Beautiful room, wasnt expecting a full kitchen! Lovely big bed, big tv and a sofa. Nice views to.

Unfortunately at check in the girl on the desk tried charging me x3 different prices despite me having a booking confirmation for a lower amount. In the end my reservation price was honoured.

Friendly staff, great location and a good room. The room itself is nice and spacious, plenty of space especially for the price range. I'll be returning.

No major issues at all, it took us a while to find out room due to the layout but that was it really.

The facilities and restaurants within the Corn Exchange were lovely. Having discounts at restaurants was a very nice touch! Conveniently located for the city centre too.

We honestly had a lovely time. Nothing more to say really! Thanks again.

It was a little smaller than I expected but perfectly clean and adequate although a couch instead instead of two chairs may have been nice for relaxing. There was no view from the window window except for a roofing and other windows. I didn’t use the fitness Centre as I only stayed overnight, but for our purposes, it was brilliant really close to the AO Arena, which is why we booked

The Roomzzz at Manchester Victoria was perfectly situated for our exploration of Manchester. Plus our room was on the Fennel Street side of The Corn Exchange over looking Cathedral Gardens, so quiet with a nice view. The entire hotel is meticulously clean, the showers hot and the staff helpful. The bonus is the hot chocolate machine by reception. Also the Number 2 free bus from Manchester Piccadilly Station will drop you off or pick you up at the corner of Corporation Drive and Withy Grove across the road from The Corn Exchange.

Our bed was placed parallel and against the window wall so my wife had to climb over me to get out of bed. Also the hall is not a complete triangle and we were at the furthest point from reception.

Location, ambiance. The choice to be self catering was fabulous.
It was generally quiet in room 133.
Tha City View of historical and new builds was very interesting.

The full length mirror was in an unusable position. And dressing table impractical.

Lovely central location and perfect for our concert at the AO arena, the coffee machine and grab and go breakfast were alright, and staff was helpful! Room was clean and having cooking items was extremely helpful!!

The rooms were big for two people, large bathroom, cooking facilities, breakfast, excellent location, large shopping centre in front of you.. just a great hotel I would book everytime… Staff really helpful and friendly

Brilliant apartment hotel, spotless rooms, warm welcome and the gym is fantastic as well (and hardly used!), right in the heart in the Northern Quarter near shops and restaurants.

Good quality furniture and fittings. Very clean throughout and a very comfortable bed. Great shower and loved the fact that by paying an extra £10 we could have extended the check out time.

I wish I'd known about the extended checkout before I arrived because we made plans around having to leave at 11am on Sunday.

Great room, great views of the city, 10/10 location, and LOVED the heated floors in the bathroom.

It was great having plates, cutlery, and pots for cooking, but just wished there were cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper. We also wished we could connect our phones to the TV for streaming.

Staff friendly. Cost reasonable. Apartment spacious and well-equipped. Hotel looked fantastic!

The bathroom, unfortunately, smelled like it had drainage/damp issues. Hopefully, this can be solved. (Room 302). We left to catch a very early train, otherwise would have told staff about this.

Always welcoming, the apartments have all that you need in them and very clean and tidy

Not a fan of the massive TV at the end of the bed personally! But that's a small bugbear - I al tall so like to stretch my feet off a bed sometimes!

It is in a great location which is literally minutes walk from Victoria Station and in a beautiful listed building. Bus and tram routes nearby. Shops and restaurants nearby. Despite where it is, it is quiet indoors. The preserved tiles and stair wells were a delight to see. The room was well appointed. A really comfortable bed which I slept well in. Clean. Strong internet. Grab and Go breakfast was handy too. You can also leave luggage safely when departing, before a train journey. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Instructions for the air conditioner as it was noisy first night until I found a way to turn it down. Not being able to open a window just for fresh air at times.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First time in Manchester from London and we chose this hotel due to the location.
It did not let us down, the room is super spacious and has everything you need from microwave, hob, full size mirror! The team was also super nice, Olivia was a delight! And we were able to extend our check out time which was perfect. Will definitely be back.

The location is excellent, and the studio was very spacious with all the amenities you could need. It looked exactly like the photos.

The complimentary croissants at breakfast were a lovely added touch.

Staff could have been a bit more welcoming.
Parking is a bit expensive, and there is a cheaper option about an 8-minute walk (though it’s at your own risk).

Friendly reception staff made us feel welcome, pastries for breakfast, room was a good size with a nice shower and a coffee and tea making kit. The little extra space in the room meant I wasn’t trapped once my little one had gone to sleep.

The room itself was immaculately clean and the whole hotel was nicely presented. The hotel is in a great location but you wouldn’t know that from how quiet a night’s sleep we got.
