Truly fantastic stay. The room was stunning, comfortable and felt like home. Everything was quality. Staff were friendly, extremely helpful and efficient. I could not fault anything about the hotel. We will definitely return.

The ease of parking, the beautiful interior the staff welcome the rooms where lovely and spacious it really did feel like a 5 star hotel with 5 star service !!!

Loved the location. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bar area. Also, the staff were very friendly, although we didn't eat there. The food did look good 👍

Would have loved a bigger outside area. Perhaps somewhere to sit within the Lowery grounds?

Amazing hotel, modern and clean facilities in a great location. Stayed for the Oasis concert and they facilitated us very well and even gave us some advice on attending the event.

Lovely Breakfast , well presented and very tasty

Room was very spacious large bathroom excellent shower. Coffee machine was very good lots of pods. Plus a kettle excellent.

Moor staff in bar had to wait a while.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, everything worked! Easy to park. Great location.

Breakfast could have been better - a few buffet items ran out and took a while to be replenished so you had to eat the elements separately. The Continental breakfast had flies on it so covers were needed. We provided this feedback at checkout and have no doubts it was taken seriously.

Absolutely fantastic location , just a few minutes walk away from the main centre. The breakfast was first class and all the staff were incredibly friendly.

Fantastic stay for one night. staff were very nice and helpful , Room was beautiful and bed was very nice. Breakfast was A1 and could not have wished for anymore . ( set us up for the days shopping )

Parking was a bit pricey but as only for one night could cope with that !!

End of journey reception, really nice concierge who was welcoming and parked our Bentley outside the hotel in a safe secure place. Simple and efficient check-in with pleasant staff.

At breakfast I asked for marmalade. Waitress said they had run out. leaving the restaurant I noticed In the bar area also set for breakfast there were multiple jars of marmalade. For 5 star the staff need to be on the ball at all times.

The walk-in shower. To turn on the water and adjust it for temperature you have to lean under the shower head, if it starts of cold it’s very uncomfortable, or even worse it could start of hot!

Access to hotel is a challenge purely driven by roadworks

Room was very nice, parking very expensive, location hindered by the roadworks all around. All the staff, doorman, reception, cleaners etc were very nice. Breakfast was disappointing with the cooked items kept heated until they became brittle, e.g. the bacon.

Hot breakfast offerings on the buffet table. All had been there too long so became hard (bacon), dry (black pudding), separated (scrambled egg) so, for the price charges, a little disappointed.

Very clean, the room was fabulous. The bed was like a climbing on a big soft giant squishy marshmallow. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and they even had black pudding !!!! Lovely staff. Lovely bar area
