The Lowry Hotel, Manchester

Location was good, staff are all amazing !!!

Clean, stylish, friendly staff, spacious room, plenty of storage

The rainforest shower head had v little pressure so rinsing shampoo out of my hair was challenging

The bed was very comfortable and room was huge

No toothbrush and paste available, no toilet brush and towels quite old

Great location, room was clean and spacious with a view of the river.

The building itself looks like an office block with little character. For a 5 star hotel the lobby was little better than a premier inn.

Mostly everything The hotel was handy for public transportation, and lots of Manchester was within walking distance.

Bar menu was limited, and there was no draught lager at the bar!! 😔

Modern feel, large room. Very comfortable stay. Great parking right out front. Welcoming front of house staff.

Shower pressure quite low for such a large shower and shower head. Other than that the room was lovely.

We had a sofa bed in our room & it wasn’t very comfortable. We was told in would be fine for our 10 & 12 year olds but it was a bit small & very uncomfortable to lay on

No swimming pool facilities, no real bar it was very quiet no atmosphere for such a popular hotel, rooms starting to get a bit shabby in parts

We had an amazing stay here. Hotel was so easy to find and in a perfect location! Our room was immaculate and so well decorated. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Gorgeous venue, very stylish and serene

Only negative thing, if I had to state, was our room has a noisy air con unit. But the rest of the stay outweighed the issue completely

The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, well met our expectations. There was also a really cute Lowry bear to our baby. The dog bed was also super comfortable and our dog slept very well.

So easy to find, great parking, super staff, free upgrade on room. The staff so friendly and welcoming, really couldn’t do enough for me. Room was amazing, very large bed, walk in shower, Karl Lagerfeld Toiletries, quick room service, yummy food, great breakfast, super terrace for coffee or drinks. 10 minute walk to Deansgate / shopping district.

The toilet in our room had urine marks on the front. This was a little disappointing. Staff at breakfast also not as friendly as those on front reception.

The hotel was perfectly located, a short stroll from the centre.
