The location of the hotel was amazing for doing all the fun stuff at the arndale centre with the kids and for price of hotel it was really good

Great place to stay in Manchester. Clean, comfortable and an excellent location.

The building is beautiful and very modern. We stayed in The Neo Suite, it was quite small but wasnt an issue for us. Very quiet within our room, didnt hear any outside noise, we were located at back of hotel. No noise from adjacent rooms. The location was great, a minute walk to tram and opposite the Arndale shopping centre. Lots of food and drink options nearby, also access to food outlets within the hotel. We went for a concert at Co op Live. Easy to get there and back by tram.

The walk from the elevator to our room was very long. The corridors are never ending if you have a far away room. Not good if you have mobility difficulties. The toilet door is frosted glass and didn't feel private, can partly see the shadow through the door when someone is using the toilet, and as room was small, not private at all.

Good quality furniture and fittings. Very clean throughout and a very comfortable bed. Great shower and loved the fact that by paying an extra £10 we could have extended the check out time.

I wish I'd known about the extended checkout before I arrived because we made plans around having to leave at 11am on Sunday.

Great room, great views of the city, 10/10 location, and LOVED the heated floors in the bathroom.

It was great having plates, cutlery, and pots for cooking, but just wished there were cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper. We also wished we could connect our phones to the TV for streaming.

Location to Manchester Victoria train station superb (5mins walk) and right in centre of Corn Exchange. Staff friendly. Cost reasonable. Apartment spacious and well-equipped. Hotel looked fantastic!

The bathroom, unfortunately, smelled like it had drainage/damp issues. Hopefully, this can be solved. (Room 302). We left to catch a very early train, otherwise would have told staff about this.

Always welcoming, the apartments have all that you need in them and very clean and tidy

Not a fan of the massive TV at the end of the bed personally! But that's a small bugbear - I al tall so like to stretch my feet off a bed sometimes!

Perfect location, great room, really comfy bed, lovely staff, quick check in and a free coffee machine. Will definitely stay again Even has a little “shop” where you can buy ready meals/ snacks/ milk etc for the room

It is in a great location which is literally minutes walk from Victoria Station and in a beautiful listed building. Bus and tram routes nearby. Shops and restaurants nearby. Despite where it is, it is quiet indoors. The preserved tiles and stair wells were a delight to see. The room was well appointed. A really comfortable bed which I slept well in. Clean. Strong internet. Grab and Go breakfast was handy too. You can also leave luggage safely when departing, before a train journey. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Instructions for the air conditioner as it was noisy first night until I found a way to turn it down. Not being able to open a window just for fresh air at times.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First time in Manchester from London and we chose this hotel due to the location. It did not let us down, the room is super spacious and has everything you need from microwave, hob, full size mirror! The team was also super nice, Olivia was a delight! And we were able to extend our check out time which was perfect. Will definitely be back.

The location is excellent, and the studio was very spacious with all the amenities you could need. It looked exactly like the photos. The complimentary croissants at breakfast were a lovely added touch.

Staff could have been a bit more welcoming. Parking is a bit expensive, and there is a cheaper option about an 8-minute walk (though it’s at your own risk).

Good size room, stylish decor, good location, basic kitchen area but had everything needed.

The windows were near enough unopenable, and the shower steamed the bathroom up a lot, and then set the room alarm off if the door was left open to clear it (with no warning sign as I've seen in other hotels) Our room looked into the roof so if you want a view ask for an outside room when booking.

Friendly reception staff made us feel welcome, pastries for breakfast, room was a good size with a nice shower and a coffee and tea making kit. The little extra space in the room meant I wasn’t trapped once my little one had gone to sleep. The room itself was immaculately clean and the whole hotel was nicely presented. The hotel is in a great location but you wouldn’t know that from how quiet a night’s sleep we got.

Only drawbacks were the bathroom was very small, not a lot of space for clothes either.

The hotel is just as gorgeous inside as it is outside ,and the convenience of restaurants to choose from inside the food court area past the check-in desk is handy,and the hotel very close to surrounding restaurants/cafe's/fast food options.the hotel is surrounded by near by shops and the arndale shopping centre across from it.Very clean modern and spacious room perfect for two people with seating options in the room. The room had all the basic necessities needed making it perfect for our short stay. The shower was very easy to use and was very powerful, and the towels provided was nice and big.

Have stayed here many times and always enjoyed it
