The room is big.

The view overlook the parking lot at the bottom even though it is luxe high floor.

Crown is always nice to stay at. This building in particular was nice

The price was outrageous for such late check in time and early check out times. $539 for not even 24hours, the silicon seals in the shower has could grown into them.

The customer service was brilliant, I thought our stay was excellent, our room service with our food was amazing. Very understanding.

Our luggage took a little longer from when we arrived at the hotel till when our luggage arrived in the room. It took them 45mins for our luggage to arrive.

It was so quiet and relaxing place to stay. I was given a beautiful room with a great view. Location is perfect for strolling around Melb

The breakfast is very expensive for the quality. The coffee is terrible and it doesn’t feel as luxury as it used to.

Good location, and the hotel is okay in principle.

The 11th floor is reached by street noise, especially at night. I haven't used the pool as it was full of hair the last time I tried.

Didn’t have a microwave Lights too dim in toilet and bath No coffee machine/nespresso- but can still live! Crowded lifts- not all were working Wifi was too slow- grandkids couldn’t connect to play their games

The greeting from reception was perfect. The room was great, the location was perfect

We felt comfortable in the room, and loved the pool.

The view was wasn’t great. I took my children for a special weekend in the city, but we were overlooking something that that looked like a blown up pile of dirt with random pieces of plaster and glass. People were walking on the streets and looking into the windows of our hotel and others above and below.

The pool area for the kids, beds were comfy, and location to crown, restaurants, etc...

The room was a great size with comfy beds, the pool is very large with a hot plunge pool as well. the location was perfect for my work as well as surrounding activities for entertaining.

the soap dispensers could be checked more frequently as the one in my room shower was empty, then whilst in the shower up in the male spa section was empty as well. the buffet breakfast was too expensive at $47 dollars.

We stayed 4 nights. Room wasn’t done until 5pm one day and not at all on another. Did not like dirty dishes left in passage for hours and hours.

When I checked in and I added breakfast for 2 mornings I was disappointed that I was charged for my 2 daughters who had just turned 12 in march, online it had stated 2-12 were classified as a child not Adults. So that was disappointing

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and dark making it easy to enjoy a sleep in.

Unfortunutly There was alot of noise comming from the hallway and from the water pipes. The shower pressure was not the best. The in room dinning would be better with more variety or all day breakfast option. The room only accomidates one chair to enjoy in room dinning. The bed needs more than two pillows on the bed.

For someone who has a bad back, the comfyness of the bed is very important, and the beds here are so comfortable! The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, probably the best I have had in a hotel. The staff were also amazing. Unfortunately I had a fall on way back to the room and one staff member on my floor came immediately and was very kind and caring and made sure I was okay and that I had everything I needed.

Only a couple of things were disappointing when it came to the room. On arrival, we went to make a hot drink and the tea had not been restocked from the previous guests. Plenty and coffee and sugar but no regular tea. Also in the shower, the body wash was extremely low when we arrived and on our last day, it was completely empty when we went to shower.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crown, we have been there a few times.

Came for work purposes and was very convenient. The location was very good for the place we needed to get to the next day.

Love the pool area on 27th floor and the buffet breakfast.

That there is little security at the lift area, which is directly adjacent to the Casino. An intoxicated man entered our lift on level 1 and tried to get off at the same floor as my daughter and I. It made us feel unsafe being two females with nobody else around.
