Great location. Great value. Cosy rooms, so you have to really like the person you're travelling with!! Reception staff very friendly. Had absolutely everything you need for a short stay in the City.

Minimal breakfast, just coffee and crossaint. Expected for money - yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese etc. bed positioned against the wall so only access to left, very restricted and not practical for more than 1 person

Fantastic location in central Manchester - Arndale shopping centre, lots of coffee/brunch places and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

The property was in the heart of the area everything you need was on the door step

The location was fantastic. The hotel was very quiet in the room but outside it was very alive and everything close by.

Location is great, parking is nearby and had a discount code. Room was very clean and restaurants were all downstairs and had discount codes for those too. Bed was a bit too hard for us but other than that cannot complain at all

Didn’t take breakfast although coffee and croissant was offered. Instead went to Cosy Club a couple of doors away recommended by Roomzz staff and given a 20% discount o a fab breakfast sat out in the sunshine when we showed our Roomzzz key card. Location was perfect for us.

Had a family grande room with my adult son so needed to use the sofa bed. Had to actually move the normal bed to be able to open the sofa bed so space was very tight but they can’t help the size of the room.

Location and facilities was excellent, room was adequate for solo traveller and staff were friendly

Some of the finishes in the room not as good as other Roomzzz locations. Some of the silicone in the bathroom unfinished, door handle and lock for bathroom not straight by quite a bit.

Location, room and hotel was brilliant

tv in the room was very old, was not a smart tv i do not think, could not find netflix on it or connect phone.

Loved, loved, loved the location! Right next door to old bars, new bars and printworks and department stores, cathedral Loved the grandness of the old building, but new and clean inside. The staff were great too. It's extremely quiet and can't wait to return.

There was no hot water, the staff said they’d pay for a taxi to another hotel but we hadn’t that much time

Property was absolutely beautiful, in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurant and shopping ! Also a perfect walk for the ao arena.

The main thing for me was the loud noises of worker pressure washing / cleaning the tram lines outside ! It had me awake for hours. I understood the tram noise and general city noise but workers at 2 am washing wasn’t nice. I also thought the hotel could offer a small breakfast hamper for your room such as croissants/ fruit / cereals / fresh orange etc.

There is little soundproofing between the rooms and the corridors so you hear everyone going past at all hours of the night

The location is close to the tram and train station, restaurants, shops and the heart of activity in Manchester. The room was opposite Manchester Cathedral and well insulated from any noise from restaurants below. The room was well laid out and spacious, with plenty of natural light. Access to other parts of Manchester is easily within walking distance.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but improved with an extra doona from the staff. The heating control at night didn't seem to change the temperature despite altering the gauge. Neither a major issue.

Very comfortable bed and good shower. great location very near from bars/músic events We really enjoyed the city. Very nice historic building. Good foodcourt inside same building. Helpful kitchen with washdisher, even if you are not going to cook so much during a city break, you feel like home.

Bit hot room during night. Coffee is not the best, but nice croissants.

Perfect location ... In the heart of the city center .... Parking was literally 2 min walk all automated and easy to use .... We were 3 so took a large room with double bed and large sofa bed

I loved my stay at Roomzz Manchester Victoria for its prime location, surrounded by a variety of bars and amazing restaurants that made exploring the city a breeze. The friendly staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, enhancing my overall experience. The room was fabulous—spacious, modern, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. I enjoyed my time so much that I chose to extend my stay by an extra night!

One aspect I didn't like was that my room was located at the back, and while I thought a room at the front might have provided a nicer view, I can't say it was a significant drawback to my overall experience.

I was expecting the room to be a little more spacious for a family room

The location was perfect; the room/mini apartment was beautiful and even had a lovely view. Very quiet, despite being in the city.

Very friendly check in, even at 1am, the rooms were a nice size, very quiet (I was on an internal room, facing the inside), good facilities and comfy bed. Free croissant and cuppa in the morning

Wasn't anything I didn't like

Location is amazing, rooms are very nice with work space, dining area, nice kitchen and nice bathroom. Nice extras like coffee and croissants available and staff are very friendly.

I was there 3 nights, not once did someone come to clean the room, or. change towels or toilet paper of which we ran out. Pillows are completely flat and very uncomfortable.

Excellent location next to Arndale shopping centre and the Exchange Square tram stop. Very helpful staff, collected packages delivered before our arrival and stored luggage for us on the last night. The room was spacious with several chairs and plenty of sockets. Thick blackout curtains on both windows and excellent soundproofing - even though we were on the first floor overlooking Exchange Square and several restaurants below our window.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower and sink were both clogged. The room is only made up once during your stay for stays 3-7 nights and we were provided with only one new set of towels even though there were two people staying in the room.

Location two minutes walk from Victoria train station and central for all public transport. Apartment was well kitted out for all our needs, fridge, glasses, microwave etc.
