could hear street noise and kids /TV in next room ... did have a connecting door which didn't help noise transfer..

Tv played up a few times waited so long for room service 90+ minutes
Waited nearly 15 minutes for lift to go downwhich was annoying

Liked the swimming pool and spacious rooms.

The red and white gummy lollies at the bar were old, stale, difficult to eat, and overpriced. When I mentioned it to reception, I felt that my concern wasn’t taken very seriously.

The guy at reception also wasn’t very friendly. When I asked for a late check-out, we were only given an extra 30 minutes.

Crown is always nice to stay at. This building in particular was nice

The price was outrageous for such late check in time and early check out times. $539 for not even 24hours, the silicon seals in the shower has could grown into them.

It was so quiet and relaxing place to stay. I was given a beautiful room with a great view. Location is perfect for strolling around Melb

The breakfast is very expensive for the quality. The coffee is terrible and it doesn’t feel as luxury as it used to.

Good location, and the hotel is okay in principle.

The 11th floor is reached by street noise, especially at night.
I haven't used the pool as it was full of hair the last time I tried.

Our room smelt like an ashtray upon arrival and throughout our stay!

We felt comfortable in the room, and loved the pool.

The view was wasn’t great. I took my children for a special weekend in the city, but we were overlooking something that that looked like a blown up pile of dirt with random pieces of plaster and glass. People were walking on the streets and looking into the windows of our hotel and others above and below.

The pool area for the kids, beds were comfy, and location to crown, restaurants, etc...

We stayed 4 nights. Room wasn’t done until 5pm one day and not at all on another. Did not like dirty dishes left in passage for hours and hours.

Excellent location, clean rooms and helpful staff.

It was clean spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

Believe it or not, maps couldn’t find it and I got lost walking there several times.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and dark making it easy to enjoy a sleep in.

Unfortunutly There was alot of noise comming from the hallway and from the water pipes.
The shower pressure was not the best.
The in room dinning would be better with more variety or all day breakfast option. The room only accomidates one chair to enjoy in room dinning.
The bed needs more than two pillows on the bed.

For someone who has a bad back, the comfyness of the bed is very important, and the beds here are so comfortable! The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, probably the best I have had in a hotel. The staff were also amazing. Unfortunately I had a fall on way back to the room and one staff member on my floor came immediately and was very kind and caring and made sure I was okay and that I had everything I needed.

Only a couple of things were disappointing when it came to the room. On arrival, we went to make a hot drink and the tea had not been restocked from the previous guests. Plenty and coffee and sugar but no regular tea. Also in the shower, the body wash was extremely low when we arrived and on our last day, it was completely empty when we went to shower.
