Great Vibe, Great Location, Great Staff

Great location in central Melbourne, easy distance for exploring.
The room was nice and quiet and the bed was big and comfortable.
Good selection of TV/Films although I didn't get the chance to watch them!

The room was generally well equipped but it would have been nice to have slippers provided.

Location of property was magnificent and the room was amazing. The bath was so so good 😊

Added an extra night but when I went to the front desk it was more expensive to do with them than online which was frustrating, then after booking online the reservation took a while to come through to the hotel meaning I needed to go back to reception again to link the booking..it was fine, just inconvenient

The location and a fortunate upgrade to an executive apartment. The bath was a highlight as were the rooftop negronis.

Room on the lower floor (level 2) was a bit dark due to the adjacent buildings. As a result you always needed the lights on. If you want natural light, make sure to book a room on the higher floors.

This quirky hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were awesome (Gilbert) ensuring we had the best stay possible. We ate out at various restaurants - all good.

The tea bags! English tea bags were weird!

Visually beautiful with lots of practical, quirky installments and well situated. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful.

The location, the vibe, the cleaning service.. were amazing! The checkin was easy and super friendly. Wifi works like a charm. The bedding/towels/soaps are of great quality.

The nespresso with capa refilling were a big nice surprise. Who doesnt love a good coffee in the room?

Great location. Nice staff. Well decorated. Nice spacious rooms and hallways. Felt premium in most ways. Great rooftop bar.

The bed wasn't premium relative to many other hotel stays these days. Definitely on the softer side. Some of the finishings in the room are getting a little worn. Not a big deal but reduces the vibe a little.

Great location, quirky staff, nice to be in a room that's a little different from the norm.

Twice I went up to the end of the room and the keys need to be re-cut. System is obviously not very good.

I love Everything - from the exceptional staff, the exceptional of Rooms, the exceptional rooftop garden, the exceptional minibar, the exceptional amenities, the exceptional carpet in the hallways even! This is my favourite hotel ever! Every time I get to stay here I come away feeling so energised, treated, fancy and if it’s a special occasion they always find a way to celebrate it whether it’s a little extra room amenity or a voucher at the bar or even both.

Room was comfortable and clean. Property was in a great location with great bars and restaurants just out the door. Staff was great.

Room was modern and bed very comfortable. Bathroom layout with its ability to open right out was impressive. Brilliant central location.

Some furniture had signs of wear. Not enough towel racks.

Location is good and central. Really just a 7 mins walk to major shopping centre and CBD.

The hotel and its location were excellent. However, it was the people and the outstanding service that truly made the experience memorable and would bring us back again. We were treated exceptionally well, and the team went above and beyond to take care of us while celebrating my fiancée’s birthday.

I loved the location, access to meals, drinks, rooftop bar - lovely ambience. The room was a little worn but very clean. Staff were lovely, bed very comfortable.
