Mo is amazing every time we stay he makes the hotel. The location is amazing along with the cleanliness of the hotel all score top marks.

Breakfast was disappointing on first day. No orange juice We then proceeded to have a breakfast to find no hash browns while waiting for them breakfast was cold.

Clean and modern. Great location. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Nice food in the bar.

Curtains in the room had rips. Would expect them to be well kept in 5* hotel as clearly visible. Small thing and didn’t impact stay at all.

Location is good for shops.

The first room key given did not open the door and had to be updated to work.

Had to cut our stay short due to the little one becoming unwell, but the hotel was absolutely superb. The bed was lovely and cosy. Great location to all the shops.

We were met by the very friendly staff of the hotel. Who made us feel really welcome. The rooms were amazing ( as always) and the location is fabulous. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were made to feel special.

Spacious room, close to lift. Breakfast had fabulous choice and speedy service. Walking distance to restaurants and the offices I was working at.

whole experience was excellent, great room and clean throughout, staff very friendly and helpful and food very good.

Bathroom toiletries were somewhat light and underwhelming. Lacked a bit of luxury, didn’t feel as special as it ought to. Staff superb and breakfast was great.

Room immaculate and very spacious with enough room for pull out bed for child. Excellent facilities with parking on other side of street so not far to walk. Excellent choice for breakfast and reasonably priced minibar also.

Shower in room 409 very weak

One of the best night sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel. Incredibly comfortable, amazing service - couldn’t recommend enough!

Gym was a bit messy

Suite we had was huge and immacculately clean and comfortable with great facilities. Manchester is not exactly a ‘pretty’ city from any angle but the room had huge windows with loads of light

The TV in the bedroom was not working and even when i told reception they could not get it fixed

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional and had everything needed, the bed was comfortable providing a great night sleep. Only shame was we stayed just the one night, would love to return in the future

Room and hotel immaculately clean. Room superb. Staff very attentive, polite and courteous. Especially Joseph on reception. Breakfast was English buffet with other options, more importantly was delicious.

service from the reception was great and the room was beautifully presented.

the pillows were a little too soft for us personal preference but the bed and cover were very comfortable. shower didn't have enough water pressure.

Everything from the minute we walked through the doors. We were extremely early but offered to store our case. Friendly efficient courteous staff.returned to find out case had been taken up to our room. The room was enormous spotlessly clean and comfortable. Found that the treats on offer were a tad expensive so decided to leave them where they were! However an overall pleasant overnight stay. Thank you

the beds were a bit soft for our liking.

It was massive, the room was lovely and comfortable and clean! The detail going into it all was so good as well never seen such effort being put in by a hotel.

this is hard but the only thing I would probably say is the room I booked only had a shower not a bath so definitely be getting a room with a bath next time!

Room was outstanding. We just had a standard but it was a really good size, very comfortable super king size bed, and bathroom was a great size, light, and airy.

Nothing really to dislike, but we did have lunch in the bar / restaurant and it was pretty average. My partner had the Caesar salad and I had the Cobb salad. Just ok!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, when they learned it was mine and my partners anniversary they upgraded our room free of charge. The room itself was incredible, comfortable, clean and with a huge bed. I wish we had stayed for longer to really make the most of the hotel.

Greeted by member of staff (unfortunately do not know his name) who was excellent and helped with luggage taken to our room and advised on getting around the city. A very kind man and helped make the booking in stress free.
