of a good quality, this was surprising and very disappointing. We ate in the restaurant the first night and it was very ordinary food.

It was beautiful. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Bed was soft, a little too soft but I still had an amazing sleep.

For a last minute stay on a busy GP weekend, check-in was easy, room had all essentials i needed, given i was only travelling with a backpack with a change of clothes

Better selection of pillows, was way to soft and spongy for my liking.

Staff made us feel very welcome and even the daily cleaners were nice to talk to briefly. Lots of great amenities available too! Greatly appreciated the fact that we were able to leave our bags with concierge before check in and after we had check out so that we could make the most of our time in the Melbourne CBD. Definitely worth the price and even though it’s a bit of a walk to get to the main shops etc, I’d still highly recommend. It was nice to not be in so much of the hustle bustle of people but still be a close enough walk to everything.

Lovely hotel, truly 5 stars, very quiet location even if you 5 minutes walk from the city center.Rooms are large and with all the commodities of a Park Hyatt.

Nothing. The only reason I don’t give 10 is because I believe that the Staff at the reception or door good be better, rarely a good morning or a smile.

Front Desk Staff, Mariah was very welcoming, Toby at Concierge was very attentive to parking our car.
Our room was large and beautifully laid out and beds were so comfortable.
Breakfast was a real treat, staff very attentive and huge range of breakfast options, Myrna was very engaging and made us not want to leave.

For some reason the concierge arranged a Silver Top taxi which was pretty average

I have given full marks for all items- so I was extremely pleased with my latest stay at the hotel. It was New Year ‘s celebration and ,as well as being extremely happy with my accomodation, the celebration prepared by the hotel was a very lovely experience. A very happy evening.
