Great hotel and super staff. Bar is lovely!

Ok - floor to ceiling windows are spectacular but dont allow for night ventilation. If this is something important to you ask at reception or when booking and the fantastic staff will put a humidifier in the room.

Room had wow factor, super comfy bed, great bathroom, nice snacks although no free biscuits with the tea :(

Breakfast didn't start till 7am and I needed to leave at 7.10 so I didn't get any breakfast before leaving, even though i had paid. Unusual for work hotels to not start breakfast earlier.

Great stay on a Sunday night deal which was excellent value for money . Huge,comfortable room and just a few minutes walk into the city centre. Breakfast was terrific

A regular for over 15 years - rooms are fab and the location is excellent. Special shout out to a lovely lady Geena - who went beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When hotels employ people who truly know the meaning of hospitality rather than doing a perfunctory job - it puts the cherry on top. So thank you Lowry and thank you Geena !

Aircon was slightly off kilter - but that's it!

beautifully decorated, rooms feel very luxurious, have everything you could possibly need and more to make you feel pampered. the ReTreat spa was incredible, fantastic staff and excellent facilities, cant recommend the sensory deprivation tank enough! thank you for a restful stay. massive thanks to the housekeepers who keep this place looking immaculate every day.

Staff in The Lowry from reception (Ella and Isabel) to restaurant & bar Paul and Dwane to The Retreat wellness rooms were just exceptional. Food was great. Location ideal for exploring Manchester.

Location is perfect for my meetings. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are spacious, bed is really comfortable and lovely towels and robes.

Almost all of the staff were wonderful.

Staff not able to respond so well when busy. Sometimes a little chaotic and unattentive. Shout out to the bar staff and wonderful reception. First class.

We had a lovely stay, room was lovely and comfy. We had a nice lunch served by the very attentive Desmond. He made sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. We will absolutely come back.

Loved the comfortable room overlooking the river. The bar area was cosy and welcoming, again with great views. Coffee and other drinks were served with almonds or homemade biscuits - a nice touch. Excellent breakfast. Location was exactly where we wanted to be. The hotel restaurant was closed on a Monday but I can recommend the Ottoman just nearby.

As we bring our dog with us and you welcome them in, it’s a shame there’s no where we can have a drink or meal with them. So we don’t get to use any other part of the hotel! Expect on the terrace in the summer..

Breakfast was very expensive. As a business traveller, I was expecting a desk/workspace, but there was none.

room was very spacious & the bed huge & very comfortable. Bathroom large, bright & with a large shower (would have liked the choice of bath and/or shower) & great magnifying mirror. breakfast all you could ask for and some. Great central location, very easy walk to many places. Bar excellent (especially the very polite & attentive staff) - would like to have been here in warmer weather to take advantage of the outside terrace!

No chair near a mirror or small table to do hair & make up in good lighting.

We went for the 'Room Only' option as we wanted the flexibility of whether to have breakfast or not - it was the first time we have stayed here and I have no doubt in my mind that it won't be the last!

It is a beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean. The staff in the lobby and on the door were excellent very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable.

We thought it was near the Lowry theatre, we should have checked first though! There is no pool or sauna. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were not attentive to us and treated us differently to other guests.

The welcoming staff the location the cleanliness everything about our stay was fab even our dog loved it.
