The Crown Metropol Hotel, Melbourne

Love the Metropol. Location is perfect for a night at the casino. Super comfy bed. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Easy check out. Loved it.

First time staying at Crown and LOVED it!!

It’s has a good pool and spa place to relax in the upstairs area

We mainly stayed here all the time but my husband mainly book . We use to get slippers to wear and sometimes no teeth brush until we ask .

the Skye Bar was great. Loved the room size and view of the city. Service was friendly and helpful. Valet Park was amazing quick to drop off and to have car returned upon check out.

We stayed on a very hot weekend. The air conditioning in the room didn't cool the room effectively. The breakfast buffet had tables very close together. It was tricky to get up from and along the table to go and get food.

Location and beds were comfortable. Love Mr Hives breakfast buffet.

The glass doors to the shower and toilet were quite loud when closing…need some stoppers to be replaced on the toilet door in room 1662

Comfortable, clean and friendly accomodating. All staff were kind and warm and very welcoming. They went above and beyond when needed help with disabilities. Would definitely stay again.

Loves the space and the pool! And loved the fact that we could have interconnecting rooms.

I wrote that the rooms would need to be interconnecting when I booked otherwise I would need to cancel. When I first arrived they said that the rooms were next to each other but not interconnecting, I started to panic but then a new room was found. Everything else was amazing the only thing I could fault is that my son who is Celiac could not have anything from the menu for room service etc due to shared fryers. That's being picky, but most places now have some way in which they can accommodate dietary requirements. Would definitely go back

It’s a nice feeling hotel and good location being connected to the crown buildings via level 1, the pool is photo worthy

The security guard like lifeguards were a bit much felt like you were constantly being watched in a bad way House keeping tried to clean our room before we had checked out whilst we still had time before checkout was due Very dim lighting everywhere

We were not able to access the pool on the second night , and felt that the cost of parking was through the roof

We all loved how comfy the beds were. Nice spacious room & great amenities. Kids loved the pool & the special spa in the change rooms. Excellent location for families with so many food options along the river. Kingpin & holey moley are great additions to the Casino precinct for families to enjoy without having to leave the A/C

Lighting plan was a bit confusing, knowing what switch turned off what light.

Breakfast was awesome with so much to choose from. I loved the idea of ones own plunger coffee Bodum. Staff were very attentive and friendly. A lovely ambience about the restaurant.

I liked how we got good room service, and if there was a problem the staff was there straight away to fix it how you treated my daughter for her birthday was very excellent. Overall it was a great stay with my child.
