Always love it here, gorgeous hotel!

The only thing it’s missing is a full spa area (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi)

Great location. Excellent and Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. Quiet and peaceful, no outside noise, which is great for a city centre hotel.

Expensive parking. £32 a night!. Already paying a premium to stay at the hotel, so to charge that much for parking is taking a liberty. Bed was too soft for our liking, we prefer firm mattresses. Also the shower was very disappointing, big shower head, and a trickle of water. I was looking forward to a powerful shower.

The staff were excellent and especially the young concierge man. I was walking up to the hotel, in the pouring rain, carrying a large number of bags (Christmas shopping) and he came outside getting himself wet and took all the bags of me and brought them to my room . What exceptional service. The front of house staff accommodated me to have earlier check-in and the manager was so helpful. I cannot fault this hotel

Comfy bed, nice shower etc. even changed coffee machine when told the coffee provided for first machine was terrible. Great location - 6 minute walk to city centre. Plenty of bottled water available in room. Bar was nice as were staff. Restaurant was good except that on a Sunday evening, last order is at 20:30 which we found odd for a 5 star city centre hotel.

The Bed was huge and super comfy. Room was really big and relaxing. Nice quiet location and not far from shops and bars. Staff were super nice, offered to carry bags to room but we only had one bag. Parking very safe too.

The Staff and the rooms not forgetting the great breakfast. Geena the customer experience ambassador went out of her way to be helpful.Her idea of the Christmas tree hanging photos of clients photo picture memories was a fun idea .

We love the hotel - having been a couple of times before but felt that this time the hotel is flourishing and the staff were exceptional on this visit- the concierge ; reception staff ; bar and restaurant staff and housekeeping . The room was lovely too .

I loved the luxury of it all, the staff from start to finish made me feel special and they were so helpful and polite I loved every moment.

The room had a smell like maybe someone might have smoked in it before but other than that it was perfect

The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly which is the most important part to us. Everything else was excellent from the meal in the bar to the cleanliness of our room. The bed was huge and so comfy, we had a great sleep😊

It’s just a lovely place. As always Claire was amazing. It’s almost worth staying just to see her. The restaurant is great too, I really look forwards to a warm nata for breakfast.

It is the Lowry staff are excellent and room quality very good although some carpet upgrading would be beneficial

The area close to the hotel is experiencing redevelopment

The bed was by far the comfiest bed we have ever slept in!! The staff at Lowry are very professional, welcoming and friendly.

We were a bit confused about the wellness area as we assumed it was have the traditional hotel spa facilities(eg. Sauna, hot tub) but it doesn’t.

On a cold day, the heating in the room took a long time to increase.

Room was fantastic. car parking available was easy access, beds were incredibly comfy, staff were attentive but not intrusive, room was spotless, breakfast was incredible. We will be back

Location, although it would have been appreciated if we were informed in advance that the bridge was inaccessible.

Size of the rooms, advanced tech in the room. Lovely clean reception and lifts, social areas. Restaurant, breakfast all exceptional, staff lovely and helpful Dwayne and all in the food areas absolutely great, really polite and friendly especially as wife’s birthday and little boy loved everything.

Road network to the parking and hotel very busy as roadworks around, so a nightmare to travel 2 miles across Manchester in 45 mins!! Surfaces in room paintings, and few hairs in bathroom which 6 year old found when playing with his plushies from SeaLife, otherwise everything else lovely and clean and lovely views from 6th floor room

Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable. The staff I met were really helpful and friendly.

There were no free biscuits to have with my cup of tea and there was only two "everyday" tea bags.
