Excellent location. Rooms were clean and comfy. Easy parking downstairs.

We booked the 2 br apartment which had 2 bathrooms, which was great! The apartment was very spacious and the location was great with many cafes, restaurants and a supermarket close by. Great to also have undercover parking.

The 2nd bathroom was a shower in a bathtub - some might like that but not a fan of climbing in & out of one. Parking spots were also tight.

The staff are the best staff I've ever encountered on my holiday. The bed and pillows are perfect. Location is fabulous. Rooms are so quiet.

The location was amazing! In the heart of Fitzroy!! Beautiful place and will definitely be staying back!

Bathroom was slightly old but I don’t even count that as something we didn’t like. I’m really searching for a fault as there wasn’t much we were unhappy about.

Clean easy check in close to my venue for the night and close to a lot of food places lots of tea and coffee really warm unfortunately I left my charger in my room sincerely Jake

Great location that is walking distance to Brunswick St with lots of great restaurants and bars. Tram number 11 runs from Collins St and theres a stop at Johnston St which is perfect. Apartment clean and facilities excellent.

A comfortable and spacious apartment. It was serviced every day by way of change of towels, and change of bedding every third night. No vacuuming or dusting or thorough clean of bathroom though unless specifically asked for. The apartments could do with some improvement particularly with regards to the shower head which is not hand held, and the pressure is not excellent. Also, a pod coffee machine would have been welcomed rather than the jug and instant coffee thing of the past! Staff were obliging and helpful. The room itself is nice, quiet and with plenty of light. The top loading washing machine and dryer were an added benefit for our week long stay. In all, a pleasant stay in a good location with trams and buses at your doorstep. I can recommend this place.

The two bedroom apartment, I couldn't fault. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in while travelling.

The one bedroom apartment that my colleague stayed in had a strange odour about it.

The apartments are set in such a convenient location close to all amenities. Having the secure carpark is also a huge tick for me.

Perfect location if you’re wanting to explore all of Fitzroy/Collingwood’s live music venues, bars and eateries. The room was beautifully clean, spacious and had an awesome balcony to watch the sunset. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There’s a mini Coles next door if you need any goods. Couldn’t fault it! Looking forward to staying again!

The size and location of the apartment is fantastic. This was our second stay at Tyrian and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be back

It is a little bit noisy, but that is all part of being in such a central location
