The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I have had in hotels over the years. The scrambled eeggs were moist buttery,good quality sausages and bacon. Staff were attentive and service was prompt.

Gorgeous hotel, we was greeted by such friendly staff the minute we walked in we arrived a few hours earlier than our check in time to leave our cases whilst we waited but she was so helpful that our room was actually ready when we arrived so she sorted us to our rooms as soon as we got there, nothing seems to much trouble for them they will help with anything you need, our room was spot on, lovely view from our window, toiletries including shower caps and hair ties, robes and slippers, safety deposit box which actually works, silk hangers for delicate clothing, mini bar fully stocked with wine, cider, larger, spirits and soft drinks as well as sparkling and still waters and a snack counter fully stocked with crisps, trail mix, sweets. Nuts, honey, popcorn and chocolate, the tea and coffee that was provided too the tea was so nice, we ordered room service for our evening meal and the lady who brought the food to our room was so polite and helpful, the food was fresh and hot and tasted incredible, same vibe at checking out friendly kind and warm hospitality. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had no dislikes about this hotel we would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and we will definitely be making this our new Manchester hotel choice.

Everything . The concierge, Mo, was very welcoming, professional and friendly, as were the upstairs bar staff. Nothing was too much trouble, including ,providing something off the menu. Highly recommend!!

From check-in to checkout, everything about The Lowry Hotel was incredible. The moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are massive and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight. Quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and served in a relaxed setting with great service. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left.

Great location and very large rooms. Mo and Luke the two porters couldn’t do enough for us plus they gave us lots of helpful information of the area.

Nothing really only a small thing water and tea bags were not replaced.

Loved everything about it! All of the staff were attentive, kind and friendly whilst remaining professional. The facilities were pristine but not clinical. The bar snacks were delicious and the breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. Just a great place to stay.

The hotel was clean and the room were huge.

The location isn't central but within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Buses available to catch , also trams. I liked everything about the hotel from our warm welcome by staff on arrival up to when we left the hotel to return home. Beautiful modern hotel, spacious bedroom overlooking the river , everything we needed in the room , tea making facilities, mini bar and more. We had one breakfast during our stay and two evening meals one of which was in the lounge bar and one meal in the restaurant. The food was excellent throughout our stay.

From a personal point of view the pillows were too soft , however staff did manage to sort me out with a firmer pillow which was good of them.

The size of the overnight carpark charge. It was in the small print, yes, but I missed it.

Beautiful room and a stunning hotel, husband was booked in for major surgery at Salford Royal, the reception staff could not do enough for us, bringing my car to the front of the hotel, putting our bags in the car, and pushing my husband in a wheelchair to the car. They made my morning stress free, such wonderful staff.

Everything was perfect, we will be back again when my husband has recovered.

I stayed at the Lowry a long time ago, and came back this last weekend. The hotel was as lovely as I remembered, with a spacious room, comfy bed and I particularly liked the sofa in the corner overlooking the canal. It was freezing out, so great to hole up in the spacious room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely return.
