My hotel view wasn’t the best but the comfort made up for it

Lovely large room - very quiet

Staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and polite. Hotel is of a great standard, and made for a comfortable stay. Pleasantly surprising to have a well stocked mini bar, when so many hotels are doing away with these.

Room was a bit too hot, and air con didn't seem to be able to get it below 22 degrees. Breakfast was mostly good, but the pastries were quite stale.

Constantly having to ask for items for room such as towels, water etc. Cleanliness in bar not good enough, tables dirty and poorly cleaned when requested. Should be automatic for 5 star hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great location. Parking at the hotel was also very convenient so we didn't mind the price. We only stayed one night, but we left wishing we had booked for longer. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I always love staying at the Lowry! The location is gesat, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are always so friendly and it smells lovely!

We were given a disabled access room which was great as it seemed larger than usual. Unfortunately there was a light low down on the wall near to bathroom that wouldn’t turn off, kept me awake.

The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the room, everything was just top quality...I will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend The Lowry Hotel.

Only staying for one night

We enjoyed our stay here due to the up-market feel and décor. Our room was very spacious with comfy chairs and a table. Very clean. Had a good dinner before catching a nearby tram to the theatre.

Amazing hotel from welcome to reception and afterwards really 5 star service. Offered discounted upgrade and was worth it.I would highly recommend lowry .We were Offered special help with parking due to our needs.Superb cleanliness and yum 😋 breakfast. Will definitely go again . Wanted to stay over an extra night but cost went very high due to foot ball match

Decent location, stunning hotel with extremely pleasant staff that you couldn’t find fault with, would stay again in future if we had another event on.

One of my only criticisms of the hotel was that the pillows were the worst id ever used in my life, completely flat with absolutely no neck support which for a hotel of its standard was very poor. Alongside perhaps the fire alarm flashing every 30 seconds or so, which is a bit distracting as you’re trying to sleep in the dark.

Friendly staff, excellent food and drink, excellent location, beautiful clean room with good facilities.

Coffee machine didn’t work, shower was a little blocked.

It was very clean and the staff were excellent. We ate in the bar one night and the food was good.

The pillows were very soft. We had breakfast which was good but the bacon was definitely over cooked both mornings.
