Staff, location and bed were absolutely outstanding💜

More privacy with the bathroom in the twin room would be good.

Bed was great, really comfy. Room was on a high floor with a view. Location was great.

Enormous queue at check-in, maybe 20 people/couples long. 9 check-in positions, but only 3 or 4 manned. Took about 20 minutes to get to check-in. (This was at around 3pm, which was scheduled check-in time).

The check in process was terrible! Needs to be a quicker, easier way of doing this. Over 45 min wait with two small children was not good.

Room was comfortable and clean quiet.

Great service . It was my birthday and we received drink vouchers and champagne and chocolate.

we needed a charger, we had to buy it. A good idea would be to have some on hand to lend out

Great facilities - big gym and great indoor pool overlooking the city. Bedroom was large, modern and clean. Staff were very helpful.

I discovered that you need to put in a special request to get robes in your bedroom. Worth asking for as they’re handy for the trip to and from the pool.

Beds were really comfortable and good room size

lifts very slow to get back down i think we waited near ten minutes

Buffet breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable.

There was a long queue at time of check-in as there was not many staff working there.

The facilities were excellent.

The fridge was undersized you didn't have enough room to put anything in. Not enough cutlery, Only one Cup in a two person room. Not enough tea or coffee restocked for our two night stay. This is all in comparison to similar accommodation that we have stayed in in other parts of Melbourne CBD. There was also take away rubbish left at the lift entrance on our floor for the entire duration of our stay.

Swimming pool opens at 9am. Not good enough for a 4 or 5 star hotel!

We were sternly told to get out of the pool as they were looking for something in pool. I have also noticed that with new owners, it is not as good. They have obviously cut things out that previously made crown amazing. There are no robes or anything, barely any toiletries . Very noticeable. Hope they address this as I believe it has gone down hill since new owners ( American ) . Very surprising

The room was great, lovely size, great view and nice and quiet.

I wish the queues at reception at check in could be managed better. Also I wanted to use the rooftop bar and it was permanently closed.
