My stay was amazing i enjoyed every moment except for the unfriendly white staff at the door.
The breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly as well.
There was this white guy at the door who acted unconcerned when i had to take my luggage to the car.

Solid hotel with clean and spacious bedrooms but pricey.
Rooms are great and cleanliness is very good. Nice breakfast and close to the centre.
We normally stay on a Sunday night. We stayed this time on a Saturday and feel the prices were a little high in comparison.
Breakfast was pricey.

Overall a very comfortable stay and a lovely hotel and staff
Friendly staff, great room exceptionally clean and large comfortable bed.
Temperature in bedroom always a bit too warm even with lowering the air conditioner it wouldn’t go below 20 which for us was too warm at night. If put fan up on air conditioner to try and cool more, it was too loud.

Comfortable - good location.
The suite was large and comfortable. Bed was great. Bathroom was clean with a large shower. But we were only provided with 1 towel despite booking being for 2. Had to call a few times to correct this.
Our booking. Was messed up. Booked for 2 and confirmation kept coming back for 1. They ended up charging me an additional fee for the second person’s breakfast. Not a huge amount just an annoying thing we hadn’t expected.

A cut above the rest
Beautiful hotel. Staff go above and beyond m, super friendly and always helpful - and it’s the little details. They’re great with kids too. Rooms are so clean and modern, comfy beds and wry comfy pillows. Always sleep so well. Rooms blackout really well. Food and room service is brilliant. I’m really really picky with hotels and always find something I don’t like, but I actually love staying at The Lowry. My favourite by far!
Parking is expensive at £32 per night, and I Wish it had a swimming pool, but that’s literally all! :)

Very pleasant stay. Would visit again.
Staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and polite. Hotel is of a great standard, and made for a comfortable stay. Pleasantly surprising to have a well stocked mini bar, when so many hotels are doing away with these.
Room was a bit too hot, and air con didn't seem to be able to get it below 22 degrees. Breakfast was mostly good, but the pastries were quite stale.

Very good location. Big and spacious room with a walking wardrobe. Very good size shower room.
Would be nice to have some complimentary biscuits or snacks with tea or coffee. No swimming pool, jacuzzi or sauna facilities

We were given a disabled access room which was great as it seemed larger than usual. Unfortunately there was a light low down on the wall near to bathroom that wouldn’t turn off, kept me awake.

Night at the theatre
We enjoyed our stay here due to the up-market feel and décor. Our room was very spacious with comfy chairs and a table. Very clean.
Had a good dinner before catching a nearby tram to the theatre.
